Abstract

本发明公开了一种头灯,包括一体连接的灯头光源组件和锂聚合物电池,所述灯头光源组件包括一电路板,所述锂聚合物电池与所述电路板连接并为该电路板提供电量。相比于现有技术,本发明头灯通过体积小、重量轻的锂聚合物电池与灯头光源组件一体连接,使得头灯可一体设置在头部的前脑位置,降低了电路设计的复杂度,节省了成本。

一种头灯
技术领域
本发明涉及照明灯具领域,尤其涉及一种头灯。
背景技术
头灯作为一种夜间照明工具,由于可直接戴在头部或佩戴在安全帽上而不需要手持,广泛应用于夜间的徒步、露营等户外活动中。现有的头灯包括用于照明的灯头光源组件和用于为灯头光源组件提供电源的电池。所述电池通常采用体积比较大的镍氢电池或碱性电池,为减轻头部前脑的重量,通常将电池与灯头光源组件分体设计,即将灯头光源组件固定在头部的前脑位置,将电池固定在头部的后脑位置,并通过电线将灯头光源组件和电池连接。但是,这种电池与灯头光源组件分体设计的方式增加了电路的设计复杂度和设计成本。另外,当电池电量用完后,现有的电池需要先将其从头灯中取出,用18650充电器对其充电,充完电后再组装回灯头内,充电极为不方便。
发明内容
本发明在于克服现有技术的缺点与不足,提供一种设计简单、节约成本、便于充电的头灯。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种头灯,包括一体连接的灯头光源组件和锂聚合物电池,所述灯头光源组件包括一电路板,所述锂聚合物电池与所述电路板连接并为该电路板提供电量。
相比于现有技术,本发明头灯通过体积小、重量轻的锂聚合物电池与灯头光源组件一体连接,使得头灯可一体设置在头部的前脑位置,降低了电路设计的复杂度,节省了成本。
进一步地,所述电路板上设有Micro-usb直插端口,外界电源通过该Micro-usb直插端口对所述锂聚合物电池充电。
进一步地,所述灯头光源组件还包括反光杯、防水圈和镜片;所述电路板上固定有LED灯,所述反光杯罩设在所述LED灯上,所述镜片通过所述防水圈固定在所述反光杯的表面。
进一步地,所述灯头光源组件还包括前壳、后壳和支架;所述电路板、反光杯、防水圈和镜片设置在所述前壳内;所述后壳盖设在电路板上且与所述前壳形成一密闭空间,并与所述前壳一体固定在支架上。
进一步地,所述灯头光源组件还包括一防水塞,所述防水塞固定在所述前壳的下部并盖设在所述Micro-usb直插端口上。
进一步地,所述灯头光源组件还包括按键支架、按键和按键帽;所述按键支架设置在前壳的上部;所述按键固定在所述按键支架上并与所述电路板连接;所述按键帽盖设在按键上。

具体实施方式
请同时参阅图1至图3,图1是本发明头灯的外部结构示意图;图2是本发明头灯的爆炸图;图3是本发明头灯的侧视图。该头灯包括一体连接的灯头光源组件1和锂聚合物电池2。
所述灯头光源组件1包括支架11、后壳12、电路板13、反光杯14、防水圈15、镜片16和前壳17。所述锂聚合物电池2与所述电路板13连接并为该电路板13提供电量。所述电路板13上固定有LED灯131,所述反光杯14罩设在所述LED灯131上,所述镜片16通过所述防水圈15固定在所述反光杯14的表面。所述电路板13、反光杯14、防水圈15和镜片16设置在所述前壳17内;所述后壳12盖设在电路板13上并与所述前壳17形成一密闭空间,并与所述前壳17一体固定在支架11上。
所述电路板13上设有Micro-usb直插端口132,外界电源通过该Micro-usb直插端口132对所述锂聚合物电池2充电。
为防止有Micro-usb直插端口132进水而损坏所述电路板13,所述灯头光源组件1还包括防水塞18,所述防水塞18固定在所述前壳17的下部并盖设在所述Micro-usb直插端口132上。
所述灯头光源组件1还包括按键支架19、按键20和按键帽21。所述按键支架19设置在前壳17的上部;所述按键20固定在所述按键支架19上并与所述电路板13连接;所述按键帽21盖设在按键20上。
相比于现有的镍氢电池或碱性电池,所述锂聚合物电池2能量密度高,在相同能量前提下减小了体积,且其形状可以任意定制,可方便地设置在头部前脑位置。
相比于现有技术,本发明头灯通过体积小、重量轻的锂聚合物电池与灯头光源组件一体连接,使得头灯可一体设置在头部的前脑位置,降低了电路设计的复杂度,节省了成本;进一步地,外界电源通过通用的Micro-usb直插端口即可实现对锂聚合物电池充电,无需将电池取出或者采用专用的充电器充电,充电更加方便快捷。
本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,如果对本发明的各种改动或变形不脱离本发明的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变形属于本发明的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变形。

Claims (6)

1.一种头灯,其特征在于:包括一体连接的灯头光源组件和锂聚合物电池,所述灯头光源组件包括一电路板,所述锂聚合物电池与所述电路板连接并为该电路板提供电量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的头灯,其特征在于:所述电路板上设有Micro-usb直插端口,外界电源通过该Micro-usb直插端口对所述锂聚合物电池充电。
3.根据权利要求2所述的头灯,其特征在于:所述灯头光源组件还包括反光杯、防水圈和镜片;所述电路板上固定有LED灯,所述反光杯罩设在所述LED灯上,所述镜片通过所述防水圈固定在所述反光杯的表面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的头灯,其特征在于:所述灯头光源组件还包括前壳、后壳和支架;所述电路板反光杯、防水圈和镜片设置在所述前壳内;所述后壳盖设在电路板上且与所述前壳形成一密闭空间,并与所述前壳一体固定在支架上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的头灯,其特征在于:所述灯头光源组件还包括一防水塞,所述防水塞固定在所述前壳的下部并盖设在所述Micro-usb直插端口上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的头灯,其特征在于:所述灯头光源组件还包括按键支架、按键和按键帽;所述按键支架设置在前壳的上部;所述按键固定在所述按键支架上并与所述电路板连接;所述按键帽盖设在按键上。
