本发明提供一种基站、用户设备、资源获取方法和系统,涉及通信领域,能够保证用户设备在可用非授权资源上正常工作,包括:接收用户设备发送的第一检测结果,所述第一检测结果包括第一预设范围内的非授权频谱的信号质量和/或所述第一预设范围内的频谱信息;获取第一频谱信息;根据所述获取单元获取的所述第一频谱信息和/或所述接收单元接收到的所述第一检测结果,确定可用非授权频谱信息;向所述用户设备发送所述确定单元确定的所述可用非授权频谱信息。本发明提供的资源获取设备、方法和系统用于资源获取。
