Abstract

一种推出式可自动复位的微型电击手电筒,包括筒身外壳、主体塑料件、集成线路板总成以及底板,所述的筒身外壳上方设置有开口槽;所述的主体塑料件包括工作体以及电源控制体,所述工作体内部设置有LED灯和电击片,所述的电源控制体内部设置有高压包和聚合物锂电池,所述电源控制体底面还设置有一个导向槽;所述线路板总成设置在聚合物锂电池与主体塑料件之间,所述线路板总成包括照明开关、电击照明转换开关、充电指示灯、USB接口以及电击开关;所述底板上设置有连接柱和与上述导向槽配合的导向块,所述连接柱通过弹性件与主体塑料件联接。本发明小巧美观,便于携带,不但可以照明,而且在遇到紧急状况能起到自卫的作用,安全可靠。

Description

一种推出式可自动复位的微型电击手电筒
技术领域
本发明涉及照明设备技术领域,尤其是涉及到一种推出式可自动复位的微型电击手电筒。
背景技术
手电筒是一种变携的照明工具,为了保证在夜间工作或行走的人的安全,现有手电筒一般都具有了防身功能,普通的防身手电筒体积庞大,控制按钮单一,在自卫时很容易伤到自己或者别人,并且很多场合携带有限制。
中国专利号为201420306388.3的实用新型公开了一种多功能手电筒,包括手电筒的筒体、前盖及射灯,前盖的后端通过前盖接头与筒体连接,前盖的前端外周边设置有多个刃牙,刃牙的内侧通过绝缘垫连接有一对电击电极,电击电极的电路包括串接的高压储存包。其虽然在一定程度上对不法侵害起到了防卫效果,但是其体积庞大,不易携带,且三棱锥形状的结构的刃牙容易造成误伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种安全可靠,实用方便的推出式可自动复位的微型电击手电筒。
一种推出式可自动复位的微型电击手电筒,包括筒身外壳、主体塑料件、集成线路板总成以及底板,所述的筒身外壳上方设置有开口槽。
所述的主体塑料件为一面开口的长方体结构,所述的主体塑料件包括工作体以及电源控制体,所述工作体内部设置有LED灯,LED灯两侧设置有电击头和对称布置的电击片,所述的电源控制体内部设置有高压包和聚合物锂电池,并通过可拆卸盖板连接盖合,所述的盖板通过装饰片连接固定有推进器,所述电源控制体底面还设置有一个导向槽。
所述线路板总成设置在聚合物锂电池与主体塑料件之间,所述线路板总成包括照明开关、电击照明转换开关、充电指示灯、USB接口以及电击开关,所述的照明开关与推进器位于同一竖直方向;所述底板上设置有连接柱和与上述导向槽配合的导向块,所述连接柱通过弹性件与主体塑料件联接。
所述的高压包的输入端与聚合物锂电池输出端相连,聚合物锂电池的输入端通过集成线路板总成与USB接口相连,所述电击片与高压包的输出端相连;所述电击照明转换开关位于电击档,推动推进器从而带动主体塑料件与底板在导向块的作用下有一个相对位移,当所述导向块触碰到电击开关时,电击头通电,两电击片产生电击;所述电击照明转换开关位于照明档,摁下推进器从而打开照明开关,LED灯导电工作。
一种推出式可自动复位的微型电击手电筒,还包括有限位结构,所述工作体和电源控制体联接处设置有台阶,所述的筒身外壳一端设置有止口;作为另一种实施例,所述的工作体的长度小于开口槽的开口长度。
所述的可拆卸盖板两侧设置有卡扣,所述的电源控制体对应位置处设置有卡口。
所述底板与主体塑料件卡接,与筒身外壳通过止口结构连接。
所述的弹性件为弹簧。
所述的电击片呈齿状结构或针状结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明推出式可自动复位且带USB接口的微型电击手电筒,通过照明开关可以控制LED灯,通过推进器和电击照明转换开关可以控制电击片的放电。因此在自卫时安全可靠;同时体积小巧美观,便于携带,实用方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明,但不作为对本发明的限制:
一种推出式可自动复位的微型电击手电筒,包括筒身外壳12、主体塑料件6、集成线路板总成13以及底板19,所述的筒身外壳12上方设置有矩形结构的开口槽20。
所述的主体塑料件6为一面开口的长方体结构,所述的主体塑料件6包括工作体61以及电源控制体62,所述工作体61内部设置有LED灯3,LED灯3两侧设置有电击头1和对称布置的电击片2,所述的电击片2呈齿状结构或针状结构;所述的电源控制体62内部设置有高压包5和聚合物锂电池11,并通过可拆卸盖板4连接盖合,所述的盖板4通过装饰片8连接固定有推进器7,所述电源控制体62底面还设置有一个导向槽。
所述线路板总成13设置在聚合物锂电池11与主体塑料件6之间,所述线路板总成13包括照明开关9、电击照明转换开关14、充电指示灯16、USB接口17以及电击开关18,所述的照明开关9与推进器7位于同一竖直方向;所述底板19上设置有连接柱21和与上述导向槽配合的导向块22,所述连接柱21通过弹性件10与主体塑料件6联接,所述的弹性件10为弹簧。
还包括有限位结构,所述工作体61和电源控制体62联接处设置有台阶,所述的筒身外壳12一端设置有止口,作为另一实施例,所述的工作体61的长度小于开口槽20的开口长度。
所述的可拆卸盖板4两侧设置有卡扣23,所述的电源控制体62对应位置处设置有卡口24。
所述底板19与主体塑料件6卡接,与筒身外壳12通过止口结构连接。
所述的底板19一端还设有背带孔15。
所述的高压包5的输入端与聚合物锂电池11输出端相连,聚合物锂电池11的输入端通过集成线路板总成13与USB接口17相连,所述电击片2与高压包5的输出端相连。
所述电击照明转换开关14位于电击档,推动推进器7从而带动主体塑料件6与底板19在导向块22的作用下有一个相对位移,当所述导向块22触碰到电击开关18时,电击头1通电,两电击片2产生电击,所述主体塑料件6可由弹簧控制可自动复位。
所述电击照明转换开关14位于照明档,摁下推进器7从而打开照明开关9,LED灯导电工作。
推出式可自动复位的微型电击手电筒的外部尺寸为88×25×15mm。
本发明的上述实施例,仅仅是清楚地说明本发明所做的举例,但不用来限制本发明的保护范围,所有等同的技术方案也属于本发明的范畴,本发明的专利保护范围应由各项权利要求限定。

Claims (10)

1.一种推出式可自动复位的微型电击手电筒,包括筒身外壳(12)、主体塑料件(6)、集成线路板总成(13)以及底板(19),所述的筒身外壳(12)上方设置有开口槽(20);所述的主体塑料件(6)为一面开口的长方体结构,所述的主体塑料件(6)包括工作体(61)以及电源控制体(62),所述工作体(61)内部设置有LED灯(3),LED灯(3)两侧设置有电击头(1)和对称布置的电击片(2),所述的电源控制体(62)内部设置有高压包(5)和聚合物锂电池(11),并通过可拆卸盖板(4)连接盖合,所述的盖板(4)通过装饰片(8)连接固定有推进器(7),所述电源控制体(62)底面还设置有一个导向槽;所述线路板总成(13)设置在聚合物锂电池(11)与主体塑料件(6)之间,所述线路板总成(13)包括照明开关(9)、电击照明转换开关(14)、充电指示灯(16)、USB接口(17)以及电击开关(18),所述的照明开关(9)与推进器(7)位于同一竖直方向;所述底板(19)上设置有连接柱(21)和与上述导向槽配合的导向块(22),所述连接柱(21)通过弹性件(10)与主体塑料件(6)联接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种推出式可自动复位的微型电击手电筒,其特征在于:所述的高压包(5)的输入端与聚合物锂电池(11)输出端相连,聚合物锂电池(11)的输入端通过集成线路板总成(13)与USB接口(17)相连,所述电击片(2)与高压包(5)的输出端相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种推出式可自动复位的微型电击手电筒,其特征在于:所述电击照明转换开关(14)位于电击档,推动推进器(7)从而带动主体塑料件(6)与底板(19)在导向块(22)的作用下有一个相对位移,当所述导向块(22)触碰到电击开关(18)时,电击头(1)通电,两电击片(2)产生电击。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种推出式可自动复位的微型电击手电筒,其特征在于:所述电击照明转换开关(14)位于照明档,摁下推进器(7)从而打开照明开关(9),LED灯导电工作。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种推出式可自动复位的微型电击手电筒,其特征在于:还包括有限位结构,所述工作体(61)和电源控制体(62)联接处设置有台阶,所述的筒身外壳(12)一端设置有止口。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种推出式可自动复位的微型电击手电筒,其特征在于:还包括有限位结构,所述的工作体(61)的长度小于开口槽(20)的开口长度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种推出式可自动复位的微型电击手电筒,其特征在于:所述的可拆卸盖板(4)两侧设置有卡扣(23),所述的电源控制体(62)对应位置处设置有卡口(24)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种推出式可自动复位的微型电击手电筒,其特征在于:所述底板(19)与主体塑料件(6)卡接,与筒身外壳(12)通过止口结构连接。
9.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的一种推出式可自动复位的微型电击手电筒,其特征在于:所述的弹性件(10)为弹簧。
10.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的一种推出式可自动复位的微型电击手电筒,其特征在于:所述的电击片(2)呈齿状结构或针状结构。
