本发明提供一种防护节能高压锅,包括锅体9和配有限压阀和其它安全构件的锅盖1;锅盖1上设有由外壳3和内套4构成的壳罩2,并形成封闭的空腔20;壳罩2上设有让柄槽22和阀位孔21以及其它让位孔槽,各让位孔槽侧壁使空腔20保持为封闭的状态;壳罩2内侧设有导流槽41;导流槽41出口设有油水杯5;空腔20内设有夹层6;外壳3上设有与阀位孔21配合的罩帽7。本发明的高压锅具有理想的安全防护作用和节能保温效果,且不影响高压锅的安全使用,使用方便,其有利于节能减排而具有推广应用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防护节能高压锅。
背景技术
公众日常在燃气灶或电磁炉上所使用的煮食高压锅(下文称:高压锅或普通高压锅)大多由铝合金或不锈钢材料制成,给人们的生活带来许多便利,相对于自动电高压锅,普通高压锅在煮食过程中能够随时随意进行火力调控,有其一定的使用优势。但是,普通高压锅的金属表面外露面积大,特别是高压锅的锅盖,除了一小部分被锅盖的手柄覆盖外,金属外表大部分外露,在煮食过程中,外露的锅盖表面处于相对高温状态,并因其表面温度高,当人体不小心触碰其上,易被烫痛或烫伤;更为明显的不足是,在高压锅煮食过程中,无论采用燃气灶还是电磁炉,高温的高压锅的锅盖总是处于向外散热状态,又因其表面温度高,外露面积大,散失的热量多,特别是在环境温度较低的冬季,锅盖与周围环境的温差大,散热更快,损失的热量更多,既不利于煮食时的节能,也不利于高压锅在停止煮食加热后的保温。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防护节能高压锅,煮食采用本发明的高压锅可使人体避免触碰在煮食中的高压锅锅盖表面,具有更完善的安全防护作用,并具有更理想的节能和保温效果。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,所述的防护节能高压锅,包括有锅体和与其相配套的锅盖,其特征在于:锅盖上设有覆盖于其外表面上的壳罩;所述壳罩由外壳和与其相套合的内套构成,两者的内侧壁之间具有适宜的间距,并形成封闭的空腔;所述壳罩上设有用于避让盖手柄的让柄槽;所述壳罩上设有用于避让限压阀阀帽的阀位孔,所述阀位孔与阀帽的周侧之间具有适宜的排汽空隙;所述壳罩上设有用于避让锅盖上的其它安全构件的让位孔槽;所述壳罩上的让柄槽和阀位孔以及上述的让位孔槽均具有完整及相互密配的侧壁,以使壳罩内的空腔保持为封闭的状态。
本发明的目的也可以是这样实现的,所述的防护节能高压锅,其特征在于:锅体的外侧设有围绕其一周的由发泡塑胶材料制成的隔热筒;所述隔热筒的上端部设有用于避让固定在锅体上的手柄的对应让位槽口,并使所述的隔热筒的上端面与该手柄的上部面持平;所述隔热筒的内侧面与锅体的外表面相互贴合,并使所述隔热筒套定在锅体上;所述隔热筒的下端面与高压锅底面之间具有适宜的间距,以使高压锅底部的加热盘不被覆盖,或使高压锅下部露出当高压锅以燃气小火加热时所需的适宜大小的的受热面。
本发明的目的还可以是这样实现的,所述的防护节能高压锅,其特征在于:所述隔热筒的下部设有套装于高压锅底部的由发泡塑胶材料制成的具有隔热作用的套垫;所述套垫呈圆盘状,并设有与其成一体连接的呈圆环形的套边;所述套边具有适宜的高度,以使其端面与所述隔热筒的下端面能够相互密合。
由于本发明的高压锅锅盖上构设了具有绝热作用的壳罩,使高压锅的锅盖表面得到有效的绝热覆盖,当本发明高压锅在煮食使用时,人体不易触碰到高温的高压锅盖表面,可以显著减少人体被高压锅烫痛或烫伤的机会,能对人体起到安全防护作用;并且,本发明高压锅锅盖上的壳罩内部为封闭的空腔,其内充满导热系数低的空气,使本发明的壳罩具有良好的绝热性能,而使本发明高压锅获得更好的绝热作用,从而使本发明的高压锅的散热速度显著减慢,减少高压锅在煮食过程中的热量散失,具有一定的节能作用;而在高压锅停止加热后,因壳罩的良好绝热特性而使本发明高压锅也具有良好的保温性能,而使本发明高压锅在停止加热后可获得更长的保温时间。因此,本发明的防护节能高压锅,不仅能显著减少人体被高压锅烫痛或烫伤的机会,具有更完善的安全防护作用,而且具有良好的节能和保温效果。
本发明高压锅中的壳罩上所构设的阀位孔及其与阀帽的周侧之间的排汽空隙,使本发明高压锅的壳罩在锅盖上覆盖不会影响限压阀的正常排气,即有效地解决了通常在高压锅锅盖上进行绝热及防护构造设计所面临的易影响高压锅安全使用的问题,从而使本发明高压锅在煮食加热过程中,在实现节能作用同时,本发明高压锅能够安全使用。即在不影响安全使用的前提下,本发明的防护节能高压锅能对人体起到更完善的安全防护作用和获得更好的节能及保温效果,从而克服了现有技术缺乏在高压锅锅盖上进行绝热及防护构造设计而存在着现有技术方案的防护功能差和节能及保温效果欠佳的不足。
防护功能完善,煮食更快捷,保温更长久,节能效果更好,结构简单紧凑,使用安全方便,本发明高压锅有利于节能减排而具有推广应用价值。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例一
本发明实施例的防护节能高压锅(构造见图1-图9),包括具有手柄的锅体9和与其相配套的具有盖手柄13的锅盖1,锅盖1配设具有阀帽11的限压阀和安全阀14;其构造特点在于:锅盖1上设有覆盖于其表面上的壳罩2;壳罩2由外壳3和与其相套合的内套4构成,两者的内侧壁之间具有适宜的间距,并形成封闭的空腔20;壳罩2上设有用于避让盖手柄13的让柄槽22;壳罩2上设有用于避让限压阀阀帽11的阀位孔21,阀位孔21与阀帽11的周侧之间具有适宜的排汽空隙,以使从阀帽11中喷出的汽体能从该空隙排出;壳罩2上设有用于避让安全阀14的安全孔23,以使安全阀14的作用不受影响。
根据锅盖1上的具体结构,壳罩2上还可设有用于避让锅盖1上的其它安全构件的让位孔槽,以使壳罩2可在锅盖1上套设并安全使用。附加说明:通常,高压锅盖上配有包括限压阀在内的具有稳压排气或超压泄气功能的构造或部件(统称:安全构件),如除了配设限压阀外,锅盖上还配有至少一个具有超压泄气功能的安全阀(如上述例举的安全阀14),或又在锅盖边侧开设用于容纳高压锅密封圈因异常压力而变形凸出的安全孔口;上述记载的锅盖1上的其它安全构件就是指除了限压阀和安全阀14之外以公知方式配设在锅盖上的安全阀或/和安全孔口。
壳罩2上的让柄槽22和阀位孔21以及上述的让位孔槽均具有完整及相互密配的侧壁,以使壳罩2内的空腔20保持为封闭的状态。
本实施例中的壳罩2上所构设的阀位孔21及其与阀帽11周侧之间的排汽空隙,使从限压阀排出的汽体可以无阻碍流通,而使在锅盖1上套装壳罩2不影响本实施例高压锅在煮食加热过程中的安全使用;同时,壳罩2使本实施例高压锅锅盖1的散热表面得以更全面有效的绝热覆盖,其表面温度明显低于锅盖1的表面温度,即使人体接触壳罩2的表面也不会有被烫的感觉,对人体具有良好的安全防护作用;并且,由于在壳罩2内构设了封闭的空腔20,其内充满了导热系数低且不与外界对流的空气,使壳罩2具有良好的绝热性能,能显著减慢锅盖1的散热速度,有利于加快本实施例高压锅的煮食进程,缩短煮食加热时间,具有节能效果;在本实施例高压锅停止加热后,壳罩2具有良好的保温效果,使本实施例高压锅能获得更长的保温时间,减少重新加热的机会而又有利于节能。
为使本发明防护节能高压锅更易于实施应用和具有更好的使用效果,在上述构造的基础上,本实施例进一步构设如下构造,其好处也随后表述。
进一步构造1:上述的阀位孔21的上端周沿不高于限压阀帽孔12的下沿,以使从帽孔12喷出的汽体不被阀位孔21的内壁遮挡。
上述限定的阀位孔21与帽孔12之间的相对位置关系,可使从帽孔12中喷出的汽体免于被阀位孔21的内壁遮挡而使该汽体免于在阀位孔21中形成油水,从而能确保限压阀正常排气及本实施例高压锅的安全使用,并有利于本实施例壳罩2保持良好的绝热及防护效果和使用方便性。
进一步构造2:上述的壳罩2的内侧面与锅盖1外表面的形状相对应,并使两者相互贴合;壳罩2的内侧设有从阀位孔21的底端部开始顺沿锅盖1的外表面延伸至锅盖1外下沿的导流槽41,以使于阀位孔21中的油水顺沿由导流槽41所界定的锅盖1表面流出。
所构设的壳罩2与锅盖1表面之间相互贴合的配合关系,以使两者之间的实际配合缝隙尽可能小或实现无缝隙配合,从而使阀位孔21中的油水不易渗入其间,可使壳罩2具有良好的绝热效果和使用方便性。当本实施例高压锅在煮食时,当从阀帽11底部喷出的汽体于锅盖1表面形成较多油水,所构设的导流槽41可使该油水顺沿由导流槽41所界定的锅盖1表面流出,而使该油水免于积聚在阀位孔21中,以免影响限压阀的正常排气及高压锅的安全使用;也可使该油水不易渗入壳罩2与锅盖1之间可能存在的缝隙中,以确保本实施例壳罩2保持良好的绝热效果和使用方便性。同时,该油水能集中流至同一出口位置,其为油水的集中收集提供有利条件。
进一步构造3:上述的导流槽41的出口位置上设有具有一对插耳51的油水杯5;外壳3上设有一对与插耳51相配对的插孔52,使油水杯5挂接在外壳3的外侧和锅盖1的外下沿,以承接从导流槽41中排出的油水。
所构设的油水杯5可承接从导流槽41流出的油水,而使该油水免于溢流至灶台上,使采用本实施例高压锅煮食使用更安全便利。
进一步构造4:上述的外壳3由绝热塑胶材料制成;内套4由金属薄板材料制成。
上述的外壳3由绝热塑胶材料制成,相对于选用金属材料,具有更好的绝热及防护效果。上述的内套4选用金属材料,相对于选用非金属材料,更耐高温,使内套4更耐用。两者在选材上的上述优化配合,不仅使壳罩2结构合理,绝热性能良好,防护作用更好,并使壳罩2更耐用。本实施例中的内套4优选以不锈钢金属薄板冲压制成,相对于选用其它金属材料,不锈钢材料导热系数相对低,使壳罩2整体绝热效果更好,并使外壳3的表面温升更小,而使本实施例高压锅获得更好的防护和节能及保温效果。
进一步构造5:位于外壳3下侧的阀位孔21的下端面与锅盖1表面之间具有适宜的间距,并设有围绕限压阀一周的环套槽31;环套槽31套设有胶环32,胶环32具有一定弹性和适宜的高度及预设定的接触变形余量,以使其能与锅盖1的外表面保持紧密贴合状态;胶环32的下端部设有以使阀位孔21与导流槽41相贯通的导流口33;胶环32的横截面呈倒“Y”形。
在外壳3上所构设的环套槽31及配有预设定变形余量的胶环32可使阀位孔21的下端面与锅盖1表面之间具有更良好的密合性。该良好的密合性也更有利于引导阀位孔21中的油水从导流口33顺沿由导流槽41所界定的锅盖1表面流出,以避免该油水渗入内套4与锅盖1之间可能存在的缝隙中,而使壳罩2保持良好的绝热作用和使用方便性。上述胶环32可以采用横截面为圆形的普通胶圈,相对而言,横截面呈倒“Y”形的胶环32具有更好的使用适应性及更可靠的防止油水渗入的性能,能进一步提高本实施例壳罩2的绝热作用和使用方便性。
进一步构造6:上述的壳罩2的空腔20内充填棉絮或片条状的棉布。上述的壳罩2的空腔20内充填碎细的适宜充填的具有一定绝热作用的干燥材料。
在本实施例中壳罩2的空腔20内充填有具有一定绝热作用的干燥材料,能增强本实施例高压锅节能及保温效果。采用棉絮或边角料的棉布,材料易得且成本低。
进一步构造7:上述的外壳3上设有与阀位孔21相配合的由具有适宜机械强度的塑胶材料制成的罩帽7;罩帽7呈圆筒形,并设有与阀位孔21上端周沿相密合的帽肩71和用于避让阀帽11的罩孔72,罩孔72的上端为封闭构造;罩帽7的下端外壁设有具有适宜高度的螺纹,阀位孔21的孔壁上设有与罩帽7螺纹相配合的螺纹,以使两者之间可以螺纹连接。
在本实施例高压锅停止加热而进入保温状态时,可以不必卸下阀帽11,上述的罩帽7能直接旋入壳罩2上的阀位孔21中,以封断在阀位孔21位置上的散热通道,能进一步减少本实施例高压锅的热量散失,增强本实施例高压锅的保温效果;旋套于外壳3上的罩帽7又能作为提手柄使用,以使本实施例中的壳罩2在锅盖1上的套装操作更安全便利。本实施例高压锅在煮食加热过程中,则需要从外壳3上卸下罩帽7。
进一步构造8:上述的锅体9的外侧还设有围绕其一周的由发泡塑胶材料制成的隔热筒92;隔热筒92的上端部设有用于避让锅手柄91的让柄口93,并使隔热筒92的上端面与锅手柄91的上部面持平;隔热筒92的内侧面与锅体9的外表面相互贴合,并使隔热筒92能套定在锅体9上;隔热筒92的下端面与锅体9的底端面之间具有适宜的间距,以使高压锅底部的加热盘不被覆盖,或使高压锅下部露出当高压锅以燃气小火加热时所需适宜大小的的受热面。
上述构设的隔热筒92使本实施例高压锅在使用过程中,其散热表面能够得到更全面的绝热覆盖,在电磁炉上使用本实施例的高压锅则具有更理想的节能效果。所构设的隔热筒92的上端面与锅手柄91的上端面持平,使本实施例高压锅在使用过程中,不仅可使锅盖1在锅体9上正常开合使用,使用更方便,而且可使锅体9的散热表面得到更全面的绝热覆盖,以使本实施例高压锅具有更好的防护和节能及保温效果。上述构设的隔热筒92与锅体9之间可以采用适当紧套的连接方式,使隔热筒92能在本发明高压锅煮食加热过程中套定在锅体9上使用,而无需其它辅助构件,整体结构简单,装卸使用更方便。上述构设的隔热筒92与本实施例高压锅底面之间设有适宜的间距,当高压锅在电磁炉或小火状态下的燃气灶煮食使用时,隔热筒92不影响锅体9的正常加热使用,并使隔热筒92避开高压锅在加热时的受热区位,而使隔热筒92免于因局部过热而变形损坏。若高压锅的锅体9上还设有与锅手柄91相配对的副手柄,上述的隔热筒92的上端部同样设有用于避让该副手柄的让位槽口;因副手柄的让位构造简单并易于理解,且在实践中,小型号的高压锅锅体9上通常不设置副手柄,隔热筒92上也就不需要开设对应的让位槽口,为此,本实施例的构造示意图中略去对该部分构造的绘制。上述的隔热筒92优选以发泡聚丙烯材料制成,以使本实施例中的隔热筒92更环保和耐用,且其节能及保温效果良好。
进一步构造9:上述的隔热筒92的下部设有套装于锅体9底部上的具有隔热作用的套垫94;套垫94呈圆盘状,并设有与其成一体连接的呈圆环形的套边95;套边95具有适宜的高度,其端面与隔热筒92的下端面能够相互密合。上述的套垫94由发泡塑胶材料制成。
本实施例高压锅在停止加热并进入保温状态时,上述构设的套垫94可套装于锅体9的底部,并与上述的壳罩2及隔热筒92一起,三者共同配合,使高压锅的散热表面得以最全面的绝热覆盖,而使本实施例高压锅具有更理想的保温效果,能使本实施例高压锅获得更长的保温时间。本实施例高压锅在进入保温状态后,能使高压锅中的食物更长时间维持在高温状态,为达到相同的煮食效果,可以适当提前停止加热,以缩短煮食加热时间,此又能进一步减少本实施例高压锅在煮食时的能量消耗,更好地达到节能目的。所构设的套垫94能给本实施例高压锅在停止加热后的整体移动、放置带来便利,有利于对人体和高压锅所支撑台面起安全防护作用。上述的套垫94优选以发泡聚丙烯材料制成,以使本实施例中的套垫94更环保和耐用,且保温效果更好。
实施例二
本发明实施例二的防护节能高压锅(构造见图10和图11)。为了使本发明的防护节能高压锅的功能更加完善,以使之更易于实施和应用,在本发明实施例一的基础上,本发明实施例二进一步构设如下构造,即:上述的壳罩2的空腔20内设有具有隔热作用的夹层6;夹层6与内套4的配合表面之间相互贴合,以使两者相互密合或粘接成一体。上述的夹层6由发泡塑胶材料制成,且优选发泡聚丙烯材料制成。
所构设的夹层6具有良好的绝热作用,有利于增强本实施例中壳罩2的绝热性能,使本实施例高压锅具有更好的防护和节能及保温效果。同时,夹层6与内套4相互密合或粘合成一体,可进一步增强壳罩2的绝热效果。为使本实施例中的壳罩2更环保和耐用,本实施例中的夹层6优选发泡聚丙烯材料制成。
本发明实施例防护节能高压锅具有如下特点:1.本实施例中的壳罩2上所构设的阀位孔21,解决了在本发明高压锅的锅盖1上进行绝热构造设计所面临的易影响高压锅正常排气及安全使用的技术问题,从而实现本发明高压锅在煮食加热过程中其散热表面得以更全面的绝热覆盖而具有更理想的防护和节能及保温效果,从而克服了现有技术不涉及在高压锅锅盖1上进行绝热构造设计而使现有绝热技术方案的防护功能欠完善和节能及保温效果不够理想的不足。2.本实施例中所构设的导流槽41,当本发明高压锅在煮食时,若出现异常排汽状态而排出较多汽体并于阀位孔21中形成较多油水,则该油水可经上述的导流槽41顺畅地排出,以免影响限压阀的正常排气及高压锅的安全使用,从而有效地解决了本发明高压锅在出现异常排汽状态下的安全使用问题,即所构设的导流槽41可使设置在锅盖1上的壳罩2确保不影响本发明高压锅的安全使用,也就完全克服了现有技术方案中因不能妥善解决可能存在的技术问题而未能在锅盖1上进行绝热构造设计而使现有绝热技术存在的不足。3.本实施例中的隔热构件主要由分立的壳罩2和隔热筒92及套垫94三者配合构成,在高压锅煮食时,可根据具体需要,择一或组合配套使用,实际应用可以灵活多变。如当本发明高压锅在燃气灶上开始猛火加热时,仅在锅盖1套用壳罩2而不在锅体9上使用隔热筒92,使锅体9的侧表面也处于受热状态;当高压锅变换为小火加热时,锅体9的侧表面从受热状态变换为散热状态,此时,可在锅体9上套用隔热筒92,以减少经锅体9侧表面的热量散失而达到节能目的;而当本发明高压锅停止加热之后,于高压锅底部再套装套垫94,使本发明高压锅的散热表面得以更全面的绝热覆盖而具有更理想的保温效果,也更有利于节能。当本发明高压锅在电磁炉上煮食加热时,锅体9外表面始终处于散热状态,此时,可将壳罩2套在锅盖1上且将隔热筒92套定在锅体9上,以实现更全面的绝热覆盖,达到理想的绝热及节能效果。4.本实施例中的隔热构件结构简单紧凑,易于模制,质轻价廉,组合套装容易,使用安全方便,防护功能完善,煮食更快捷,保温更长久,节能效果更好,煮食采用本实施例高压锅有利于节能减排,使本发明高压锅具有推广应用价值。

1.一种防护节能高压锅,包括具有手柄的锅体(9)和与其相配套的具有盖手柄(13)的锅盖(1),锅盖(1)配设具有阀帽(11)的限压阀和其它安全构件;其特征在于:锅盖(1)上设有覆盖于其外表面上的壳罩(2);所述壳罩(2)由外壳(3)和与其相套合的内套(4)构成,两者的内侧壁之间具有适宜的间距,并形成封闭的空腔(20);所述壳罩(2)上设有用于避让盖手柄(13)的让柄槽(22);所述壳罩(2)上设有用于避让限压阀阀帽(11)的阀位孔(21),所述阀位孔(21)与阀帽(11)的周侧之间具有适宜的排汽空隙;所述壳罩(2)上设有用于避让锅盖(1)上的其它安全构件的让位孔槽;所述壳罩(2)上的让柄槽(22)和阀位孔(21)以及上述的让位孔槽均具有完整及相互密配的侧壁,以使壳罩(2)内的空腔(20)保持为封闭的状态;所述壳罩(2)的内侧面与锅盖(1)外表面的形状相对应,并使两者相互贴合;所述壳罩(2)的内侧设有从所述阀位孔(21)的底端部开始顺沿锅盖(1)的外表面延伸至锅盖(1)外下沿的导流槽(41);所述导流槽(41)的出口位置上设有具有一对插耳(51)的油水杯(5);所述外壳(3)上设有一对与插耳(51)相配对的插孔(52),油水杯(5)挂接在外壳(3)的外侧和锅盖(1)的外下沿,以承接从导流槽(41)中排出的油水;所述壳罩(2)的空腔(20)内设有由发泡塑胶材料制成的具有隔热作用的夹层(6);所述夹层(6)与内套(4)的配合表面之间相互贴合,以使两者相互密合或粘接成一体;所述外壳(3)上设有与阀位孔(21)相配合的由具有适宜机械强度的塑胶材料制成的罩帽(7);所述罩帽(7)呈圆筒形,并设有用于避让阀帽(11)的罩孔(72),所述罩孔(72)的上端为封闭构造。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防护节能高压锅,其特征在于:所述外壳(3)由塑胶材料制成;所述内套(4)由金属薄板制成;位于所述外壳(3)下侧的阀位孔(21)的下端面与锅盖(1)表面之间具有适宜的间距,并设有围绕限压阀一周的环套槽(31);所述环套槽(31)套设有胶环(32),所述胶环(32)具有一定弹性和适宜的高度及预设定的接触变形余量,以使其能与锅盖(1)的外表面保持紧贴状态;所述胶环(32)的下端部设有以使阀位孔(21)与导流槽(41)相贯通的导流口(33)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防护节能高压锅,其特征在于:所述阀位孔(21)的上端周沿不高于限压阀帽孔(12)的下沿,以使从帽孔(12)喷出的汽体不被阀位孔(21)的内壁遮挡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防护节能高压锅,其特征在于:所述夹层(6)优选发泡聚丙烯材料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防护节能高压锅,其特征在于:所述罩帽(7)的下端外壁设有具有适宜高度的螺纹,所述阀位孔(21)的孔壁上设有与所述罩帽(7)螺纹相配合的螺纹,以使两者之间可以螺纹连接。
