Abstract
本发明公开一种混合内嵌式触控显示面板,其是通过将传送驱动单元的数量减半及条状感应电极的数量加倍,从而减少传送驱动单元所占用的布局(Layout)空间,因而实现减小左右边框尺寸的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种触控显示技术领域,具体涉及一种混合内嵌式触控(HybridIn-cellTouch)显示面板。
背景技术
近来,液晶显示器(LiquidCrystalDisplay,LCD)技术有了飞速的发展,从屏幕的尺寸到显示的质量都取得了极大的进步,LCD具有体积小、功耗低、无辐射等特点,现已占据了平面显示领域的主导地位。
触摸液晶显示屏是将输入、输出终端一体化的重要载体之一。近年来,随着小巧、轻盈的手持设备等一系列产品的问世,市场对触摸液晶显示屏的需求激增。
触控技术的发展方向有低成本、高良率、大尺寸、高可靠性等等。为了达到此目标,在结构技术上,发展了外挂式(On-Cell)、内嵌式(In-Cell)和混合内嵌式(HybridIn-Cell)等内置触控结构。其中,相较于内嵌式内置触控结构,混合内嵌式内置触控结构因为具有更佳的信噪比(signal-to-noiseratio,SNR)、更高的面板生产良率和可做在更大尺寸的机种上等优点,从而逐渐受到重视。
请参照图1,其是现有的混合内嵌式触控显示面板中现有的混合内嵌式触控结构1的示意图。所述现有的混合内嵌式触控显示面板中的薄膜晶体管阵列基板包含一触控驱动电极(Tx)图形层10和多个传送驱动单元20。所述混合内嵌式触控显示面板中的彩色滤光片基板具有一触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30。所述触控驱动电极(Tx)图形层10、所述多个传送驱动单元20和所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30构成了所述现有的混合内嵌式触控结构1。所述触控驱动电极(Tx)图形层10包含多个条状驱动电极101。所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30包含多个条状感应电极301。所述多个条状驱动电极101与所述多个条状感应电极301相互交错排列。每个条状驱动电极101的两端分别电性连接至一传送驱动单元20。所述多个条状感应电极301的一侧端分别具有一向外延伸的信号线3011。每一条状驱动电极101和每一条状感应电极301的交叠位置形成一个触控电极,例如图1中的区域A所示。
如上述,现有的混合内嵌式触控结构1中的每个条状驱动电极101的左右两侧的末端分别电性连接至一传送驱动单元20,因此可以得知其结构不利于左右边框的窄边框设计。因此,有必要提供一种新的混合内嵌式触控显示面板,来解决现有技术所存在的问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种混合内嵌式触控显示面板。通过将传送驱动单元的数量减半及条状感应电极的数量加倍,从而减少传送驱动单元所占用的布局(Layout)空间,因而实现减小左右边框尺寸的目的。
用于实现本发明的前述目的,本发明提供一种混合内嵌式触控显示面板,包含一第一基板、一与所述第一基板相对设置的第二基板以及一夹设于所述第一基板与第二基板之间的液晶层,其中:
所述第一基板包含一触控驱动电极(Tx)图形层和多个传送驱动单元,所述触控驱动电极(Tx)图形层包含多个条状驱动电极;
所述第二基板具有一触控感应电极(Rx)图形层,所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层区分为第一区域及第二区域,所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第一区域及第二区域分别包含多个条状感应电极;以及
对应于所述第一区域的每个条状驱动电极和对应于所述第二区域的每个条状驱动电极的同一侧的末端电性连接至同一传送驱动单元。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第一区域中的每个条状感应电极的一端和所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第二区域中的每个条状感应电极的一端分别具有一向外延伸的信号线。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第一区域中的每个条状感应电极的向外延伸的信号线的延伸方向是相同于所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第二区域中的每个条状感应电极的向外延伸的信号线的延伸方向。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第一区域中的每个条状感应电极的宽度是大于或小于所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第二区域中的每个条状感应电极的宽度。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第一区域中的每个条状感应电极的向外延伸的信号线的延伸方向是相反于所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第二区域中的每个条状感应电极的向外延伸的信号线的延伸方向。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第一区域中的每个条状感应电极与所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第二区域中的每个条状感应电极相互对齐。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第一区域中的每个条状感应电极和所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第二区域中的每个条状感应电极之间具有一第一间距,所述多个条状驱动电极之间具有一第二间距,所述第一间距是小于所述第二间距。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述多个条状驱动电极的数量为偶数。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述多个条状驱动电极与所述多个条状感应电极相互交错排列。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述第一基板是薄膜晶体管阵列基板,所述第二基板是彩色滤光片基板。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益的效果。通过上述技术方案,本发明的混合内嵌式触控显示面板至少具有下列优点及有益效果:通过将传送驱动单元的数量减半及条状感应电极的数量加倍,从而减少传送驱动单元所占用的布局(Layout)空间,因而实现减小左右边框尺寸的目的。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预订发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明提出的混合内嵌式触控显示面板其具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
本发明的混合内嵌式触控显示面板包含一第一基板、一第二基板及一液晶层(这些特征为现有技术,故未示于图中)。所述第二基板与所述第一基板相对设置。所述液晶层夹设于所述第一基板与第二基板之间。所述第一基板可以是薄膜晶体管阵列基板,所述第二基板可以是彩色滤光片基板。
请参照图2和图3,图2为本发明第一实施例中混合内嵌式触控显示面板中混合内嵌式触控结构2的示意图;图3为图2中区域B的放大示意图。所述混合内嵌式触控显示面板中的第一基板包含一触控驱动电极(Tx)图形层10和多个传送驱动单元20。所述混合内嵌式触控显示面板中的第二基板具有一触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30。所述触控驱动电极(Tx)图形层10、所述多个传送驱动单元20和所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30构成了所述混合内嵌式触控结构2。
所述触控驱动电极(Tx)图形层10包含多个条状驱动电极101。所述多个条状驱动电极101的数量为偶数。所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30区分为第一区域30a及第二区域30b,所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30的第一区域30a及第二区域30b分别包含多个条状感应电极301。所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30的第一区域30a中的每个条状感应电极301与所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30的第二区域30b中的每个条状感应电极301相互对齐。所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30的第一区域30a中的每个条状感应电极301和所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30的第二区域30b中的每个条状感应电极301之间具有一第一间距D1,所述多个条状驱动电极101之间具有一第二间距D2,所述第一间距D1是小于所述第二间距D2。所述多个条状驱动电极101与所述多个条状感应电极301相互交错排列。
对应于所述第一区域30a的每个条状驱动电极101和对应于所述第二区域30b的每个条状驱动电极101的同一侧的末端电性连接至同一传送驱动单元20。亦即,在本实施例中是,由上至下的第一个条状驱动电极101与第五个条状驱动电极101的左侧的末端电性连接到左侧的由上至下的第一个传送驱动单元20,且它们的右侧的末端电性连接到右侧的由上至下的第一个传送驱动单元20。
所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30的第一区域30a中的每个条状感应电极301的一端和所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30的第二区域30b中的每个条状感应电极301的一端分别具有一向外延伸的信号线3011,且所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30的第一区域30a中的每个条状感应电极301的向外延伸的信号线3011的延伸方向是相同于所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30的第二区域30b中的每个条状感应电极301的向外延伸的信号线3011的延伸方向。所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30的第一区域30a中的每个条状感应电极301的宽度W1是大于所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30的第二区域30b中的每个条状感应电极301的宽度W2,从而用以引出所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30的第一区域30a中的每个条状感应电极301的向外延伸的信号线3011。所述多个向外延伸的信号线3011电性连接至FPC端(图中未示出)。每一条状驱动电极101和每一条状感应电极301的交叠位置形成一个触控电极,例如图2中的区域A所示。当所述触控驱动电极(Tx)图形层10的传送驱动信号逐行扫描时,通过侦测每个条状感应电极301的信号的变化,确认触控电位。
请参照图4,其为本发明第二实施例中混合内嵌式触控显示面板中混合内嵌式触控结构2的示意图。本发明的混合内嵌式触控显示面板中混合内嵌式触控结构2的第二实施例与上述第一实施例相似,不同之处在于:所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30的第一区域30a中的每个条状感应电极301的宽度是等于所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30的第二区域30b中的每个条状感应电极301的宽度;以及所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30的第一区域30a中的每个条状感应电极301的向外延伸的信号线3011的延伸方向是相反于所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层30的第二区域30b中的每个条状感应电极301的向外延伸的信号线3011的延伸方向。
如上所述,本发明的混合内嵌式触控显示面板是通过将传送驱动单元20的数量减半以及条状感应电极301的数量加倍,从而减少传送驱动单元20所占用的布局(Layout)空间,因而实现减小左右边框尺寸的目的。

Claims (10)
1.一种混合内嵌式触控(HybridIn-cellTouch)显示面板,包含一第一基板、一与所述第一基板相对设置的第二基板以及一夹设于所述第一基板与第二基板之间的液晶层,其特征在于:
所述第一基板包含一触控驱动电极(Tx)图形层和多个传送驱动单元,所述触控驱动电极(Tx)图形层包含多个条状驱动电极;
所述第二基板具有一触控感应电极(Rx)图形层,所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层区分为第一区域及第二区域,所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第一区域及第二区域分别包含多个条状感应电极;以及
对应于所述第一区域的每个条状驱动电极和对应于所述第二区域的每个条状驱动电极的同一侧的末端电性连接至同一传送驱动单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合内嵌式触控显示面板,其特征在于,所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第一区域中的每个条状感应电极的一端和所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第二区域中的每个条状感应电极的一端分别具有一向外延伸的信号线。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合内嵌式触控显示面板,其特征在于,所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第一区域中的每个条状感应电极的向外延伸的信号线的延伸方向是相同于所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第二区域中的每个条状感应电极的向外延伸的信号线的延伸方向。
4.据权利要求3所述的混合内嵌式触控显示面板,其特征在于,所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第一区域中的每个条状感应电极的宽度是大于或小于所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第二区域中的每个条状感应电极的宽度。
5.根据权利要求2所述的混合内嵌式触控显示面板,其特征在于,所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第一区域中的每个条状感应电极的向外延伸的信号线的延伸方向是相反于所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第二区域中的每个条状感应电极的向外延伸的信号线的延伸方向。
6.根据权利要求1所述的混合内嵌式触控显示面板,其特征在于,所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第一区域中的每个条状感应电极与所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第二区域中的每个条状感应电极相互对齐。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混合内嵌式触控显示面板,其特征在于,所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第一区域中的每个条状感应电极和所述触控感应电极(Rx)图形层的第二区域中的每个条状感应电极之间具有一第一间距,所述多个条状驱动电极之间具有一第二间距,所述第一间距是小于所述第二间距。
8.根据权利要求1所述的混合内嵌式触控显示面板,其特征在于,所述多个条状驱动电极的数量为偶数。
9.根据权利要求1所述的混合内嵌式触控显示面板,其特征在于,所述多个条状驱动电极与所述多个条状感应电极相互交错排列。
10.根据权利要求1所述的混合内嵌式触控显示面板,其特征在于,所述第一基板是薄膜晶体管阵列基板;及所述第二基板是彩色滤光片基板。
