提供一种前导Preamble发送方法,包括:获取第一上行传输间隔,所述第一上行传输间隔为终端当前发起上行传输与最近一次停止上行传输之间的时间间隔;当所述第一上行传输间隔等于或大于第一预设时间门限中的至少一个时间门限值时,向网络侧发送包含有DPCCH的Preamble。使用该前导Preamble发送方法,能使基站处的网络侧设备依据发送的DPCCH脉冲对终端的上行传输进行功率控制。
