Abstract

本发明公开了一种能够去除飞尘的废气净化装置,包括壳体、进风管、出风管、紫外线光源、微波发生器、设有光触媒覆层的基质;壳体内设有具有中心孔腔的空心转轴,紫外线光源设置在该空心转轴的中心孔腔中;各基质是设有光触媒覆层的透明柱状或透明丝状;各基质的光触媒覆层是透明覆层,紫外线光源发出的紫外光经基质的引导后照射在光触媒覆层上;还包括具有驱动轴的驱动电机,驱动轴通过联动件带动空心转轴转动;壳体的底端设有一个储水槽,该储水槽与壳体内腔连通,用于收集其中的水分,并在积累一定程度后,通过泄水口排出。本发明在使用时,低能耗低噪音,且能有效杀死微生物以及去除飞尘等污染物。

一种能够去除飞尘的废气净化装置
本申请是申请日为“2013年10月18日”、申请号为“2013104938280”、名称为“一种能够去除飞尘的废气净化装置”的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明属于环保技术领域,具体涉及一种能够去除飞尘的废气净化装置。
背景技术
废气中的微生物是呼吸道感染和外伤感染的重要元凶,废气中的飞尘、飞尘核及灰尘是呼吸道感染的重要途径,因此对废气进行净化处理时,尤其要注意去除这两种物质。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种低能耗低噪音,且能有效杀死微生物以及去除飞尘等污染物的废气净化装置。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种能够去除飞尘的废气净化装置,包括壳体、设置在壳体上的进风管和出风管、设置在壳体内的紫外线光源、微波发生器、设有光触媒覆层的基质;壳体内设有具有中心孔腔的空心转轴,紫外线光源设置在该空心转轴的中心孔腔中;各基质是设有光触媒覆层的的透明柱状或透明丝状,各基质的内侧端伸入空心转轴的中心孔腔中;各基质的光触媒覆层是透明覆层,紫外线光源发出的紫外光经基质的引导后照射在光触媒覆层上;还包括具有驱动轴的驱动电机,驱动轴通过联动件带动空心转轴转动;紫外线光源通过轴承转动设置在空心转轴孔腔中,所述空心转轴转动时紫外线光源不转动;壳体的底端设有一个储水槽,该储水槽与壳体内腔连通,用于收集其中的水分,并在积累一定程度后,通过泄水口排出;在位于两相邻基质之间的壳体的某一圆周内壁上设置一个或多个微波发生器;进风管上设有两个插槽,各插槽中插装有一个具有滤芯的过滤装置。
本发明在使用时,低能耗低噪音,且能有效杀死微生物以及去除飞尘等污染物。

具体实施方式
(实施例1)
本实施例是一种废气净化装置,见图1所示,包括壳体1、设置在壳体上的进风管2和出风管3、设置在壳体内的紫外线光源4、微波发生器5、设有光触媒覆层的基质6;进风管上设有两个插槽21,各插槽中插装有一个具有滤芯71的过滤装置7。出风管中设有吸风机31。
壳体内设有具有中心孔腔91的空心转轴9,紫外线光源设置在该空心转轴的中心孔腔中;各基质是设有光触媒覆层的的透明柱状或透明丝状,各基质的内侧端伸入空心转轴的中心孔腔中。
微波发生器设置在相邻两个基质之间,并固定在壳体内壁上。例如在壳体内,在位于两相邻基质之间的某一圆周内壁上设置一个微波发生器5。也可在某一圆周内壁上设置多个微波发生器5,非对称设置也是可以的。
本实施例在使用时,紫外线光源4发出的紫外光从各基质的入光端进入基质内,由于光触媒覆层的厚度较薄,通过选用不同材质的光触媒材料以及控制其厚度,该覆层可以制成透明覆层,紫外线光源发出的紫外光经基质的引导后照射在光触媒覆层上,并从光触媒覆层射出,从而使得整个光触媒覆层充分活化,极大提升反应效率。通过大量的实验证明,该活化反应效率可以提高15%以上。
本实施例还包括具有驱动轴92的驱动电机93,驱动轴92通过联动件94带动空心转轴9转动。另外,本实施例中的紫外线光源通过轴承95转动设置在空心转轴孔腔中,从而使得该空心转轴9转动时,紫外线光源4不转动。当然,在具体实践中,把紫外线光源固定设置在孔腔中,使其跟随空心转轴转动也是可行的。
本实施例中,还在壳体的底端设有一个储水槽100,该储水槽与壳体内腔连通,用于收集其中的水分,并可在积累一定程度后,通过泄水口101排出。
本实施例优选采用塑料纤维丝作为基质,与传统基质板或蜂窝板相比,在采用同样重量的基质时,极大增加了光触媒覆层的面积,从而进一步提升了净化效率。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的实质精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (1)

1.一种能够去除飞尘的废气净化装置,包括壳体(1)、设置在壳体上的进风管(2)和出风管(3)、设置在壳体内的紫外线光源(4)、微波发生器(5)、设有光触媒覆层的基质(6);其特征在于:壳体内设有具有中心孔腔(91)的空心转轴(9),紫外线光源设置在该空心转轴的中心孔腔中;各基质是设有光触媒覆层的的透明柱状或透明丝状,各基质的内侧端伸入空心转轴的中心孔腔中;各基质的光触媒覆层是透明覆层,紫外线光源发出的紫外光经基质的引导后照射在光触媒覆层上;还包括具有驱动轴(92)的驱动电机(93),驱动轴(92)通过联动件(94)带动空心转轴(9)转动;紫外线光源通过轴承(95)转动设置在空心转轴孔腔中,所述空心转轴(9)转动时紫外线光源(4)不转动;壳体的底端设有一个储水槽(100),该储水槽与壳体内腔连通,用于收集其中的水分,并在积累一定程度后,通过泄水口(101)排出;在位于两相邻基质之间的壳体的某一圆周内壁上设置一个或多个微波发生器(5);进风管上设有两个插槽(21),各插槽中插装有一个具有滤芯(71)的过滤装置(7)。
