Description

Automatic humidity adjusting device, refrigerator with same and control method
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an automatic humidity control device, a refrigerator having the same, and a control method for automatic humidity control of the refrigerator.
Background
In the prior art refrigerator, due to the operation characteristics of the refrigeration system, a relatively stable relative humidity is generally maintained in the refrigerator in practical use. The humidity is directly related to the type of a refrigeration system (direct cooling or air cooling) of the refrigerator, the temperature setting in the refrigerator, the type of articles to be placed and the like. For the more and more diversified articles placed in the refrigerator, different types of articles (such as green vegetables and cakes) need different suitable temperature and humidity settings, so that on the basis of realizing temperature variation, if the optimal adjustment of humidity cannot be realized at the same time, the optimal effect on the storage of the articles inside cannot be achieved.
There are techniques developed by refrigerator manufacturers to maintain a single humidity zone in a local space of a refrigerator, such as a high humidity chamber for storing fruits and vegetables or a low humidity chamber for storing dry goods. However, the disadvantages of the above techniques are also obvious, i.e., the high humidity chamber can only be used for storing articles requiring the relative humidity of the environment to be above the original humidity of the refrigerator, such as green vegetables and the like; the low-humidity area can only be suitable for storing articles requiring the relative humidity of the environment to be lower than the original humidity of the refrigerator, such as dry goods and the like. But not have the ability of adjusting the environmental humidity in the area in a wide range according to the requirement that different articles have different optimal storage environmental humidities in the same area.
In addition, the method can be used for the existing high-humidity region or low-humidity region with single function. Due to the limitation of the applied humidity adjusting technology, the problem that the dynamic change of the environmental humidity in the functional interval cannot be effectively corresponded, so that the optimal humidity of the stored articles cannot be adjusted in time often exists.
Patent document 1 describes a refrigerator including a vegetable compartment formed in a lower portion of a refrigerating compartment, a partition plate for closing an upper opening of the vegetable compartment, a ventilation portion formed in the partition plate, and a sensor for detecting humidity in the temperature of the vegetable compartment, a control device for controlling a drive unit for opening and closing the ventilation portion based on the sensor to adjust the humidity in the vegetable compartment, and an inclined plate having a through hole and covering an upper portion of the ventilation portion. However, although the humidity in the vegetable room can be automatically adjusted in patent document 1, the humidity cannot be adjusted to a large extent only by the moisture permeable film in the ventilation part, and the time required for adjusting the humidity to the target humidity is also long.

Detailed Description
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the figures and examples.
Preferred embodiments of a surface emitting structure and a refrigerator having the same according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the description of the drawings, the same or corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted.
< embodiment 1 >
Fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating an automatic humidity control apparatus according to embodiment 1 of the present invention installed in a refrigerator. Fig. 2 and 3 are a perspective view and a sectional view respectively showing a case and a cover of an automatic humidity control apparatus according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an automatic humidity control apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment includes: box 10, lid 20, drive unit 30, air-blowing unit 40, humidity sensor 50, and control unit 60. The moisture permeable film 201 is formed at least in part on the lid 20, the case 10 is sealed by the lid 20 so as to be movable, and the exposed area of the moisture permeable film 201 can be adjusted by adjusting the movement of the lid 20. The driving unit 30 drives the lid unit 20 to be movably adjusted. The blower 40 sends air into the case 10. The humidity sensor 50 detects humidity inside the case 10. The controller 60 controls the operation of the driver 30 and the blower 40 based on the humidity detected by the humidity sensor 50.
In addition, it is preferable that the lid portion 20 is composed of an upper lid 202 and a lower lid 203, at least a part of the lower lid 203 is formed with a moisture permeable film 201, and the upper lid 202 seals the box body together with the lower lid 203 in a movable manner. For example, as shown in fig. 2, a moisture permeable film 201 is embedded in a part of a lower cover 203, and a rail capable of sliding an upper cover 202 along the lower cover 203 is provided on the lower cover 203. The upper cover 202 is provided so as to cover the entire moisture-permeable film 201. The exposed area of the moisture permeable film 201 can be adjusted by sliding the upper cover 202.
Further, it is preferable that the air blowing unit 40 blows air to the moisture-permeable film 201 at a height not lower than the height of the moisture-permeable film 201, and the air blows from above the case 10, thereby forming an air pressure gradient inside and outside the case 10. Thus, local negative pressure is formed in the area close to the moisture-permeable film 201, and the air in the box body is promoted to be exchanged to the outside. In addition, the moisture in the box body is promoted to be discharged outwards due to the influence of air pressure gradient formed on two sides of the moisture permeable film outside and inside the box.
In addition, the driving part 30 preferably includes a motor 301, preferably a stepping motor from the viewpoint of precise control. As shown in fig. 3, a gear 302 is provided on the motor 301, and a rack 303 that meshes with the gear 302 is provided on the upper cover 202. Thus, the upper cover 202 and the lower cover 203 can be surely displaced relative to each other in accordance with the control request, and the moisture-permeable film 201 for shielding and exposing the lower cover 203 can be controlled. Whether the moisture-permeable film 201 is completely covered or exposed in a certain area depends on the humidity control requirement of the air in the box 10.
Preferably, the control unit 60 stores in advance a correspondence relationship between each article type and the optimum storage target humidity thereof, and the control unit 60 controls the operation of the driving unit 30 and the blowing unit 40 based on a difference between the humidity detected by the humidity sensor 50 and the optimum storage target humidity. Specifically, the control unit 60 may include a plurality of databases storing the correspondence between each article type and the optimum storage target humidity, and these databases may be stored in any storage device such as a hard disk, a memory, or a removable storage medium provided in the control unit 60 or accessible to the control unit 60. After the type of the article is selected through the input interface, the purpose of automatically controlling the humidity in the box body is realized by comprehensively adjusting the exposed area of the moisture-permeable film and the blowing time or blowing intensity of dry/humid air according to the difference value between the current humidity and the optimal storage target humidity.
Preferably, the automatic humidity control apparatus 1 further includes a temperature sensor (not shown) for detecting a temperature in the casing 10, and the control unit 60 controls the operation of the driving unit 30 and the air blowing unit 40 based on a difference between the temperature detected by the temperature sensor and a target temperature in the casing 10. When the automatic humidity control apparatus 100 is installed in a refrigerator, the temperature inside the apparatus can be rapidly controlled by the combination of the on/off control of the air supply part 40 and the size control of the ventilation area. For example, in the case where the area of the moisture-permeable film 201 is exposed to the maximum, the temperature in the case 10 is advantageously rapidly decreased. When the area of the moisture-permeable film 201 is not exposed, the fluctuation of the internal temperature of the case 10 can be reduced.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view showing that the lid portion 20 of the automatic humidity control apparatus 1 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention has an inclined surface. Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the upper cover 202 is an inclined surface 204 gradually rising in the flow direction of the air blown out of the air blowing part 40, and the inclined angle of the inclined surface 204 is preferably 0 to 30 degrees. The inclined surface 204 functions to: when air flows over the moisture-permeable film 201, a negative pressure space 205 is formed in a partial space of the see-through film 201 outside the box body 10, which is beneficial to moisture exchange between the moisture-containing air inside the box body 10 and the outside air through the film 201, thereby adjusting the humidity inside the box body 10 more quickly.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing that the cover 20 and the moisture permeable film 201 of the automatic humidity control apparatus 1 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention have a grid shape. As shown in fig. 5, the upper cover 202 and the moisture-permeable film 201 are preferably in a grid shape that can be covered by being displaced. With this configuration, the moisture-permeable film 201 can be exposed to a level of from 0 to 100% with a relatively small driving motor rotation angle.
In addition, the motor 301 preferably realizes bidirectional fixed-distance operation of the motor rotor according to current polarity or phase adjustment, and a displacement sensing point is arranged on the upper cover 202. With such a configuration, the stroke of the motor 301 can be easily determined, and the exposed area (ratio) of the moisture-permeable film can be effectively controlled, thereby controlling the relative humidity of the air in the case. In addition, a stepping motor that can operate according to an angle stroke instruction may be preferentially used; and the angle stroke control parameter of the stepping motor is corresponded with the required exposed area (ratio) of the moisture permeable film 201 in the control program, thereby reliably realizing the control of the relative humidity of the air in the box body 10.
Further, the moisture-permeable film 201 is preferably a perforated film made of at least one organic fiber selected from polypropylene, polyester, spandex, polyamide, viscose, acrylic, polyethylene, and polyvinyl chloride. The moisture-permeable film 201 may be, for example, a nonwoven fabric or a composite film comprising a nonwoven fabric as a base material and another fiber film. In order to achieve a relatively desirable moisture permeation effect, it is preferable to use a microporous film coated with a hydrophilic compound which absorbs moisture in the air in the case 10 and then dries the air outside the caseA larger humidity gradient is formed, which is beneficial to efficiently forming a moisture transfer channel in the air inside and outside the box body. In actual use tests, the moisture permeability is more than 100g/m according to the standard GB/T12704.1-2009224h of film is available as the moisture-permeable film mentioned in the present application.
In addition, it is preferable that at least one surface of the upper cover 202 and the lower cover 203 which slide relative to each other is provided with a rib or a roller along the sliding direction. With this structure, the frictional force of the upper cover 202 and the lower cover 203 sliding relative to each other can be reduced.
In addition, it is preferable that the gap between the lid 20 and the case 10 is within 1.0mm in a state where the lid 20 and the case are hermetically sealed. According to such a structure, the relative sealing performance required for the case 10 from the outside can be maintained, thereby improving the reliability of the performance. In addition, the lower cover 203 can be directly or indirectly fixed with the inner container through a buckle or a screw hole, and then a groove is arranged in the fixed lower cover 203 to place a humidity and temperature sensing probe, and the groove is covered with a hole cover structure. This makes it possible to effectively install a humidity sensor and a temperature sensor.
< embodiment 2 >
Fig. 6 is a schematic view illustrating a refrigerator 100 according to embodiment 2 of the present invention. The refrigerator 100 includes the automatic humidity control apparatus 1 according to embodiment 1, and preferably, the automatic humidity control apparatus 1 is installed in a temperature-variable chamber or a refrigerating chamber. Refrigerator 100 is an air-cooled refrigerator, and air blowing unit 40 is configured by a damper 401 and a fan 402, and is disposed in the outflow direction of air flowing through evaporator 110. Thus, the air passing through the evaporator 110 becomes dry cool air. Therefore, when the humidity in the automatic humidity control apparatus 1 needs to be lowered, the blowing unit 40 may increase the blowing amount to blow dry air to the automatic humidity control apparatus 1. Further, when it is not necessary to reduce the humidity in the automatic humidity control apparatus 1, the damper 401 of the blowing part 40 may be closed, thereby maintaining a high humidity in the automatic humidity control apparatus 1. According to the refrigerator 100 of the present embodiment, the air supply part 40 can be formed by using the original air duct structure of the refrigerator 100, so that the function of automatically adjusting the humidity in the refrigerator compartment can be realized by only changing the control mode of the air supply part without changing the structure of the refrigerator.
< embodiment 3 >
Fig. 7 is a schematic view illustrating a refrigerator 200 according to embodiment 3 of the present invention. The refrigerator 200 includes the automatic humidity control apparatus 1 according to embodiment 1, and preferably, the automatic humidity control apparatus 1 is installed in a temperature-variable chamber or a refrigerating chamber. Refrigerator 100 is a direct-cooling refrigerator, and blower 40 is formed by fan 403 and is disposed at a position close to evaporator 210. In this way, the cold air dried near the evaporator 210 can be blown toward the automatic humidity control apparatus 1 by the fan 403. The refrigerator 200 of the present embodiment can obtain substantially the same effects as the refrigerator 300 of embodiment 2.
The refrigerator according to the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various other modifications are possible. For example, although the above embodiment illustrates the configuration in which the air blowing unit 40 is provided near the evaporator, the present invention is also applicable to a configuration in which the air blowing unit 40 is provided near the heater of the refrigerator. According to the structure, warm and humid air near the heater can be blown into the box body, so that the humidity in the refrigerator compartment can be quickly adjusted.
< method for controlling automatic humidity control >
Fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating a method for controlling automatic humidity adjustment of a refrigerator according to the present invention. The control method for automatic humidity adjustment of a refrigerator according to the present invention is described below, and the control method includes: detection step (S11): the humidity sensor 50 detects the humidity inside the case 10; comparison step (S12): comparing the humidity measured in the detecting step with an optimum preservation target humidity corresponding to each article type; and an adjustment step (S13) in which, based on the comparison result in the comparison step, the drive unit 30 drives the lid unit 20 to movably adjust the exposed area of the moisture-permeable film, and the air blowing unit 40 adjusts the air speed or air volume. According to the control method provided by the invention, the humidity in the box body can be quickly and automatically adjusted in a wider humidity range.
While the invention has been specifically described above in connection with the drawings and examples, it will be understood that the above description is not intended to limit the invention in any way. Those skilled in the art can make modifications and variations to the present invention as needed without departing from the true spirit and scope of the invention, and such modifications and variations are within the scope of the invention.
