本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种条纹功能防水防静电防辐射面料，包括面料本体，所述面料本体由经线和纬线交织而成，所述经线和纬线均采用全拉伸记忆纤维涤纶丝，且所述经线和纬线二上一下设置交织成正反斜纹组织单元；所述面料本体正面设有细纹面料层，所述细纹面料层与面料本体用线连接，所述细纹面料层上分布粗纹长方形短条布，所述短条布在水平方向上交错排列，并用线固定在细纹面料层上，所述面料本体背面设有绒毛层，所述绒毛层起毛于面料本体，在所述绒毛层的背面设置有防水层，在所述防水层的背面设置有防静电层，在所述防静电层的背面设置有防辐射层。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、短条布的粗犷和细纹面料层的细腻相得益彰；同时短条布凸出细纹面料层所在平面，增强了条纹面料的层次感；绒毛层增强了条纹面料的保暖性。
2、具有记忆功能。
