本发明涉及一种聚光光伏光电转换接收器加热台,属太阳能发电技术领域,包括加热台本体、固定槽阵列和固定孔位,所述加热台本体其中一个面上一个固定槽阵列,另外一个面上有四个固定孔位。该通用加热台结构简单,放置也取出所要加热物也非常方便,加工的效率更高,该加热台在锡膏或者固定胶固化后,能保证在聚光光伏电路基板上的聚光光伏电池芯片不发生移位,同时保证后续可随时更换加热台。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚光光伏光电转换接收器加热工具,具体涉及一种聚光光伏光电转换接收器加热台,属聚光光伏发电技术领域。
背景技术
聚光光伏光电转换接收器是直接将通过透镜汇聚过来的太阳光能直接转换为电能的器件。聚光光伏光电转换接收器主要是由电路基板和聚光光伏电池芯片构成,目前在加工制造聚光光伏光电转换接收器的方法均使用焊接或者绑定,这两种方法都需要先对聚光光伏电池芯片通过锡膏或者固定胶固定在电路基板上,目前固定方式的工艺都采用UV(紫外线)固化炉来进行固化,在UV固化炉中,一般是采用传送带传送,在传送带上的电路基板上的锡膏或者固定胶在为固化前,容易造成电路基板上的聚光光伏电池芯片随传送带的运动发生偏移,同时,现有的加工工艺在对锡膏或固定胶固化前,都没有对聚光光伏光电转换接收器进行固定,这样都会造成加工良率的下降,另外,现有工艺的加热方式一般都是一片一片的进行加热,加工效率极低。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种聚光光伏光电转换接收器加热台,该加热台所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种聚光光伏光电转换接收器加热台,其特征是,它包括加热台本体、固定槽阵列和固定孔位,所述加热台本体其中一个面上一个固定槽阵列,另外一个面上有四个固定孔位。
所述加热台本体的面光滑平整。
所述固定槽阵列为加热台本体上的三排个凹槽,凹槽的宽度比聚光光伏电路基板大1~10毫米,高度为1~5毫米。
所述固定孔位为圆形盲孔。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:该通用加热台结构简单,放置也取出所要加热物也非常方便,加工的效率更高,该加热台在锡膏或者固定胶固化后,能保证在聚光光伏电路基板上的聚光光伏电池芯片不发生移位,同时保证后续可随时更换加热台。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
一种聚光光伏光电转换接收器专用加热台,如图1~2所示,包括加热台本体1、固定槽阵列2和固定孔位3,所述加热台本体1其中一个面上有一个固定槽阵列2,另外一个面上有四个固定孔位3,所述加热台本体1的面光滑平整,这样能保证聚光光伏电路基板的平整性,从而保证在锡膏或者固定胶在受热时均匀地向四周移动,达到保证聚光光伏电池芯片不会发生移位,所述固定槽阵列2为加热台本体上的一个凹槽,凹槽的宽度比聚光光伏电路基板大1~10毫米,高度为1~5毫米,这样能保证放置或者取出加热物也非常方便,放置或者取出加热物的效率极高,同时也保证了所加热物的位置不会发生移动,所述固定孔位3为圆形盲孔,从而保证该加热台非常容易安装到加热台本体上。
本发明中,作为变行实施例,加热台本体可以为任何形状,固定孔位也可以为任何形状,固定槽阵列可以为任意阵列,每个固定槽可以为梯形槽,同时固定孔位也可以是一个圆柱体,在加热台本体相应位置是圆形盲孔,故本发明的权利保护范围以权利要求书限定的范围为准。

1.一种聚光光伏光电转换接收器加热台,其特征是,它包括加热台本体、固定槽阵列和固定孔位,所述加热台本体其中一个面上一个固定槽阵列,另外一个面上有四个固定孔位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚光光伏光电转换接收器专用加热台,其特征是所述加热台本体的面光滑平整。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚光光伏光电转换接收器专用加热台,其特征是所述固定槽阵列为加热台本体上的三排个凹槽,凹槽的宽度比聚光光伏电路基板大1~10毫米,高度为1~5毫米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚光光伏光电转换接收器专用加热台,其特征是所述固定孔位为圆形盲孔。
