Abstract
本发明涉及一种线光源结构,所述线光源为聚光单元,所述聚光单元组包括多个聚光单元和外壳组成,所述聚光单元包括光源和聚光Lens,所述光源和所述聚光Lens均倾斜放置在所述外壳内。本发明装置是的光源方向与原方案相比有一定的角度倾斜,可以更好地照射待检测物表面。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种线光源结构。
背景技术
目前线扫描相机所用重要光源是线光源,由于线光源的出射角度比较固定。如图1所示,第一线光源1包括,光源11以及聚光单元12,光源11将光线垂直射入聚光单元12,使得现有的线光源具有一定的局限性。
有鉴于上述的缺陷,本设计人,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种新型结构的屏幕检测装置,使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种线光源结构。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种线光源结构,其特征在于:所述线光源为聚光单元组,所述聚光单元组包括多个聚光单元和外壳组成,所述聚光单元包括光源和聚光Lens,所述光源和所述聚光Lens均倾斜放置在所述外壳内。
进一步的,所述聚光Lens优选为球形。
进一步的,所述聚光Lens优选与所述光源接触的一半为立方体结构,另一半为半球形结构。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:
本发明装置是的光源方向与原方案相比有一定的角度倾斜,可以更好地照射待检测物表面。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
参见图2,本发明一较佳实施例所述的一种线光源结构,本发明中线光源为聚光单元组,其中包括外壳21和多个聚光单元组成,每一个聚光单元均包括光源22和聚光Lens23,聚光Lens23可根据需要设置成多种形状,如图3,聚光Lens231为球形,如图4,聚光Lens232与光源22接触的一般为立方体结构,另一半为半球形结构。

1.一种线光源结构,其特征在于:所述线光源为聚光单元组,所述聚光单元组包括多个聚光单元和外壳组成,所述聚光单元包括光源和聚光Lens,所述光源和所述聚光Lens均倾斜放置在所述外壳内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种屏幕检测装置,其特征在于:所述聚光Lens优选为球形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种屏幕检测装置,其特征在于:所述聚光Lens优选与所述光源接触的一半为立方体结构,另一半为半球形结构。
