本发明涉及一种拖把头成品输送机包括机座，机座左边低位为成品进料口，机座右边高位为成品出料口，进料口与出料口之间设置有皮带输送装置，在机座的前后两边分别设有置物台和用于拖把包装的支撑杆，本发明通过皮带输送机将成品准确的输送到包装工位便于工人的包装，减少了工人的工作量，节省了劳动力，提高了生产效率。

本发明涉及自动化机械领域，尤其涉及一种拖把头自动组装机。
背景技术
生产拖把一般都是把棉条或布条按一定的长度栽剪好，在棉条或布条中间的位置用拖把头的上模和下模进行铆合，就完成了拖把头的组装工作，一般都是由人工来完成组装操作工作，工作效率低，劳动强度大，重复工作使人非常疲劳，由于操作疲劳或疏忽容易产生安全事故造成不必要的损失，而且需要大量劳动力，在现代社会用工难的问题尤为突出，而采用自动化机械生产线代替人进行工作，可减少人力，提高劳动生产率，在拖把头组装机中棉条或布条需要输送到铆合机铆合后用机械手抓住棉条或布条往前输送，然后再按一定长度剪断即为成品，机械手不断循环往复做直线运动，现有的拖把头组装输送装置结构复杂，而且在结构方面不能满足自动生产线的要求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点，本发明提供一种结构简单，价格低，准确率高的拖把头成品输送机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种拖把头成品输送机包括机座，机座左边低位为成品进料口，机座右边高位为成品出料口，进料口与出料口之间设置有皮带输送装置，在机座的前后两边分别设有置物台和用于拖把包装的支撑杆。
所述皮带输送装置包括前后二个皮带轮和中间的张紧轮，在皮带轮之间设置有皮带，在皮带上设置有等间距的用于推送拖把头的挡板。
本发明的有益效果是：通过输送机将成品准确的输送到包装工位便于工人的包装，减少了工人的工作量，节省了劳动力，提高了生产效率。
