Abstract

告警系统及告警消息处理方法，其中，告警系统包括：告警检测上报模块、告警处理模块、显示模块、附加信息数据库；告警检测上报模块用于检测告警事件，且若检测到告警事件，生成告警事件对应的告警消息，将告警消息发送给告警处理模块，告警消息中包含告警基本信息；告警处理模块用于接收告警检测上报模块发送的告警消息，根据告警基本信息及运营商预先设置的附加信息的数据类型查询附加信息数据库，获取告警基本信息对应的附加信息，将告警基本信息及附加信息发送给显示模块显示；由于运营商可根据需要预先设置附加信息的数据类型，能够有效的避免运营商需求不同时对告警接口上设置的数据类型的修改，能够有效的提高告警系统的稳定性及灵活性。
