背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对衣物的舒适度和各种功能的要求越来越高,并不仅仅局限于衣物蔽体的层面,而是向多功能、多元化的方向发展,棉型面料多年来因其穿着舒适,价格低廉而受到广大消费者的青睐。传统的棉型面料表面平平的,没有立体感。

本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种不单调的条纹功能防水防静电防辐射面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种条纹功能防水防静电防辐射面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体由经线和纬线交织而成,所述经线和纬线均采用全拉伸记忆纤维涤纶丝,且所述经线和纬线二上一下设置交织成正反斜纹组织单元;所述面料本体正面设有细纹面料层,所述细纹面料层与面料本体用线连接,所述细纹面料层上分布粗纹长方形短条布,所述短条布在水平方向上交错排列,并用线固定在细纹面料层上,所述面料本体背面设有绒毛层,所述绒毛层起毛于面料本体,在所述绒毛层的背面设置有防水层,在所述防水层的背面设置有防静电层,在所述防静电层的背面设置有防辐射层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、短条布的粗犷和细纹面料层的细腻相得益彰;同时短条布凸出细纹面料层所在平面,增强了条纹面料的层次感;绒毛层增强了条纹面料的保暖性。
2、具有记忆功能。

1.一种条纹功能防水防静电防辐射面料,包括面料本体(1),其特征在于:所述面料本体(1)由经线和纬线交织而成,所述经线和纬线均采用全拉伸记忆纤维涤纶丝,且所述经线和纬线二上一下设置交织成正反斜纹组织单元;所述面料本体(1)正面设有细纹面料层(2),所述细纹面料层(2)与面料本体(1)用线连接,所述细纹面料层(2)上分布粗纹长方形短条布(3),所述短条布(3)在水平方向上交错排列,并用线固定在细纹面料层(2)上,所述面料本体(1)的背面设有绒毛层(4),所述绒毛层(4)起毛于面料本体(1),在所述绒毛层(4)的背面设置有防水层(5),在所述防水层(5)的背面设置有防静电层(6),在所述防静电层(6)的背面设置有防辐射层(7)。
