本发明涉及道路养护机械领域，尤其是一种路面开槽机的换刀装置。
背景技术
路面开槽机主要用于沥青、水泥路面裂缝危害处理时的开槽作业，通过特制刀片将不规则裂缝修整成均匀的凹槽，形成新的结合面。开槽机工作时，刀片与地面裂缝切割接触，长时间工作会导致刀片发热磨损，磨损后的刀片会降低切割精度，更换刀片会增加成本。
发明内容
为了克服目前路面开槽机的技术不足，本发明提供一种路面开槽机的换刀装置，能够实现两个刀片位置的互相转换，从而减少单个刀片连续切割时间，降低刀片发热磨损，增加刀片的使用寿命，节约成本。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种路面开槽机的换刀装置，包括机体、转轴、刀架、齿轮和刀片；机体底部设有转轴，转轴连接刀架，刀架两端安装齿轮，齿轮上安装刀片。
工作时，第一个刀片位于切割处进行切割，第二个刀片静止；切割一段时间后，第一个刀片停止转动；转轴带动刀架旋转180度，使两个刀片互换位置，第一个刀片停止冷却，第二个刀片进行切割；往复循环。
本发明的有益效果是，一种路面开槽机的换刀装置，能够降低刀片发热磨损，增加刀片的使用寿命，节约成本。
