Abstract
本发明涉及一种适用于空气的对夹双瓣止回阀,包括阀体,阀体的中部设置有阀杆,阀杆上套设有第一扭簧组和第二扭簧组,第一扭簧组的一端与阀杆相连接,第一扭簧组的另一端固定于第一阀瓣上,第二扭簧组的一端与阀杆相连接,第二扭簧组的另一端固定于第二阀瓣上,第一阀瓣和第二阀瓣间的夹角为120~150°。本发明结构简单,设计紧凑,第一阀瓣和第二阀瓣之间的夹角为120~150°,第一扭簧组和第二扭簧组的扭程更小,开关阀速度快,只需较小的压差即能完全打开,同时也减少了气流在流经对夹双瓣止回阀时所产生的能量损耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种适用于空气的对夹双瓣止回阀,属于机械零件制备技术领域。
背景技术
止回阀用于安装在管路系统中,主要作用是为了防止介质倒流,止回阀是一种依靠介质压力开启和闭合的自动阀门。适用于空气流动的止回阀在闭合过程中两片阀瓣的夹角为180°,此种止回阀在使用过程中从全开状态到全关状态,扭簧的行程为180°,因此当气流通过止回阀时阻力损失较大,且当气流较小时止回阀使用造成许多不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中止回阀的两片阀瓣间夹角为180°,从关闭到打开扭簧的扭程大,气流损失较大的问题,提供了一种结构简单,设计紧凑的适用于空气的对夹双瓣止回阀。
本发明采用如下技术方案:一种适用于空气的对夹双瓣止回阀,包括阀体,所述阀体的中部设置有阀杆,所述阀杆上套设有第一扭簧组和第二扭簧组,所述第一扭簧组的一端与阀杆相连接,所述第一扭簧组的另一端固定于第一阀瓣上,所述第二扭簧组的一端与阀杆相连接,所述第二扭簧组的另一端固定于第二阀瓣上,所述第一阀瓣和第二阀瓣间的夹角为120~150°。
进一步的,所述第一阀瓣和第二阀瓣与阀体接触的边缘处分别设置有密封圈。
进一步的,所述第一扭簧组和第二扭簧组的长度为第一阀瓣和第二阀瓣长度的0.5~0.9倍。
进一步的,所述第一扭簧组和第二扭簧组分别包括至少2个弹簧。
本发明结构简单,设计紧凑,第一阀瓣和第二阀瓣之间的夹角为120°,在第一扭簧组和第二扭簧组的辅助下进行止回阀的关闭,第一扭簧组和第二扭簧组的的扭程更小,关阀速度快,只需较小的压差即能完全打开。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图1所示,一种适用于空气的对夹双瓣止回阀,包括阀体1,阀体1的中部设置有阀杆2,阀杆2上套设有第一扭簧组3和第二扭簧组4,第一扭簧组3的一端与阀杆2相连接,第一扭簧组3的另一端固定于第一阀瓣5上,第二扭簧组4的一端与阀杆2相连接,第二扭簧组4的另一端固定于第二阀瓣6上,第一阀瓣5和第二阀瓣6间的夹角为120°,第一阀瓣5和第二阀瓣6与阀体1接触的边缘处分别设置有密封圈7,第一扭簧组3和第二扭簧组4分别包括2个弹簧,第一扭簧组3和第二扭簧组4的长度为第一阀瓣和第二阀瓣长度的0.5~0.9倍。
工作原理与方法:将阀体1安装于鼓风机后的管路中,当鼓风机运转后,有气流通过止回阀,气压差增大,第一扭簧组3和第二扭簧组4处于压紧状态第一阀瓣5和第二阀瓣6在气流压差的作用下打开,形成畅通的通路。本发明中第一阀瓣5和第二阀瓣6间的夹角为120°,在打开过程中两个扭簧组的弹力减小,在较小的压差下即能实现完全打开,同时也减少了气流在流经对夹双瓣止回阀时所产生的能量损耗。当鼓风机关闭后,无气流通过,第一扭簧组3和第二扭簧组4处于松弛状态第一阀瓣5和第二阀瓣6在无压差的作用下与阀体1接触,第一阀瓣5和第二阀瓣6之间保持120°的夹角,止回阀处于闭合状态,防止气体倒灌至鼓风机。

1.一种适用于空气的对夹双瓣止回阀,其特征在于:包括阀体(1),所述阀体(1)的中部设置有阀杆(2),所述阀杆(2)上套设有第一扭簧组(3)和第二扭簧组(4),所述第一扭簧组(3)的一端与阀杆(2)相连接,所述第一扭簧组(3)的另一端固定于第一阀瓣(5)上,所述第二扭簧组(4)的一端与阀杆(2)相连接,所述第二扭簧组(4)的另一端固定于第二阀瓣(6)上,所述第一阀瓣(5)和第二阀瓣(6)间的夹角为120~150°。
2.如权利要求1所述的适用于空气的对夹双瓣止回阀,其特征在于:所述第一阀瓣(5)和第二阀瓣(6)与阀体(1)接触的边缘处分别设置有密封圈(7)。
3.如权利要求1所述的适用于空气的对夹双瓣止回阀,其特征在于:所述第一扭簧组(3)和第二扭簧组(4)的长度为第一阀瓣(5)和第二阀瓣(6)长度的0.5~0.9倍。
4.如权利要求1所述的适用于空气的对夹双瓣止回阀,其特征在于:所述第一扭簧组(3)和第二扭簧组(4)分别包括至少2个弹簧。
