Abstract
The invention relates to a flange plate and an assembly component of the flange plate and a clutch hydraulic main cylinder, wherein a plate body of the flange plate is a metal piece, the peripheral edge of the plate body is punched to form a circle of continuous flanging, the head parts of threaded parts are fixedly pressed in mounting holes at two ends of the plate body, and the threaded body parts of the threaded parts extend out of the plate body. The metal flange plate with the flanging has higher strength than a pure metal sheet flange, can meet the requirement of bearing the maximum loading force, is thinner than a plastic flange plate, and can obviously reduce the requirement on the installation space.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of clutch separation systems, in particular to a flange plate for fixing a clutch hydraulic main cylinder and an assembly component of the flange plate and the clutch hydraulic main cylinder.
Background
A hydraulic main cylinder in the clutch release system is fixed on an automobile front wall plate through a flange plate and a threaded part. The existing flange plate has three forms, in the first form, the flange plate is a metal sheet with the thickness of 2-3mm, the metal sheet is fixedly sleeved on a cylinder body of a hydraulic main cylinder through a quick-release structure, mounting holes are formed in two ends of the metal sheet, and the metal sheet is fixed on a front wall plate through the matching of the mounting holes and bolts, so that the hydraulic main cylinder is fixed on the front wall plate. The maximum loading force that the sheetmetal can bear generally needs to reach 5000N, the existing sheetmetal with the thickness of 2-3mm can not meet the loading force requirement, and the deformation of the sheetmetal can exceed 1mm when the sheetmetal bears the maximum loading force. In the second form, the flange plate is a plastic flange, the plastic flange is thicker than the metal flange, mounting holes are formed in two ends of the plastic flange, isolating sleeves are arranged in the mounting holes and used for fixing bolts, the plastic flange is very thick, the occupied space is large, and an additional part, namely the isolating sleeves, is needed for fixing. In the third form, the flange plate is also a plastic flange, is thick and occupies a large space, press-in screws are connected into the mounting holes at the two ends of the plastic flange through co-molding and are used for fixing the cylinder body of the hydraulic main cylinder on the automobile front panel, and the co-molding process is complex and high in difficulty. In the existing three types of flanges, the flanges are separated from the threaded members, and the flanges and the threaded members cannot be fixed together and transmitted to a customer.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the problem that the metal flange plate can not meet the requirement of loading force; the plastic flange is thick and occupies a large space; the problem of requiring an additional component, a spacer sleeve, to secure; the problem of complex co-molding process; the flange plate is separated from the screw element and cannot be transmitted to a client together.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a flange plate which comprises a plate body, wherein mounting holes are formed in two ends of the plate body, the plate body is a metal piece, the peripheral edge of the plate body is punched to form a circle of continuous flanging, heads of threaded pieces are fixedly pressed into the mounting holes in the two ends of the plate body, and threaded body parts of the threaded pieces extend out of the plate body.
In specific implementation, the thickness of the disc body is 2-3 mm.
The invention also provides an assembly component of the flange plate and the clutch hydraulic main cylinder, wherein the flange plate is fixedly sleeved on the cylinder body of the clutch hydraulic main cylinder, and the flange plate adopts the flange plate.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
the metal flange plate with the flanging has higher strength than a pure metal sheet flange, can meet the requirement of bearing the maximum loading force of 5000N, is thinner than a plastic flange plate, and can obviously reduce the requirement on the installation space. The flanging is formed by stamping, and the stamping process is simpler than a co-molding process and has low cost. Threaded parts are fixedly pressed into the mounting holes at the two ends of the disc body, and the flange plate is fixed on the automobile front wall plate through the threaded parts, so that the hydraulic main cylinder is mounted, and additional parts such as an isolating sleeve are avoided. And the flange plate with the screw thread piece can be transmitted to a client side together, and the client can directly install the hydraulic main cylinder on the front wall plate through screw thread installation, so that the installation and the operation are convenient.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the flange plate comprises a plate body 1, wherein mounting holes 4 are formed in two ends of the plate body 1, the plate body 1 is a metal piece, a circle of continuous flanging 5 is formed by stamping the peripheral edge of the plate body 1, the strength of the metal flange plate with the flanging is higher than that of a pure metal sheet flange, the requirement of bearing the maximum loading force of 5000N can be met, the strength of the metal flange plate with the flanging can meet the requirement and is thinner than that of a plastic flange, the thickness of the existing plastic flange plate can exceed 10mm, and the thickness of the metal flange plate can be reduced to 2-3mm, so that the requirement on the mounting space is obviously reduced. The metal flange plate is formed into the flanging by stamping, and the stamping process is simpler than a co-molding process, low in cost and high in precision. The middle of the disc body 1 is provided with a through hole 6, the hole edge of the through hole 6 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 61 at intervals along the circumferential direction, correspondingly, a fixing block 71 on the outer circumferential surface of a cylinder body 7 of the hydraulic main cylinder is provided with a notch 72, the disc body 1 is sleeved on the cylinder body 7 through the through hole 6, and the protrusions 61 are fixed in the notches 72, so that the flange plate is fixedly installed on the cylinder body 7, and therefore an assembly of the flange plate and the hydraulic main cylinder is formed, as shown in fig. 3. The two ends of the disk body 1 are also provided with mounting holes 4, the head parts of the screw thread pieces 3 are fixedly pressed in the mounting holes 4 at the two ends of the disk body 1, the screw thread body parts of the screw thread pieces 3 extend out of the disk body 1, and the screw thread pieces 3 adopt bolts or screws for example. The flange plate is fixed on the automobile front wall plate through the threaded part 3, so that the hydraulic main cylinder is installed, and additional parts such as an isolating sleeve are avoided. And the flange plate with the screw thread part 3 can be transmitted to a client side together, and the client can directly install the hydraulic main cylinder on the front wall plate through screw thread installation, so that the installation and the operation are convenient.
