Abstract

一种异型缓冲纸板,在上下两层纸板之间排列粘有由多层纸绕制成的有弹性的空心纸芯。空心纸芯径向截面为多波形、正六边形、中凹形、正八边形。经结构优化设计的纸芯制成的纸板具有高弹性和适度的承载能力,由于残余变形小,可承受连续及多次冲击,在运输过程中可有效保护被包装物品;废弃物易回收再制造,成本低,净化环境。因此,它可广泛使用于家电、仪表、器件、医药、工艺品等的包装。

Description

异型缓冲纸板
本发明涉及非平面形状构成的层状产品。
目前国际上研究比较活跃的是微生物可降解塑料包装材料与纸浆模塑,微生物可降解塑料包装材料的研究由于它难度大、投资高,目前技术还不成熟,不可能大规模使用。纸浆模塑质轻、原料来源广、可以再生利用,但由于它对某一具体的物品包装,就需要相应地开发一套特定的模具,因此费用就相当大。并且,目前的技术还只能应用在如蛋托、水果托盘等小型物品的包装上。基于上述所存在的问题,开发新的包装材料非常必要。
本发明的目的是:采用纸芯为异型结构的异型缓冲纸板作为包装材料(即缓冲衬垫),能解决背景技术中存在的问题。
本发明采用的技术方案是:它在上下两层纸板之间排列粘有由多层纸绕制成的有弹性的空心纸芯(纸芯结构经防振缓冲性能优化分析和设计)。这种纸板按不同被包装物品缓冲包装要求,可制成不同系列的板材,裁切后使用。
本发明与背景技术相比,具有的有益的效果是:
1.它具有高弹性和适度承载能力,由于残余变形小,可承受连续及多次冲击,在运输过程中可有效保护被包装物品;
2.纸板废弃物易回收再制造,成本低;
3.经结构优化设计的弹性纸芯可分系列整批制造,在后续工序中粘结、裁切成适用缓冲件。这有利于工业化生产和降低成本。
因此,它可广泛使用于家电、仪表、器件、医药、工艺品等的包装。
下面结合附图,通过对实施例的描述,给出本发明的细节。

如图1所示,上下两层纸板分别可为瓦楞纸(或纸板)1、3,纸板间排列的空心纸芯2为单层排列,它由多层纸(图中为3层)绕制的有弹性的,其轴向截面为多波形的空心纸芯2。空心纸芯径向截面形状如图1所示可为多波形截面2,如图2所示可为正六边形截面4,如图3所示可为中凹形截面5,如图4所示可为正八边形截面6。
根据被包装物品的重量或特殊需要,本发明的缓冲纸板,如图5所示,上下两层纸板间排列的空心纸芯为平行双层(或多层)重叠排列,两层空心纸芯7、9的连接处粘有纸板(或瓦楞纸板)8。如图6所示,上下两层纸板间排列的空心纸芯为相交双层(或多层)重叠排列,两层空心纸芯10、12的连接处粘有纸板(或瓦楞纸板)11。

1.一种异型缓冲纸板,其特征是:在上下两层纸板之间排列粘有由多层纸绕制成的有弹性的空心纸芯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的异型缓冲纸板,其特征是:上下两层纸板分别可为瓦楞纸板[1]、[3]。
3.根据权利要求1所述的异型缓冲纸板,其特征是:空心纸芯径向截面的形状可为多波形截面[2]、正六边形截面[4]、中凹形截面[5]、正八边形截面[6]。
4.根据权利要求1所述的异型缓冲纸板,其特征是:上下两层纸板间排列的空心纸芯[2]为单层排列。
5.根据权利要求1所述的异型缓冲纸板,其特征是:上下两层纸板间排列的空心纸芯为平行双层重叠排列,两层空心纸芯[7]、[9]的连接处粘有纸板[8]。
6.根据权利要求1所述的异型缓冲纸板,其特征是:上下两层纸板间排列的空心纸芯为相交双层重叠排列,两层空心纸芯[10]、[12]的连接处粘有纸板[11]。
