Abstract
本发明公开了一种太阳能印染装置,采用定日镜系统实现对太阳的实时跟踪,将太阳光反射到位于高塔上的吸热器中,吸热器吸收由定日镜系统反射来的高热流密度辐射能,将其转化为工作流体的高温热能并储存在高温换热器,由熔盐泵驱动工作流体循环,白;印染用水从蓄水池通过印染水泵被蒸汽发生器加热成蒸汽,分别输送到烫毛机、练漂机、丝光机、染色机、印花机、整理机等印染设备,回水全部收集到污水处理系统。使用本发明的太阳能印染装置,将太阳能转变成热能,满足印染企业供热的需求,节能环保。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种印染热能系统,尤其是一种太阳能印染装置。
背景技术
纺织印染企业是用热大户,目前多用锅炉产生热量,以煤炭为燃料燃烧产生的CO2、SO2对环境产生很大的危害,危极人类的生存,利用太阳能聚热式供热,没有废气排放,同时产生热,满足纺织印染企业用热和电的要求,极具发展潜力和应用前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种太阳能印染装置,利用太阳能产生热,供
给印染企业,节能环保。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种太阳能印染装置,采用定日镜系统实现对太阳的实时跟踪,将太阳光反射到位于高塔上的吸热器中,吸热器吸收由定日镜系统反射来的高热流密度辐射能,将其转化为工作流体的高温热能并储存在高温换热器,由熔盐泵驱动工作流体循环,白天将吸热器多余热量储存在高温蓄热罐中,晚上或没有太阳时利用高温蓄热罐传热给高温换热器;印染用水从蓄水池通过印染水泵被蒸汽发生器加热成蒸汽,分别输送到烫毛机、练漂机、丝光机、染色机、印花机、整理机等印染设备,回水全部收集到污水处理系统。
所述的高温工作流体的热能储存介质为熔盐介质。
所述的吸热器、高温换热器、熔盐泵组成闭式循环。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,达到利用太阳能满足印染企业热能供给需求的目的,,因此本发明节能环保、具有广泛的应用前景。

所述的高温工作流体的热能储存介质为熔盐介质。
所述的吸热器3、高温换热器6、熔盐泵4组成闭式循环。
作为优选方案,定日镜系统1放置在厂房屋顶。

1.一种太阳能印染装置,其特征在于:采用定日镜系统( 1 )实现对太阳( 2 )的实时跟踪,将太阳光反射到位于高塔上的吸热器( 3 )中,吸热器( 3 )吸收由定日镜系统( 1 )反射来的高热流密度辐射能,将其转化为工作流体的高温热能并输送到高温换热器( 6 );白天将多余热量储存在高温蓄热罐( 5 )中,晚上或没有太阳时利用高温蓄热罐( 5 )传热给高温换热器( 6 ),由熔盐泵( 4 )驱动工作流体循环;印染用水从蓄水池( 16 )通过印染水泵( 7 )被高温换热器( 6 )加热成蒸汽,分别输送到烫毛机( 9 )、练漂机( 10 )、丝光机( 11、染色机( 13 )、印花机(14 )、整理机(15 )等印染设备,回水全部收集到污水处理系统(12 )。
2.根据权利要求2所述的一种太阳能印染装置,其特征在于:高温工作流体的热能储存介质为熔盐介质。
3.根据权利要求3所述的一种太阳能印染装置,其特征在于:吸热器( 3 )、高温换热器( 6 )、熔盐泵( 4 )组成闭式循环。
