背景技术
钢材是建筑领域中应用最广泛的材料之一。钢材根据不同的工作需求要求其有较高的强度、硬度和耐高温特性等。耐高温特性主要是其防火性能，在钢材上使用一些涂料可使其防火，但普通的涂料并不能使其有效隔热。

为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种防火钢材，包括：涂层和钢材；所述涂层均匀分布在钢材的外表面上；所述涂层为钢材防火涂料，钢材防火涂料包括聚乙酸乙烯树脂、改性乳液、助剂、水和成炭剂；所述聚乙酸乙烯树脂、改性乳液、助剂、水和成炭剂的质量份比是16%～30%、7%～14%、3%～7%、30%～40%和13%～26%。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明能够有效的隔绝热源，具有很好的防火性能。
