本发明涉及高吸水性面料,由30-50wt%香蕉纤维和50-70wt%圣麻纤维混纺织造,再经过抗菌后整理而成;所述抗菌后整理步骤为,在抗菌整理液中浸渍,所述抗菌整理液中抗菌整理剂重量百分比含量为0.05-0.25%,所述抗菌整理剂,由如下重量份的组分组成:十二烷基葡萄糖苷40份、1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-(1-咪唑基)-O-异丁基乙酮肟20份、乙氧基喹啉20份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐20份。常温下在抗菌整理液中浸渍30分钟。该高吸水性面料,具有质量轻、光泽好、吸水性高、易降解的特点。进一步通过抗菌后整理,提高了面料抑菌率。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,尤其是一种高吸水性面料。
背景技术
香蕉纤维是利用香蕉茎杆为原料,主要是由纤维素、半纤维素和木质素组成,化学脱胶后的纤维可用于棉纺。采用生物酶和化学氧化联合处理工艺处理,经过干燥、精练、解纤而制成的纤维,其具有质量轻、光泽好、吸水性高、抗菌性强、易降解且环保等功能。香蕉单纤维长度和黄麻相近,相对亚麻较短,其工艺纤维长度也和黄麻相近,但远高于亚麻,因此香蕉工艺纤维可在黄麻纺纱系统上进行纺纱。对香蕉工艺纤维进行化学脱胶处理后,可降低纤维长度,提高纤维细度。化学脱胶后的纤维可用于棉、毛纺纱系统。
圣麻纤维是一种新型再生纤维素纤维,以麻材为原料,经过蒸煮、漂白、制胶、纺丝、后处理等的物理化学处理而制成,有许多优异的性能,并且具有其它再生纤维素纤维没有的抗菌、防霉、保健的功能。圣麻纤维素纤维的主要成分是纤维素,采用水解--碱法及多段漂白的方法将提取出的纤维素精制成满足要求的浆粕,再经纺丝制成纤维。圣麻纤维具有很好的结构特点:从纤维纵向看,沿纤维方向有众多条纹,截面看呈梅花型;具有较好的吸湿性和透气性,由于再生纤维素大分子间氢键较少,再加上它的结构呈梅花型,表面有沟痕,所以它的吸湿性、透气性较好,人穿着时吸湿排汗、非常凉爽;具有天然的抑菌、防霉性:麻材具有天然的抑菌防霉性质,在生长过程中不施农药和杀虫剂,具有自我保护性,在生产过程中最大限度地保留了抑菌物质,使其架接在圣麻纤维大分子链上不受破坏,使其具有抑菌、防霉性能,并通过国家棉纺织产品质量监督检验中心证实,具有较好的抑菌性;具有较好的染色性:圣麻纤维可以在水中润胀,使活性染料迅速吸附于圣麻纤维并在纤维中扩散,初染率高,半染时间短,上染百分率高,固色率好,染色亮丽,染色30分钟固色率达75%;具有可生物降解性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种质量轻、光泽度好的高吸水性面料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的高吸水性面料,由30-50wt%香蕉纤维和50-70wt%圣麻纤维混纺织造,再经过抗菌后整理而成。
作为优化,所述抗菌后整理步骤为,在抗菌整理液中浸渍,所述抗菌整理液中抗菌整理剂重量百分比含量为0.05-0.25%,所述抗菌整理剂,由如下重量份的组分组成:十二烷基葡萄糖苷30-50份、1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-(1-咪唑基)-O-异丁基乙酮肟10-30份、乙氧基喹啉10-30份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐10-30份。
常温下在抗菌整理液中浸渍20-40分钟。
本发明所得到的高吸水性面料,具有质量轻、光泽好、吸水性高、易降解的特点。进一步通过抗菌后整理,提高了面料抑菌率。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
本实施例描述的高吸水性面料,由30-50wt%香蕉纤维和50-70wt%圣麻纤维混纺织造,再经过抗菌后整理而成;所述抗菌后整理步骤为,在抗菌整理液中浸渍,所述抗菌整理液中抗菌整理剂重量百分比含量为0.05-0.25%,所述抗菌整理剂,由如下重量份的组分组成:十二烷基葡萄糖苷40份、1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-(1-咪唑基)-O-异丁基乙酮肟20份、乙氧基喹啉20份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐20份。常温下在抗菌整理液中浸渍30分钟。

1.一种高吸水性面料,其特征在于:由30-43wt%香蕉纤维和50-60wt%圣麻纤维混纺织造,再经过抗菌后整理而成;所述抗菌后整理步骤为,在抗菌整理液中浸渍,所述抗菌整理液中抗菌整理剂重量百分比含量为0.05-0.25%,所述抗菌整理剂,由如下重量份的组分组成:十二烷基葡萄糖苷30-50份、1-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-(1-咪唑基)-O-异丁基乙酮肟10-30份、乙氧基喹啉10-30份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐10-30份。
2.如权利要求1所述的高吸水性面料,其特征在于:常温下在抗菌整理液中浸渍20-40分钟。
