Abstract
一种导线断线连接装置,在上半圆压板(13)和下半圆压板(6)的相对面上分别设有齿面(12);一端套管(2)内的内、外两端分别设有内螺纹(5)、缩颈圆孔A(4);另一端套管(9)内的内、外两端分别设有光孔(11)、缩颈圆孔B(7),在另一端套管的外缘内端设有外螺纹(10);上半圆压板和下半圆压板的齿面分别夹持导线(16)断线的两断头,一端套管和另一端套管的锥形孔A(3)和锥形孔B(8)分别夹持上半圆压板和下半圆压板的两端;一端套管的内螺纹连接另一端套管的外螺纹;本发明通过上半圆压板和下半圆压板的齿面夹持导线,然后由一端套管和另一端套管将两半圆压板紧固,无需增加短线便获取了导线的稳定连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种导线连接套管,尤其是涉及一种导线断线连接装置。
背景技术
公知的,导线在架设过程中通常需要拉直,对于悬空的导线无需处理,对于付着在墙体上的需要使用线卡固定,在使用中一旦出现其它物体将导线挂断,由于没有足够的长度,只能通过一根短线进行连接,也就是使用断线处去皮部分的导线与原导线的两断头进行缠绕,最后使用绝缘胶带缠绕,这样断线处便形成两个绝缘胶带鼓包,不仅极不美观,而且牢固度也不符合要求。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种导线断线连接装置,通过上半圆压板和下半圆压板的齿面夹持导线,然后由一端套管和另一端套管将两半圆压板紧固,无需增加短线便获取了导线的稳定连接。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种导线断线连接装置,包括一端套管、另一端套管、上半圆压板和下半圆压板,在上半圆压板和下半圆压板的相对面上分别设有齿面,所述上半圆压板和下半圆压板的靠近两端外缘面上分别设有外端小中部大的锥形面;一端套管内的内、外两端分别设有内螺纹、缩颈圆孔A,所述内螺纹与缩颈圆孔A之间设有过渡锥形孔A;另一端套管内的内、外两端分别设有光孔、缩颈圆孔B,所述光孔与缩颈圆孔B之间设有过渡锥形孔B,在另一端套管的外缘内端设有外螺纹;上半圆压板和下半圆压板的齿面分别夹持导线断线的两断头,一端套管和另一端套管的锥形孔A和锥形孔B分别夹持上半圆压板和下半圆压板的两端;一端套管的内螺纹连接另一端套管的外螺纹。
所述的导线断线连接装置,所述一端套管和另一端套管为绝缘塑料。
所述的导线断线连接装置,所述上半圆压板和下半圆压板为紫铜或黄铜。
所述的导线断线连接装置,在所述上半圆压板和下半圆压板的相对面上中部分别设有半圆凹陷。
所述的导线断线连接装置,邻近导线断线两断头处的外表皮分别加持在一端套管的缩颈圆孔A中和另一端套管的缩颈圆孔B中。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的具有如下有益效果:
本发明所述的导线断线连接装置,当导线出现断线时,由一端套管和另一端套管套在导线的两断头外表皮上,然后使用上半圆压板和下半圆压板的齿面夹持导线的两断头,上半圆压板和下半圆压板的齿面受到一端套管的锥形孔和另一端套管的锥形孔B挤压,获取了导线与上半圆压板和下半圆压板的稳定连接;本发明实现了快速、稳定连接导线的目的。

通过下面的实施例可以更详细的解释本发明,本发明并不局限于下面的实施例,公开本发明的目的旨在保护本发明范围内的一切变化和改进;
结合附图1或2中所述的导线断线连接装置,包括一端套管2、另一端套管9、上半圆压板13和下半圆压板6,所述上半圆压板13和下半圆压板6为紫铜或黄铜,在上半圆压板13和下半圆压板6的相对面上分别设有齿面12,在所述上半圆压板13和下半圆压板6相对面的齿面12中部分别设有半圆凹陷14,所述上半圆压板13和下半圆压板6的靠近两端外缘面上分别设有外端小中部大的锥形面1;所述一端套管2和另一端套管9为绝缘塑料,一端套管2内的内、外两端分别设有内螺纹5、缩颈圆孔A4,所述内螺纹5与缩颈圆孔A4之间设有过渡锥形孔A3;另一端套管9内的内、外两端分别设有光孔11、缩颈圆孔B7,所述光孔11与缩颈圆孔B7之间设有过渡锥形孔B8,在另一端套管9的外缘内端设有外螺纹10;上半圆压板13和下半圆压板6的齿面12分别夹持导线16断线的两断头,一端套管2和另一端套管9的锥形孔A3和锥形孔B8分别夹持上半圆压板13和下半圆压板6的两端;一端套管2的内螺纹5连接另一端套管9的外螺纹10,其中邻近导线16断线两断头处的外表皮15分别加持在一端套管2的缩颈圆孔A4中和另一端套管9的缩颈圆孔B7中。
实施本发明所述的导线断线连接装置,结合附图3和附图1和2使用时,当导线16出现断线时,首先连接导线16的电源关闭,然后将导线16的两断头处外表皮15去除,将一端套管2和另一端套管9套在导线16的两断头外表皮15上,然后使用上半圆压板13和下半圆压板6的齿面12夹持导线16的两断头,由一端套管2的内螺纹5和另一端套管9的外螺纹10连接,这时上半圆压板13和下半圆压板6的齿面12受到一端套管2的锥形孔A3和另一端套管9的锥形孔B8挤压,使导线16的两个断头牢牢的固定在上半圆压板13和下半圆压板6的齿面12之间。

Claims (5)
1.一种导线断线连接装置,包括一端套管(2)、另一端套管(9)、上半圆压板(13)和下半圆压板(6),其特征是:在上半圆压板(13)和下半圆压板(6)的相对面上分别设有齿面(12),所述上半圆压板(13)和下半圆压板(6)的靠近两端外缘面上分别设有外端小中部大的锥形面(1);一端套管(2)内的内、外两端分别设有内螺纹(5)、缩颈圆孔A(4),所述内螺纹(5)与缩颈圆孔A(4)之间设有过渡锥形孔A(3);另一端套管(9)内的内、外两端分别设有光孔(11)、缩颈圆孔B(7),所述光孔(11)与缩颈圆孔B(7)之间设有过渡锥形孔B(8),在另一端套管(9)的外缘内端设有外螺纹(10);上半圆压板(13)和下半圆压板(6)的齿面(12)分别夹持导线(16)断线的两断头,一端套管(2)和另一端套管(9)的锥形孔A(3)和锥形孔B(8)分别夹持上半圆压板(13)和下半圆压板(6)的两端;一端套管(2)的内螺纹(5)连接另一端套管(9)的外螺纹(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导线断线连接装置,其特征是:所述一端套管(2)和另一端套管(9)为绝缘塑料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的导线断线连接装置,其特征是:所述上半圆压板(13)和下半圆压板(6)为紫铜或黄铜。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的导线断线连接装置,其特征是:在所述上半圆压板(13)和下半圆压板(6)的相对面上中部分别设有半圆凹陷(14)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的导线断线连接装置,其特征是:邻近导线(16)断线两断头处的外表皮(15)分别加持在一端套管(2)的缩颈圆孔A(4)中和另一端套管(9)的缩颈圆孔B(7)中。
