Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗瘀血阻滞证型腹痛病的中药，其特征是由下列重量配比的药材制成的中药制剂：当归20-25份，川芎15-18份，赤芍10-15份，蒲黄10-12份，五灵脂3-5份，延胡索10-15份，肉桂15-20份，没药6-8份，土鳖虫10-12份，蜈蚣1条，红花10-12份。本发明将以上各种原料有机地组合在一起，各成份之间相互协调，相互作用，对瘀血阻滞证型腹痛病能够标本兼治，且对身体有良好的调理作用。多年来，通过对100例此类患者的跟踪调查统计，表明此药方有效率达到100%，显效率达到97%，治愈率达到93%。
Description
技术领域本发明涉及一种中药，特别是一种治疗瘀血阻滞证型腹痛病的中药。
背景技术腹痛病临床是指以腹部疼痛为主要症状的一种病症。腹痛病可分为急性与慢性两类，病因极为复杂，有器质性的，也有功能性的。本发明主要研究的是临床常见功能性腹痛病中的瘀血阻滞证型腹痛病。中医理论认为，气虚推动无力、气滞血行不利、血寒经脉拘急、血热相互搏结等原因，使血行不畅而阻滞于经脉及脾胃肝胆之内，形成瘀血则致腹部胀痛，常伴有痛时如锥如刺，痛有定处，拒按，持续不愈，或有积块，或夜间加重，舌质紫暗，脉细涩等等症状。目前，西医治疗该病多采取服用止痛药的方式，治标不治本，副作用极大，且容易形成依赖性。
发明内容本发明的目的是按照“活血化瘀、理气止痛”治疗原则，提供一种能治疗瘀血阻滞证型腹痛病的中药，采用该中药不仅治愈速度快，愈后不再复发，而且无任何副作用，对身体健康还有良好的调理作用。
为实现本发明的上述目的，所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗瘀血阻滞证型腹痛病的中药，其特征是由下列重量配比的药材制成的中药制剂：当归20—25份，川芎15—18份，赤芍10—15份，蒲黄10—12份，五灵脂3—5份，延胡索10—15份，肉桂15—20份，没药6-8份，土鳖虫10—12份，蜈蚣1条，红花10—12份。本发明的加工工艺为：将各种药材粉磨成末，然后用常规方法“全成分”提取制成速溶中药颗粒，按照每小袋10克进行分装，密闭，于阴凉、干燥处保存。饭后用开水溶化服用，有部分不溶物为正常现象，混匀后全部服下，一日两次（早晚各一次），每次一袋，7天为一个疗程。服药期间，忌烟酒、腥、冷、辣食物，保持良好的作息习惯，学会合理减压，积极参加户外运动，放松心情，尽量避免熬夜。
本发明所采用的当归具有补血养血、活血散瘀、调经、止痛、润肠的功效；采用的川芎辛温，归肝胆心包经，具有活血行气，祛风止痛的功效；采用的赤芍具有清热凉血、养阴生津、泻火解毒、散瘀止痛的功效；采用的蒲黄性平又善利尿、化瘀止血的功效；采用的五灵脂具有活血止痛、化瘀止血的功效；采用的延胡索具有活血、行气、止痛的功效；采用的肉桂具有补火助阳、散寒止痛、引火归元、温经通脉的功效；采用的没药具有活血、化瘀、止痛、健胃的功效；采用的土鳖虫具有破血逐瘀的功效；采用的蜈蚣具有功毒散结、通络止痛的功效；采用的红花具有活血通经、去瘀止痛的功效。本发明将以上各种原料有机地组合在一起，各成份之间相互协调，相互作用，对瘀血阻滞证型腹痛病能够标本兼治，且对身体有良好的调理作用。多年来，通过对100例此类患者的跟踪调查统计，表明此药方有效率达到100%，显效率达到97%，治愈率达到93%。下面通过对有关数据的基本情况分析，来进一步说明本发明的效果。

下面举出三个典型病例进一步说明本发明的效果：
1、周某，女，1959年出生，50岁时，腹部时常隐痛，剧烈时影响正常生活腹内有结块，痛处固定而拒按，经久不愈，无器质性病变，疼痛2周后，在我处诊断为瘀血阻滞证型腹痛病。服用本药方1个疗程后，症状缓解，服用2个疗程后，症状明显好转，后继续服用1个疗程巩固后，症状全消，痊愈。
2、李某，女，1968年出生，43岁时，腹部出现间断性疼痛症状，腹痛时如锥如刺，伴有神志昏沉、不思饮食等症状，无器质性病变，1个星期后，在我处诊断为瘀血阻滞证型腹痛病，服用本药方1个疗程后，症状有所缓解，2个疗程后症状症状全消，痊愈。
3、张某，男，1977年出生，35岁时，腹部出现间断性刺痛症状，夜间加重，伴有不思饮食、舌质紫暗，脉细涩、大便粘腻不爽等症状，无器质性病变，2个周后，在我处诊断为瘀血阻滞证型腹痛病，服用本药方1个疗程后，症状明显缓解，2个疗程后症状基本消失，后又继续服用1个疗程进行巩固，症状全消，痊愈。
具体实施方式为详细说明本发明，下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细的描述。
实施例1：当归20克，川芎15克，赤芍10克，蒲黄10克，五灵脂3克，延胡索10克，肉桂15克，没药6克，土鳖虫10克，蜈蚣1条，红花10克。将以上各种药材粉磨成末，然后用常规方法“全成分”提取制成速溶中药颗粒，按照每小袋10克进行分装，密闭，于阴凉、干燥处保存。
实施例2：当归22克，川芎17克，赤芍13克，蒲黄11克，五灵脂4克，延胡索13克，肉桂17克，没药7克，土鳖虫11克，蜈蚣1条，红花11克。将以上各种药材粉磨成末，然后用常规方法“全成分”提取制成速溶中药颗粒，按照每小袋10克进行分装，密闭，于阴凉、干燥处保存。
实施例3：当归25克，川芎18克，赤芍15克，蒲黄12克，五灵脂5克，延胡索15克，肉桂20克，没药8克，土鳖虫12克，蜈蚣1条，红花12克。将以上各种药材粉磨成末，然后用常规方法“全成分”提取制成速溶中药颗粒，按照每小袋10克进行分装，密闭，于阴凉、干燥处保存。
