Abstract

Sheng is one of the oldest wind instruments in China, belongs to the class of wind Kong Huangming instruments in the reed instrument family, and is the nasal ancestor of most reed instruments existing in the world. Of course, the external connection tube is arranged according to the need, in other embodiments of the invention, the external connection tube is not needed, and the vibration of the gas only propagates in the seedling tube 7 to reach the sound window hole.
A seedling pipe 7 at one side of the sound window hole is provided with a key which consists of three sections, one end of a first section of key 1 is a sound window hole cover 8, the middle part of the first section of key is hinged on a first upright post 10, and the other end of the first section of key is hinged with one end of a second section of key 2; the middle part of the second section of keys 2 is hinged on a second upright 13, one section of keys is hinged with the first section of keys 1, and the other end of the second section of keys is hinged with the third section of keys 3; the middle part of the third section of key 3 is hinged on the third upright post 14, one end of the third section of key is hinged with the second section of key, the other end of the third section of key is provided with a hand touch handle 6, and the hand touch handle 6 is bent to one side so as to be conveniently pressed down by fingers. The first upright 10, the second upright 13 and the third upright 14 are all arranged on the seedling tube 7, and in order to enable the keys to be restored to original shape when the fingers are released after being pressed down, a reset reed is required to be arranged on the seedling tube 7 below the first section of keys 1 or the third section of keys 3. In one embodiment of the invention, a reset reed 16 is mounted between the first section of key 1 and seedling tube 7. In one embodiment of the invention, the lower ends of the first upright post 10, the second upright post 13 and the third upright post 14 are all arranged on the seedling tube 7, a U-shaped opening is reserved at the upper end along the key direction, a rotating shaft is transversely arranged in the U-shaped opening, the first section key 1, the second section key 2 and the third section key 3 are all hinged on the corresponding rotating shafts, the second section key 2 and the first section key 1 and the third section key 3 are hinged through arranging a transverse inserting shaft 11 and a transverse inserting shaft 12 at two ends of the second section key 2 and respectively inserting into insertion holes reserved on the first section key 1 and the third section key 3, and a layer of plastic skin can be wrapped outside the transverse inserting shaft 11 and the transverse inserting shaft 12 to reduce friction or noise. Furthermore, in order to reduce the possible lateral swing of each section of key in the U-shaped opening, a limit ring can be arranged on each rotating shaft, one side of the limit ring is contacted with the corresponding key, and the other side is contacted with the inner wall of one side of the U-shaped opening, so that the movable space of the key in the U-shaped opening is reduced. Of course, if the U-shaped opening size is closely matched with the key width, a limit ring is not required. In one embodiment of the invention, in order to better reduce the pressure on the two sides of the U-shaped openings of the first, second and third upright posts caused by the transverse swinging force possibly caused by pressing the handle 6 by fingers on each section of keys, and prevent the influence on the service life of the U-shaped openings, a first U-shaped limit card 9 is arranged on the seedling tube 7 below the first section of keys 1, the first section of keys 1 pass through the U-shaped opening on the first U-shaped limit card, a third U-shaped limit card 15 is arranged on the seedling tube 7 below the third section of keys 3, and the third section of keys 3 pass through the U-shaped opening of the third U-shaped limit card 15. The sound window and sound window hole cover 8 are all made into ellipse, so as to increase the area of the sound window hole in the limited diameter of the seedling tube, and make the exhaust smoother. A sealing gasket can be arranged on the bottom surface of the sound window hole cover 8, so that the sealing performance of the sound window hole cover 8 to the sound window hole is enhanced.
In order to increase the sound emitted by the sheng, a sound amplifying tube (not shown in the drawing) may be further installed at the upper end of the seedling tube 7.
