Description

Alarm management method and device and packet transmission equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of communication, in particular to an alarm management method, an alarm management device and packet transmission equipment.
Background
When a Packet Transport Network (PTN) device is opened, some ports of the PTN device do not load traffic, even no optical module is inserted, or no optical fiber is connected, and there are alarms in this time, but the user does not want to see the alarms because the alarms are normal. In addition, some ports of the PTN device in the current network are not used at present (these ports are used for the subsequent service expansion), so that an optical module or an optical fiber may not be plugged, and an alarm may be given at this time, and a user does not want to see the PTN device.
The alarm pre-entry function is designed for processing alarms generated by ports which are not loaded with services in equipment, and one of the main functions is automatic recovery of alarm reporting. When the alarm reporting automatic recovery function is applied, the corresponding alarm message of the unloaded service port in the equipment is not reported. If a pre-input function is configured for LOS (LOSs of signal, LOS) alarm, the alarm will not be reported when there is LOS alarm on the port, so as to achieve the purpose of suppressing the alarm. When the port is converted from the unloaded service to the loaded service, the LOS alarm disappearance is detected, at this time, a message of port alarm pre-input cancellation needs to be reported, a module configured with the function is informed that the service is recovered to be normal, the pre-input configuration is cancelled, and the port is recovered to be in a normal actual alarm reporting state.
At present, all methods for realizing the alarm pre-input function of the PTN equipment are to set alarm pre-input configuration into LOS alarm of a port. However, if the optical module is not connected with the optical fiber or even the optical module is not inserted during opening, the configuration method can cause that the optical module is not provided with the alarm report, and the alarm is not expected to be seen by the user; in addition, because the correlation exists between the optical module uninstalling alarm and the LOS alarm, when the optical module is not plugged, the LOS alarm cannot be detected, so if the LOS alarm configuration is pre-input at this time, the pre-input configuration is cancelled in advance because the LOS alarm does not exist. When the optical module is inserted into the optical module, if the optical fiber is not connected, the detected LOS alarm is reported to the user because the pre-input configuration of the LOS alarm is cancelled. Therefore, the prior art has the problem that the associated alarm management is unreasonable, so that the alarm information which should not be reported is reported to the user.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following detailed description and accompanying drawings.
The first embodiment is as follows:
please refer to fig. 1, the alarm management method provided in this embodiment includes:
step 101: setting the pre-alarm state of a port of a packet transmission device, which is not configured with a first module, as an alarm suppression unconfiguration state of the first module; when the first module is not configured with the alarm suppression state, the detected alarm information which is not configured with the first module of the port is not reported;
step 102: detecting that the first module of the port is not configured with alarm information and does not report;
step 103: when detecting that the first module of the port is not configured with the alarm and disappears, setting the pre-alarm state of the port as the second module is not configured with the alarm inhibition state; at this time, the alarm message which is not configured on the second module of the detected port is not reported;
step 104: detecting that the second module of the port is not configured with alarm information and not reporting;
step 105: when detecting that the second module of the port is not configured with the alarm and disappears, canceling the pre-alarm state of the port; and informing the user that the port is recovered to a normal actual alarm reporting state.
In this embodiment, the unconfigured alarm of the second module is an associated alarm of unconfigured alarm of the first module. As can be seen, in this embodiment, the unconfigured alarm of the first module is set to the suppression state, so that the unconfigured alarm information of the first module generated by the port is not reported; and after the unconfigured alarm of the first module disappears, setting the unconfigured alarm of the second module of the port into a suppression state, so that the unconfigured alarm information of the second module generated by the port is not reported. Therefore, the alarm which the user does not want to see can be prevented from being reported to the user, and the satisfaction degree of user experience is improved.
In this embodiment, a port of the packet forwarding device may correspond to multiple alarms, as shown in fig. 2, and among the multiple alarms, at least one group of associated alarms may exist, where an associated alarm refers to an alarm that appears after a previous alarm disappears, for example, an alarm that is not inserted into an optical module is an associated alarm that is not inserted into an optical module. For the related alarms, the management method provided by the embodiment can be adopted to carry out effective management and control, and the alarms which the user does not want to see are prevented from being reported to the user.
Specifically, the first module in this embodiment may be an optical module, and the non-configuration alarm of the corresponding first module is a non-configuration alarm of the optical module; the second module may be an optical fiber, and if the second module is not configured with an alarm, the second module is corresponding to an alarm without an inserted optical fiber, which is specifically characterized as an LOS alarm.
In this embodiment, setting the suppression state of each alarm can be specifically realized by an alarm pre-entry state, where the pre-alarm state of the port is the alarm pre-entry state; the pre-alarm state of the port is set as the state that the first module is not configured with alarm suppression, and the state is as follows: setting a pre-input state of a first module of a port without alarm configuration as automatic recovery; setting the pre-alarm state of the port as the second module unconfigured alarm suppression state: and setting the pre-input state of the second module of the port without alarm configuration to be automatically recovered. Of course, in this embodiment, of the two alarms associated with the alarm, the suppression of one of the alarms is implemented by the alarm pre-entry state function, and the other alarm is implemented by other suppression methods.
It should be understood that the solution provided in this embodiment is not limited to the case where the associated alarms are two alarms, but is also applicable to the case where three or more alarms are associated, and only the pre-alarm state of the port needs to be switched and set correspondingly according to the corresponding relationship between the alarms.
In this embodiment, after detecting that the first module of the port is not configured with the alarm and disappears, before setting the pre-alarm state of the port as the second module is not configured with the alarm suppression state, the method further includes sending a cancellation message for canceling the pre-alarm state of the port according to the disappearance of the non-configured alarm of the first module of the port;
when the pre-alarm state of the port is set to be the alarm suppression state which is not configured in the second module, the method comprises the following steps:
analyzing whether the cancellation message is sent according to the condition that the first module is not configured with the alarm disappearance trigger or not, if so, setting the pre-alarm state of the port as the second module is not configured with the alarm suppression state; and cancel the report of the cancellation message; to avoid directly cancelling the pre-alarm state of the port.
Example two:
referring to fig. 3, the present embodiment provides an alarm management device, which includes a first configuration module, a first detection module, a second configuration module, a second detection module, and a second cancellation module; wherein:
the first configuration module is used for setting the pre-alarm state of the port of the first module which is not configured by the packet transmission equipment to be the alarm suppression unconfigured state of the first module, and the first module does not report the detected alarm unconfigured message of the first module of the port when the alarm suppression unconfigured state of the first module is not configured;
the first detection module is used for detecting whether the alarm which is not configured by the first module of the port disappears;
the second configuration module is used for setting the pre-alarm state of the port as the alarm suppression state of the second module when the first detection module detects that the first module of the port is not configured with the alarm and disappears; the second module unconfigured alarm is the related alarm of the unconfigured alarm of the first module; when the second module is not configured with the alarm suppression state, the alarm suppression state does not report the alarm message which is not configured with the second module of the detected port;
the second detection module is used for detecting whether the alarm which is not configured by the second module of the port disappears;
the second canceling module is used for canceling the pre-alarm state of the port and informing a user that the port returns to a normal actual alarm reporting state after the second detecting module detects that the second module of the port is not configured with the alarm and disappears.
The associated alarm in this embodiment means that the subsequent alarm appears after the previous alarm disappears, for example, the alarm without inserting the optical fiber is the associated alarm without inserting the optical module alarm.
In this embodiment, setting the suppression state of each alarm can be specifically realized by an alarm pre-entry state, where the pre-alarm state of the port is the alarm pre-entry state; the first configuration module sets the pre-alarm state of the port to be the first module unconfigured alarm suppression state: setting a pre-input state of a first module of a port without alarm configuration as automatic recovery; the second configuration module sets the pre-alarm state of the port to be the second module unconfigured alarm suppression state: and setting the pre-input state of the second module of the port without alarm configuration to be automatically recovered.
Referring to fig. 4, the alarm management apparatus further includes a first canceling module, configured to send a canceling message for canceling the pre-alarm state of the port according to the non-alarm configured state of the first module, after the first detection module detects that the alarm configured on the first module of the port disappears, and before the second configuration module sets the pre-alarm state of the port to the non-alarm configured state of the second module;
the process that the second configuration module sets the pre-alarm state of the port to be the alarm suppression state which is not configured by the second module comprises the following steps: analyzing whether the cancellation message is sent according to the condition that the first module is not configured with the alarm disappearance trigger or not, if so, setting the pre-alarm state of the port as the second module is not configured with the alarm suppression state; and cancel the report of the message; otherwise, allowing the message to be reported normally so as to cancel the pre-alarm state of the port directly.
Example three:
the embodiment provides a packet transmission device, which comprises at least one port, a processor and a memory; the memory is used for storing at least one program module, and the processor is used for calling the at least one program module to execute the following steps:
setting the pre-alarm state of a port of a packet transmission device, which is not configured with a first module, as an alarm suppression unconfiguration state of the first module; when the first module is not configured with the alarm suppression state, the detected alarm information which is not configured with the first module of the port is not reported;
detecting that the first module of the port is not configured with alarm information and does not report;
when detecting that the first module of the port is not configured with the alarm and disappears, setting the pre-alarm state of the port as the second module is not configured with the alarm inhibition state; at this time, the alarm message which is not configured on the second module of the detected port is not reported;
detecting that the second module of the port is not configured with alarm information and not reporting;
when detecting that the second module of the port is not configured with the alarm and disappears, canceling the pre-alarm state of the port; and informing the user that the port is recovered to a normal actual alarm reporting state.
In order to better understand the invention, the first module is taken as the optical module, and the first module unconfigured alarm is an optical module unconfigured alarm; the second module is an optical fiber, the second module is not configured with an LOS alarm as an example, and the suppression state of each alarm is realized through the alarm pre-input state as an example, so that the invention is further described.
For a port a of a certain service board of a packet transport device without an optical module, please refer to fig. 5 for an alarm management process, which includes:
step 501: receiving a configuration message of which the alarm pre-input state is automatically recovered;
step 502: setting the pre-throwing state of the optical module without alarm under the port A as automatic recovery;
step 503: the alarm is not reported when the detected optical module of the port A is not installed;
step 504: detecting that the alarm disappears when the optical module of the port A is not installed;
step 505: setting the pre-input state of the port A optical module without alarm as no pre-input; reporting an alarm pre-investment cancellation message;
step 506: detecting that an alarm preset cancel message is reported;
step 507: analyzing the message;
step 508: judging whether the pre-input cancellation message is triggered by the absence of the alarm when the optical module is not installed, if so, turning to step 509; otherwise, go to step 514;
step 509: canceling the report of the pre-entry cancellation message;
step 510: setting the pre-input state of the LOS alarm under the port A as automatic recovery;
step 511: the LOS alarm of the detected port A is not reported;
step 512: after inserting the optical fiber on the optical module, detecting that the LOS alarm disappears;
step 513: setting the pre-entry state of the LOS alarm as no pre-entry, and turning to step 514;
step 514: reporting alarm pre-input cancel message, canceling the pre-input state of the port A, and informing the user that the port A recovers to the normal actual alarm reporting state.
Therefore, the alarm pre-input configuration is firstly set to the optical module non-installation alarm, and when the optical module non-installation alarm pre-input is cancelled, the pre-input configuration is set to the LOS alarm, so that the problem that the optical module non-installation alarm is reported by a port which does not load service is effectively solved, and the LOS alarm cannot be reported under the condition that the optical module is inserted and the optical fiber is not inserted; the method and the device can avoid reporting the alarm which the user does not want to see to the user, and further improve the satisfaction degree of user experience.
The foregoing is a more detailed description of the present invention that is presented in conjunction with specific embodiments, and the practice of the invention is not to be considered limited to those descriptions. For those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, several simple deductions or substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, and all shall be considered as belonging to the protection scope of the invention.
