one end of the insulating rod 1 is provided with a first connecting piece 11;
each functional component 2 is provided with a second connecting piece 21 matched with the first connecting piece 11;
the insulation rod 1 can be fixed to the mounted functional part 2 by fitting the first connector 11 to the second connector 21 of any functional part 2.
It should be noted that the insulating rod 1 can be combined and fixed with any one of the functional components 2, so that an operating rod with multiple functional purposes and high insulating performance is obtained, the working efficiency is improved, the operation procedure is simplified, and the safety risk is avoided. The first connecting piece 11 and the second connecting piece 21 can be assembled through internal and external threads or can be assembled through clamping, so that the insulating rod 1 and the assembled functional component 2 are fixed into an insulating operating rod.

the electroscope 213 is disposed in the cavity of the first insulating handle 211 and electrically connected to the light emitting component 214 installed on a through hole 2111.
It should be noted that the first operation pendant 2121 has a function of operating a drop switch or transferring an article and the second operation pendant 2122 has a function of operating a switch or a disconnecting link, and the electroscope 213 has a function of detecting a high voltage of an overhead line, so that the kinds of tools and appliances used in daily operations are reduced, the cost of the device is reduced, and potential safety hazards are reduced because the electroscope 213 emits light and sounds during the operation to give a safety prompt.
It can be understood that the number of the through holes 2111 formed in the outer wall of the cavity of the first insulating handle 211 is not less than one, so that the electroscope 213 can also give out a sound through the through holes 2111 to perform safety prompt, and an operator can capture prompt sound more clearly and quickly. As an example, three through holes 2111 having a diameter of 0.5cm are distributed in a triangular shape to form a sound emitting hole of the electroscope 213.

Further, the light emitting component 214 is a light emitting diode.
Furthermore, the first insulating handle 211 and the electroscope 213 are fixed through the fixing screw 217, so that the electroscope 213 is prevented from sliding during operation, and the first insulating handle 211 and the electroscope 213 are prevented from being damaged due to collision.
Furthermore, a self-test button 2131 of the electroscope 213 is disposed in a through hole 2111, which facilitates starting the electroscope 213 for self-testing.

(3) In yet another embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the assembled functional component 2 includes a third insulating shank 231, a support stud 232, and a fixing member 233; one end of the third insulating handle 231 is provided with a second connecting piece 21 matched with the insulating rod 1, and the other end of the third insulating handle is fixed with one end of the support stud 232; the other end of the support stud 232 is fixed with one end of the fixing member 233 facing the third insulating handle 231; the fixing member 233 is provided with a groove 2331 which is opened upwards and used for mounting a diagnostic device at an end facing away from the third insulating handle 231, so that the probability of detecting defects of the overhead line of the distribution network can be greatly improved on the premise of safety and reliability.
