技术领域
本发明涉及建筑支护设备技术领域，具体说是一种假牛腿制作用模具架。
背景技术
在立柱的浇注建造过程中，架设好立柱框架后需要浇注水泥混凝土，浇注后进行风干，在风干过程中，由于水泥混凝土收缩，上部的水泥混凝土向下渗透，造成上部浇注不足，然而在建筑过程中，浇注需要一次成型，后续的任何修补都不能起到有效支撑作用。
在现有的解决手段中，人们通常采用在立柱的上端一侧架设一个突出的空间，然后在这个空间内进行浇注，如此一来，侧向空间内的水泥混凝土构成补充，保证立柱内部的水泥混凝土有足够的原料来源。这个突出的部分人称假牛腿。
假牛腿的支护通常采用与立柱相同的支护板，然而这种假牛腿结构特殊，制作模具难度大，耗时长，且仅能一次性使用，成本大，不利于快速施工。在立柱凝固完全以后，需要将过渡阶段使用的假牛腿除去，假牛腿除去以后会留下参差不齐的痕迹，需要使用修理工具进行修理，较为费时费力，需要的设备较多，更换麻烦。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种假牛腿制作用模具架。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种假牛腿制作用模具架，包括模具框架，所述模具框架包括倾斜的主板和分别固定在主板左右两侧，且与主板垂直的侧板。
所述模具框架左右两侧均通过铰接的方式连接有一支腿，所述支腿的下端共同固定有一撑板，所述撑板上设有沿支腿长度方向设置的一号螺杆，所述一号螺杆的下端通过螺纹配合的方式穿过撑板连接有底板，一号螺杆通过球接的方式与底板相连，一号螺杆的上端均设有一号转动盘。
所述支腿的中部均通过铰接的方式连接有一辅助杆，所述辅助杆的下端均设有二号螺杆，所述二号螺杆的下端均通过螺纹配合的方式连接有一套筒，所述套筒的下端均通过铰接的方式连接有一支脚。
所述模具框架的左右两端面上均配合固定有一竖直放置的三号螺杆，模具框架的上方设有铲板，所述铲板的左右两端均通过螺纹配合的方式与三号螺杆相连，所述三号螺杆上端均设有二号转动盘。
所述底板为弧形板，底板的下端面上设有横向放置的防滑条。
本发明的有益效果是：1.本发明通过可反复利用的模具制作假牛腿，提高了假牛腿的制作速度，提高了施工便利性，减轻了劳动施工负担，降低了制作假牛腿的成本。2.所述支腿和辅助杆共同对模具框架进行支撑，提高了支撑稳定性。3.所述撑板上设有底板，所述底板可通过螺纹连接的方式在撑板上进行调节，适应不同高度的支撑要求。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段和创作特征易于明白了解，下面对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1至图2所示，一种假牛腿制作用模具架，包括模具框架1，所述模具框架1包括倾斜的主板2和分别固定在主板2左右两侧，且与主板2垂直的侧板3。
所述模具框架1左右两侧均通过铰接的方式连接有一支腿4，所述支腿4的下端共同固定有一撑板5，所述撑板5上设有沿支腿4长度方向设置的一号螺杆6，所述一号螺杆6的下端通过螺纹配合的方式穿过撑板5连接有底板7，一号螺杆6通过球接的方式与底板7相连，一号螺杆6的上端均设有一号转动盘8。
所述支腿4的中部均通过铰接的方式连接有一辅助杆9，所述辅助杆9的下端均设有二号螺杆10，所述二号螺杆10的下端均通过螺纹配合的方式连接有一套筒11，所述套筒11的下端均通过铰接的方式连接有一支脚12。
所述模具框架1的左右两端面上均配合固定有一竖直放置的三号螺杆13，模具框架1的上方设有铲板14，所述铲板14的左右两端均通过螺纹配合的方式与三号螺杆13相连，所述三号螺杆13上端均设有二号转动盘15。
所述底板7为弧形板，底板7的下端面上设有横向放置的防滑条16。
使用时，通过调节支腿4的摆放角度和底板7的伸出长度调节，将模具框架1调整至位于立柱上方的位置，然后将模具框架1的后端面贴在立柱制作模具的外侧面上，利用辅助杆9进行辅助支撑。
浇注完成以后，转动二号转动盘15，将铲板14向下推动，压在假牛腿上，最终将假牛腿从立柱上铲除，并可反复铲除，以使铲除痕迹平滑。

所述支腿的中部均通过铰接的方式连接有一辅助杆，所述辅助杆的下端均设有二号螺杆，所述二号螺杆的下端均通过螺纹配合的方式连接有一套筒，所述套筒的下端均通过铰接的方式连接有一支脚；
