15. A base station, comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive indication information sent by a user equipment UE, where the indication information includes a cell identifier of a cell in which connection establishment of the UE fails, and the base station is a base station to which a cell in which radio resource control RRC connection is successfully established with the UE after the connection establishment of the UE fails; the indication information further includes: the total number of times of connection establishment failure of the UE, or the number of times of continuous connection establishment failure of the UE, or a specific reason of the connection establishment failure of the UE; the specific reasons for the connection establishment failure include: the preamble acknowledgement is not received, or the RRC connection establishment acknowledgement message is not received;
a sending module, configured to forward the indication information to a second base station to which a second cell corresponding to the cell identifier belongs according to the cell identifier included in the indication information received by the receiving module, so that the second base station learns, according to the indication information, a connection establishment failure occurring in the second cell.
16. The base station of claim 15, wherein the receiving module is further configured to: before receiving the indication information sent by the UE, receiving a first indication message sent by the UE, where the first indication message is used to indicate: the UE stores the indication information;
the base station further comprises:
a processing module, configured to request the UE to send the indication information according to the first indication message received by the receiving module.
17. A user device, comprising:
the recording module is used for recording indication information after the radio resource control RRC connection establishment fails, wherein the indication information comprises a cell identifier of a cell in which the connection establishment of user equipment UE fails; the indication information further includes: the total number of times of connection establishment failure of the UE, or the number of times of continuous connection establishment failure of the UE, or a specific reason of the connection establishment failure of the UE; the specific reasons for the connection establishment failure include: the preamble acknowledgement is not received, or the RRC connection establishment acknowledgement message is not received;
a sending module, configured to send, to the first base station, the indication information recorded by the recording module after the UE establishes RRC connection with the first base station, so that the first base station forwards, according to the cell identifier, the indication information to a second base station to which a second cell corresponding to the cell identifier belongs, and the second base station learns, according to the indication information, a connection establishment failure condition occurring in the second cell.
18. The user equipment of claim 17, further comprising:
a clearing module, configured to clear the recorded indication information after the sending module sends the indication information to the first base station.
19. The ue of claim 17 or 18, wherein the sending module is further configured to:
and before sending the indication information to the first base station, sending a first indication message to the first base station, where the first indication message is used for the first base station to know that the UE stores the indication information, and requesting the UE to send the indication information to the first base station according to the first indication message.
20. A base station, comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive indication information forwarded by a first base station, where the indication information is sent to the first base station by a user equipment UE, the indication information includes a cell identifier of a cell in which connection establishment of the UE fails, the first base station is a base station to which a cell in which radio resource control RRC connection is successfully established with the UE after the connection establishment of the UE fails, and the base station is a base station to which a cell corresponding to the cell identifier belongs; the indication information further includes: the total number of times of connection establishment failure of the UE, or the number of times of continuous connection establishment failure of the UE, or a specific reason of the connection establishment failure of the UE; the specific reasons for the connection establishment failure include: the preamble acknowledgement is not received, or the RRC connection establishment acknowledgement message is not received;
a learning module, configured to learn, according to the indication information received by the receiving module, a connection establishment failure condition occurring in a cell corresponding to the cell identifier;
a processing module, configured to determine, according to the indication information received by the receiving module, that the cell corresponding to the cell identifier is an uplink/downlink unbalanced cell after the learning module learns, according to the indication information received by the receiving module, that the connection establishment failure occurring in the cell corresponding to the cell identifier is a failure;
a sending module, configured to broadcast a notification message after the processing module determines, according to the indication information, that the cell corresponding to the cell identifier is an uplink/downlink unbalanced cell, and is used to notify the UE in the cell corresponding to the cell identifier that the UE is prohibited to re-access the cell corresponding to the cell identifier after the access fails.
21. A base station, comprising:
a receiver, configured to receive a Radio Link Failure (RLF) report, where the RLF report is sent by a User Equipment (UE) or forwarded by a third base station, and the third base station is a base station that successfully establishes a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection with the UE after a handover failure of the UE;
a processor for comparing the RLF report received by the receiver with a preset signature;
a transmitter, configured to send, when the processor determines that the RLF report matches the preset feature, indication information to a second base station, where the indication information is used for the second base station to obtain, according to the indication information, an access failure condition occurring in a cell of the second base station; the indication information includes: the RLF report and information indicating that the cell of the second base station is an uplink and downlink unbalanced cell;
the base station is a source cell base station of the UE which fails the switching, and the second base station is a target cell base station of the UE which fails the switching.
22. The base station of claim 21,
the RLF report at least includes the identity of the target handover cell and the reason for handover failure, and the preset features are: the UE has a switching failure, and the reason of the switching failure is the failure of a Random Access Channel (RACH); or,
the RLF report at least includes an identifier of the target handover cell and an identifier of a reestablished target cell, where the preset characteristic is: the identification of the reestablished target cell is the same as the identification of the target switching cell; or,
the RLF report includes at least: reestablishing information on whether the reestablishment is successful, wherein the preset characteristics are as follows: the reconstruction fails; or,
the RLF report includes at least: the identifier of the target handover cell and the channel measurement result of the target handover cell in which the handover failure occurs are preset features as follows: and the UE fails to switch, and the channel measurement result of the target switching cell which fails to switch is higher than a preset threshold value.
23. A second base station, comprising:
a receiver, configured to receive indication information sent by a first base station, where the indication information is sent by the first base station after receiving a Radio Link Failure (RLF) report, and the RLF report is compared with a preset feature, and when it is determined that the RLF report matches the preset feature, the RLF report received by the first base station is sent by a User Equipment (UE) or forwarded by a third base station, where the third base station is a base station that successfully establishes Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection with the UE after the UE fails to handover; the indication information includes: the RLF report and information indicating that the cell of the second base station is an uplink and downlink unbalanced cell;
a processor, configured to obtain, according to the indication information received by the receiver, an access failure condition occurring in a cell of the second base station;
the processor is specifically configured to determine, according to the indication information, that the first cell of the second base station is an uplink/downlink unbalanced cell;
a transmitter, configured to broadcast a notification message after the processor determines that the first cell of the second base station is an uplink/downlink unbalanced cell, to notify the UE in the first cell that the UE is prohibited to access the first cell again after the access fails;
the first base station is a source cell base station of the UE which fails the switching, and the second base station is a target cell base station of the UE which fails the switching.
24. The second base station of claim 23,
the RLF report at least includes the identity of the target handover cell and the reason for handover failure, and the preset features are: the UE has a switching failure, and the reason of the switching failure is the failure of a Random Access Channel (RACH); or,
the RLF report at least includes an identifier of the target handover cell and an identifier of a reestablished target cell, where the preset characteristic is: the identification of the reestablished target cell is the same as the identification of the target switching cell; or,
the RLF report includes at least: reestablishing information on whether the reestablishment is successful, wherein the preset characteristics are as follows: the reconstruction fails; or,
the RLF report includes at least: the identifier of the target handover cell and the channel measurement result of the target handover cell in which the handover failure occurs are preset features as follows: and the UE fails to switch, and the channel measurement result of the target switching cell which fails to switch is higher than a preset threshold value.
25. A base station, comprising:
the base station is a base station to which a cell to which a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection is successfully established with the UE after the connection establishment of the UE fails; the indication information further includes: the total number of times of connection establishment failure of the UE, or the number of times of continuous connection establishment failure of the UE, or a specific reason of the connection establishment failure of the UE; the specific reasons for the connection establishment failure include: the preamble acknowledgement is not received, or the RRC connection establishment acknowledgement message is not received;
a transmitter, configured to forward the indication information to a second base station to which a second cell corresponding to the cell identifier belongs according to the cell identifier included in the indication information received by the receiver, so that the second base station learns, according to the indication information, a connection establishment failure condition occurring in the second cell.
26. The base station of claim 25, wherein the receiver is further configured to: before receiving the indication information sent by the UE, receiving a first indication message sent by the UE, where the first indication message is used to indicate: the UE stores the indication information;
the base station further comprises:
a processor, configured to request the UE to send the indication information according to the first indication message received by the receiver.
27. A user device, comprising:
the device comprises a processor and a controller, wherein the processor is used for recording indication information after the Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection is failed to establish, and the indication information comprises a cell identifier of a cell which fails to establish the UE connection; the indication information further includes: the total number of times of connection establishment failure of the UE, or the number of times of continuous connection establishment failure of the UE, or a specific reason of the connection establishment failure of the UE; the specific reasons for the connection establishment failure include: the preamble acknowledgement is not received, or the RRC connection establishment acknowledgement message is not received;
and the transmitter is configured to send the recorded indication information to the first base station after the UE establishes RRC connection with the first base station, and is configured to forward, by the first base station, the indication information to a second base station to which a second cell corresponding to the cell identifier belongs according to the cell identifier, so that the second base station learns, according to the indication information, a connection establishment failure occurring in the second cell.
28. The user equipment of claim 27, wherein the processor is further configured to:
clearing the recorded indication information after the transmitter transmits the indication information to the first base station.
29. The user equipment of claim 27 or 28, wherein the transmitter is further configured to:
and before sending the indication information to the first base station, sending a first indication message to the first base station, where the first indication message is used for the first base station to know that the UE stores the indication information, and requesting the UE to send the indication information to the first base station according to the first indication message.
30. A base station, comprising:
a receiver, configured to receive indication information forwarded by a first base station, where the indication information is sent to the first base station by a user equipment UE, the indication information includes a cell identifier of a cell in which connection establishment of the UE fails, the first base station is a base station to which a cell in which radio resource control, RRC, connection is successfully established with the UE after the connection establishment of the UE fails, and the base station is a base station to which a cell corresponding to the cell identifier belongs; the indication information further includes: the total number of times of connection establishment failure of the UE, or the number of times of continuous connection establishment failure of the UE, or a specific reason of the connection establishment failure of the UE; the specific reasons for the connection establishment failure include: the preamble acknowledgement is not received, or the RRC connection establishment acknowledgement message is not received;
a processor, configured to obtain, according to the indication information received by the receiver, a connection establishment failure condition occurring in a cell corresponding to the cell identifier;
the processor is further configured to:
after acquiring the connection establishment failure condition in the cell corresponding to the cell identifier according to the indication information received by the receiver, determining that the cell corresponding to the cell identifier is an uplink and downlink unbalanced cell according to the indication information;
a transmitter, configured to broadcast a notification message after the processor determines, according to the indication information, that the cell corresponding to the cell identifier is an uplink/downlink unbalanced cell, and is used to notify the UE in the cell corresponding to the cell identifier that the UE is prohibited to re-access the cell corresponding to the cell identifier after the access fails.
