Abstract

本发明公开了一种槽式太阳能印染热能系统,集热槽单元实现对太阳的实时跟踪并将太阳光反射到位于集热槽的热吸收管中,将其转化为工作流体的高温热能并输送到太阳能换热器,从太阳能换热器出来的水通过熔盐泵加压回到集热槽单元低温端,白天将集热槽单元多余热量储存在高温蓄热罐中,晚上或没有太阳时通过控制阀由高温蓄热罐传热给太阳能换热器;印染用水从蓄水池通过印染水泵被太阳能换热器加热成蒸汽,分别输送到烫毛机、练漂机、丝光机、染色机、印花机、整理机等印染设备,回水全部收集到污水处理系统。使用本发明的槽式太阳能印染热能系统,将太阳能转变成热能,满足印染企业的供热需求,节能环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种印染热能系统,尤其是一种槽式太阳能印染热能系统。
背景技术
纺织印染企业是用热大户,目前多用锅炉产生热量,以煤炭为燃料燃烧产生的CO2、SO2对环境产生很大的危害,危极人类的生存,利用太阳能聚热式热电联产,没有废气排放,同时产生热和电,满足纺织印染企业用热和电的要求,极具发展潜力和应用前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种槽式太阳能印染热能系统,利用太阳能产生热,供给印染企业,节能环保。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:由太阳能熔盐闭式循环和印染水开式循环组成;集热槽单元实现对太阳的实时跟踪并将太阳光反射到位于集热槽的热吸收管中,将其转化为工作流体的高温热能并输送到太阳能换热器,从太阳能换热器出来的水通过熔盐泵加压回到集热槽单元低温端,白天将多余热量储存在高温蓄热罐中,晚上或没有太阳时通过控制阀由高温蓄热罐传热给太阳能换热器;印染用水从蓄水池通过印染水泵被太阳能换热器加热成蒸汽,分别输送到烫毛机、练漂机、丝光机、染色机、印花机、整理机等印染设备,回水全部收集到污水处理系统。
所述的高温工作流体的热能储存介质为熔盐介质。
所述的集热槽单元、太阳能换热器、熔盐泵组成熔盐闭式循环。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,达到利用太阳能满足印染企业热能供给需求的目的,因此本发明节能环保、具有广泛的应用前景。

本发明是一种槽式太阳能印染热能系统,由太阳能熔盐闭式循环和印染水开式循环组成;集热槽单元1实现对太阳的实时跟踪并将太阳光反射到位于集热槽的热吸收管中,将其转化为工作流体的高温热能并输送到太阳能换热器4,从太阳能换热器4出来的熔盐通过熔盐泵14加压回到集热槽单元1低温端,白天将多余热量储存在高温蓄热罐2中,晚上或没有太阳时通过控制阀3由高温蓄热罐2传热给太阳能换热器4;印染用水从蓄水池6通过印染水泵5被太阳能换热器4加热成蒸汽,分别输送到烫毛机8、练漂机9、丝光机10、染色机11、印花机12、整理机13等印染设备,回水全部收集到污水处理系统7。
所述的高温工作流体的热能储存介质为熔盐介质。

作为优选方案,集热槽单元1放置在厂房屋顶。

1.一种槽式太阳能印染热能系统,由太阳能熔盐闭式循环和印染水开式循环组成,其特征在于:所述的集热槽单元(1)实现对太阳的实时跟踪并将太阳光反射到位于集热槽的热吸收管中,将其转化为工作流体的高温热能并输送到太阳能换热器(4),从太阳能换热器(4)出来的熔盐通过熔盐泵(14)加压回到集热槽单元(1)低温端,白天将多余热量储存在高温蓄热罐(2)中,晚上或没有太阳时通过控制阀(3)由高温蓄热罐(2)传热给太阳能换热器(4);所述的印染用水从蓄水池(6)通过印染水泵(5)被太阳能换热器(4)加热成蒸汽,分别输送到烫毛机(8)、练漂机(9)、丝光机(10)、染色机(11)、印花机(12)、整理机(13)等印染设备,回水全部收集到污水处理系统(7)。

3.根据权利要求1至3中任一权利要求所述的一种槽式太阳能印染热能系统,其特征在于:集热槽单元(1)、太阳能换热器(5)、熔盐泵(14)组成熔盐闭式循环。
