本发明公开一种半自动压缩机转子叶片槽加工装夹工装,包括装夹装置,装夹装置包括底座,在底座上设有两个装夹块,两个装夹块正对设置其相对的侧面上均设有装夹滑板安装座,装夹滑板安装座上分别设有上端向外倾斜的第一、二导向滑槽,第一、二导向滑槽内分别设有装夹滑板,装夹滑板下端分别设有连接柱,连接柱下端分别与传动横杆两端铰接,装夹装置的一侧设有气缸或油缸,气缸或油缸与装夹装置之间设有传动杠杆和支撑架,传动杠杆的一端与传动横杆的中部连接,传动杠杆的另一端与气缸或油缸的活塞杆的伸缩端铰接,采用本发明的有益效果是利用气缸或油缸带动装夹滑板在导向滑槽中上下运动,实现了转子夹紧的半自动控制。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工工装夹具领域,具体涉及一种半自动压缩机转子叶片槽加工装夹工装。
背景技术
压缩机是将低压气体提升为高压气体的一种从动的流体机械,是制冷系统的心脏,它从吸气管吸入低温低压的制冷剂气体,通过电机运转带动活塞对其进行压缩后,向排气管排出高温高压的制冷剂气体,为制冷循环提供动力,从而实现压缩→冷凝(放热)→膨胀→蒸发(吸热)的制冷循环,而压缩机机芯转子更是整个压缩机工作的核心部件,传统加工转子的叶片槽时一般采用手动夹紧方式,人工夹紧不仅费时费力更重要的是夹紧可靠度受操作人员业务能力影响严重,而一旦转子加工前夹紧可靠度不够不仅影响产品的合格率更有可能危及操作人员的生命安全。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种无需手动夹紧且可实现转子加工装夹半自动化控制的半自动压缩机转子叶片槽加工装夹工装。
技术方案如下:
一种半自动压缩机转子叶片槽加工装夹工装,包括装夹装置,其关键在于:所述装夹装置包括底座,在所述底座上设有两个装夹块,两个装夹块正对设置,两个该装夹块相对的侧面上均固定有装夹滑板安装座,所述装夹滑板安装座上分别设有第一导向滑槽和第二导向滑槽,所述第一导向滑槽和所述第二导向滑槽内分别设置有装夹滑板,所述第一导向滑槽和所述第二导向滑槽均为上端向外倾斜的斜槽;所述装夹滑板下端分别设有连接柱,所述连接柱下端分别与传动横杆两端铰接,所述装夹装置的一侧设有气缸或油缸,所述气缸或油缸与所述装夹装置之间设有传动杠杆,所述传动杠杆的一端与所述传动横杆的中部连接,所述传动杠杆的另一端与所述气缸或油缸的活塞杆的伸缩端铰接。采用本方案的有益效果是可通过气缸或油缸带动传动杠杆运动,从而进一步带动装夹滑板在导向滑槽中上下运动,由于导向滑槽为斜槽从而使装夹滑板在上下运动中相互远离或靠近从而放松或夹紧转子。
作为优选:上述第一导向滑槽和所述第二导向滑槽的倾斜角度一致,采用本方案的有益效果是两侧的装夹滑板向上或向下运动时能同时对转子施加相向的夹持力从而使夹紧更稳固可靠。
上述装夹块平行设置在所述底座上,且所述装夹块垂直于所述底座,采用本方案的有益效果是便于加工,外形美观。
上述装夹滑板安装座分别设置在所述装夹块的顶端,采用本方案的有益效果是有利于铣床对转子的加工。
上述传动横杆与所述传动杠杆连接处的夹角为90°,采用本方案的有益效果是传动效率最高。
有益效果:采用本发明的有益效果是利用气缸或油缸通过传动杠杆带动装夹滑板在导向滑槽中上下运动,由于两个导向滑槽为斜槽从而使装夹滑板在上下运动时相互远离或靠近从而放松或夹紧转子,实现了转子夹紧的半自动控制,避免了人工操作的不确定性。

下面结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示,一种半自动压缩机转子叶片槽加工装夹工装,包括装夹装置,所述装夹装置包括底座1,在所述底座1上平行设置有两个装夹块2,两个所述装夹块2正对设置且垂直于所述底座1,两个该装夹块2相对的侧面顶端均固定安装有装夹滑板安装座3,所述装夹滑板安装座3上分别设有第一导向滑槽41和第二导向滑槽42,所述第一导向滑槽41和所述第二导向滑槽42内分别设置有装夹滑板5,所述第一导向滑槽41和所述第二导向滑槽42均为上端向外倾斜的斜槽且二者的倾斜角度一致,所述装夹滑板5下端分别设有连接柱7,所述连接柱7下端分别与传动横杆8两端铰接,所述装夹装置的一侧设有气缸或油缸6,所述气缸或油缸6与所述装夹装置之间设有传动杠杆9,所述传动杠杆9的一端与所述传动横杆8中部连接,且所述传动杠杆9与所述传动横杆8连接处的夹角为90°,所述传动杠杆9的另一端与所述气缸或油缸6的活塞杆61的伸缩端铰接。

1.一种半自动压缩机转子叶片槽加工装夹工装,包括装夹装置,其特征在于:所述装夹装置包括底座(1),在所述底座(1)上设有两个装夹块(2),两个所述装夹块(2)正对设置,两个该装夹块(2)相对的侧面上均固定有装夹滑板安装座(3),所述装夹滑板安装座(3)上分别设有第一导向滑槽(41)和第二导向滑槽(42),所述第一导向滑槽(41)和所述第二导向滑槽(42)内分别设置有装夹滑板(5),所述第一导向滑槽(41)和所述第二导向滑槽(42)均为上端向外倾斜的斜槽;
所述装夹滑板(5)下端分别设有连接柱(7),所述连接柱(7)下端分别与传动横杆(8)两端铰接,所述装夹装置的一侧设有气缸或油缸(6),所述气缸或油缸(6)与所述装夹装置之间设有传动杠杆(9),所述传动杠杆(9)的一端与所述传动横杆(8)的中部连接,所述传动杠杆(9)的另一端与所述气缸或油缸(6)的活塞杆(61)的伸缩端铰接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的半自动压缩机转子叶片槽加工装夹工装,其特征在于:所述第一导向滑槽(41)和所述第二导向滑槽(42)的倾斜角度一致。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的半自动压缩机转子叶片槽加工装夹工装,其特征在于:所述装夹块(2)平行设置在所述底座(1)上,且所述装夹块(2)垂直于所述底座(1)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的半自动压缩机转子叶片槽加工装夹工装,其特征在于:所述装夹滑板安装座(3)分别设置在所述装夹块(2)的顶端。
5.根据权利要求4所述的半自动压缩机转子叶片槽加工装夹工装,其特征在于:所述传动横杆(8)与所述传动杠杆(9)连接处的夹角为90°。
