技术领域
本发明涉及配网开关领域,具体为一种防尘高压配网开关。
背景技术
现有的配网开关不能够防止灰尘进入,对配网开关的使用寿命有很大的影响,由于大量灰尘的进入,导致内部容易温度过高,而烧坏内部的电力器件,现有的配网开关不能够对内部的温度和电流等数据进行检测,不方便维护人员进行检修。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防尘高压配网开关,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防尘高压配网开关,包括外壳、过滤层和控制器,所述外壳的左下侧设有进风口,所述进风口的内壁设有网罩,所述进风口的内侧连接有除尘装置,所述除尘装置的内部设有过滤层,所述过滤层为筒状结构,所述除尘装置的上部与风机连通,所述外壳的右侧内腔设有配网开关板,所述配网开关板电连接有电流监测器,所述电流监测器与控制器电连接,所述控制器位于配网开关板的左上侧,所述控制器的右侧设有温度传感器,所述温度传感器与控制器电连接,所述配网开关板的右上侧设有信号发射器,所述信号发射器与控制器电连接,所述外壳的右下侧设有出风口。
优选的,所述过滤层包括棉网层,所述棉网层的外侧设有活性硅层,所述活性硅层的外侧设有负离子层。
优选的,所述出风口的外侧设有防尘罩,所述防尘罩的上部与外壳铰接,所述防尘罩的内侧设有橡胶垫。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:此防尘高压配网开关结构简单,通过加入除尘装置,能够在进风口处就将灰尘过滤掉,避免了灰尘的进入影响内部器件的正常工作,延长设备的使用寿命,通过加入电流传感器,能够对配网开关的电流进行实时检测,并将信号传输给控制器,通过加入温度传感器,能够对内部的温度进行检测,通过加入信号发射器,能够将搜集的电流和温度等信号远程传输给操作终端,便于维护人员进行远程的监测,提高工作效率,总的来说,本发明结构简单,能够有效的对配网开关进行防尘处理,适合推广使用。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种防尘高压配网开关,包括外壳1、过滤层5和控制器12,外壳1的左下侧设有进风口2,进风口2的内壁设有网罩3,进风口2的内侧连接有除尘装置4,除尘装置4能够防止灰尘通过进风口2进入到外壳1的内部对设备造成影响,除尘装置4的内部设有过滤层5,过滤层5为筒状结构,筒状结构能够增加过滤的面积,提高过滤灰尘的效率,过滤层5包括棉网层6,棉网层6的外侧设有活性硅层7,活性硅层7能够对灰尘进行有效的吸附作用,活性硅层7的外侧设有负离子层8,除尘装置4的上部与风机9连通,外壳1的右侧内腔设有配网开关板10,配网开关板10电连接有电流监测器11,电流监测器11与控制器12电连接,电流监测器11能够对配网开关板10的电流进行实时的检测,并将信号传递给控制器12,控制器12位于配网开关板10的左上侧,控制器12的右侧设有温度传感器13,温度传感器13与控制器12电连接,配网开关板10的右上侧设有信号发射器14,信号发射器14与控制器12电连接,信号发射器14能够将采集的温度和电流等信号传递给远程控制终端,便于维护人员进行检修,外壳1的右下侧设有出风口15,出风口15的外侧设有防尘罩16,防尘罩16能够防止灰尘从出风口进入,防尘罩16的上部与外壳1铰接,防尘罩16的内侧设有橡胶垫17。

1.一种防尘高压配网开关,包括外壳(1)、过滤层(5)和控制器(12),其特征在于:所述外壳(1)的左下侧设有进风口(2),所述进风口(2)的内壁设有网罩(3),所述进风口(2)的内侧连接有除尘装置(4),所述除尘装置(4)的内部设有过滤层(5),所述过滤层(5)为筒状结构,所述除尘装置(4)的上部与风机(9)连通,所述外壳(1)的右侧内腔设有配网开关板(10),所述配网开关板(10)电连接有电流监测器(11),所述电流监测器(11)与控制器(12)电连接,所述控制器(12)位于配网开关板(10)的左上侧,所述控制器(12)的右侧设有温度传感器(13),所述温度传感器(13)与控制器(12)电连接,所述配网开关板(10)的右上侧设有信号发射器(14),所述信号发射器(14)与控制器(12)电连接,所述外壳(1)的右下侧设有出风口(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防尘高压配网开关,其特征在于:所述过滤层(5)包括棉网层(6),所述棉网层(6)的外侧设有活性硅层(7),所述活性硅层(7)的外侧设有负离子层(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防尘高压配网开关,其特征在于:所述出风口(15)的外侧设有防尘罩(16),所述防尘罩(16)的上部与外壳(1)铰接,所述防尘罩(16)的内侧设有橡胶垫(17)。
