Abstract

Description

用于容器的具有芯体的封闭件
本发明涉及根据相应的独立权利要求的前序部分的特征的一种用于容器的具有芯体的封闭件、一种芯体以及一种用于制造这样的芯体的方法。
由EP1737743B1已知一种用于容器的容器封闭件,具有所谓的推拉式封闭件,其中,在包裹件(附图标记1)中的容器封闭件(附图标记2)具有可移动的芯体(附图标记9),该芯体具有撕开和穿刺装置(附图标记10)。
这种可移动地安装的芯体必须相对于其外部环境(在EP1737743B1中)例如相对于附加空间(附图标记8)或由安全盖(附图标记15)构成的空间密封。
该现有技术没有公开任何密封措施。
本发明的任务在于提供一种用于容器的具有芯体的封闭件以及提供芯体本身,该封闭件或芯体实现密封措施。此外应当提供一种这样的用于容器封闭件的芯体的制造方法,该芯体设计用于密封目的。
为此根据本发明规定,芯体(也称为刺钉)在其轴向走向上观察具有至少一个环绕密封件、优选至少两个以规定的间距彼此隔开设置的环绕密封件。
所述至少一个密封件、优选所述至少两个密封件支承在用于容器的封闭件的壳体上。由此可能的是,芯体可移动地设置在壳体中并且在其第一位置上将空间(在该空间中装入原料)相对于外部环境密封。如果芯体通过手动作用被推移,那么所述至少一个密封件、优选两个密封件被如此推移,使得直到此时被密封件和芯体封闭的在壳体中的开口被释放。由此例如之前与原料混合的液体经由容器封闭件从容器中(例如通过饮用)被取出。
此外,给出两个供选择的方法用于制造这样的用于容器封闭件的芯体。
一方面根据本发明规定,首先芯体自身通过注塑方法由合适的塑料材料制成,并且独立地制造至少一个密封件、优选两个密封件,并且而后将该密封件固定在芯体上。
替代地也可以考虑的是,首先芯体也在注塑模具中通过注塑方法由合适的塑料材料制成并且而后在同一注塑模具中同样通过注塑方法由与制成芯体的材料不同的另一种材料制成所述至少一个密封件、优选两个密封件。
用于容器封闭件的芯体的这两个设计方案以不同的方式和方法制造,这在两个附图1和2示出并且接下来进行阐述。
图1大体上详细地示出一个用于容器封闭件的芯体。容器封闭件具有一个空间,在该空间中装入一种原料,该芯体1可移动地设置在壳体中并且可以穿透在壳体中的开口的覆盖件,以使得原料可以从在壳体中的空间进入到容器中。纯示例性地,这样的封闭件参照EP1737743B1。在此描述的根据本发明的封闭件以及芯体以及这样的芯体的制造方法的应用然而绝不限于该现有技术,从而该芯体也可以用于这样的容器封闭件的相似的结构。
在图1中示出的芯体1在其上部的端部区域内设计成盘状的,下部的端部区域在图1的视图中被截断并且未被详细示出或阐述。该下部的端部区域在任何情况下以这样的方式设计,使得其适合于刺穿在壳体中的开口的覆盖件。在芯体1的上部的和下部的端部区域之间在芯体的轴向走向上存在至少一个密封件2,在根据图1的实施例中设置两个彼此隔开的密封件2、3。这两个密封件2、3可以具有相同的几何形状和/或由相同的材料制成。在根据图1的实施例中密封件2的直径小于密封件3的直径,当然也可以考虑相反的方案。重要的是,所述至少一个密封件、特别是所述两个密封件2、3如此设计,使得它们适配芯体1的贴靠几何形状并且不仅在贴靠在芯体上的位置处相对于芯体1贴靠,而且相对于容器封闭件的壳体贴靠,并且在芯体1的一个位置上促成相对于封闭件的壳体的期望的密封作用。
在根据图1的实施例中首先芯体1以注塑方法在相应用于成型的注塑模具中制造。在相同的注塑模具中而后同样成型地以注塑方法制造所述至少一个密封件2、优选所述两个密封件2、3。在此涉及双组分模具或双组分注塑方法。一方面芯体1的材料的选择并且另外一方面所述至少一个密封件2或两个密封件2、3的材料的选择视应用目的而定。特别是芯体1由硬的塑料材料制成,以便可以承受得住作用在其上的用于轴向移动的压力。用于所述至少一个密封件2的材料在此视密封功能而定。
图2示出如图1的芯体1的相同的构造,然而具有这样的区别,即芯体1相对于至少一个密封件2、特别是所述两个密封件2、3独立地制造。这些彼此分离制造的部件单独地存在,而后可以安装。在此通常所述至少一个密封件2的贴靠几何形状适配于芯体1的贴靠几何形状。例如在此提到,其中一个密封件2、3(或两个密封件2、3)设计成O形环(其具有圆形的横截面)并且在芯体1中的贴靠几何形状设计成具有大致半圆形的横截面的环绕的槽。这些贴靠几何形状仅仅是示例性的并且当然也可以设计成不同的。
密封件可以例如构成为单独的构件并且在制造一件式(整体式)的或两件式(两部分)的芯体之后安装。这样的单独的构件例如是O形环或类似件。为此芯体例如具有环绕的槽,密封元件形锁合地配合到该槽中。
径向环绕的密封件然而可以通过注塑方法制造。在这种情况下也可以考虑的是,径向环绕的密封件在相同的工具中以双组分方法与芯体的制造一起实现,特别是注塑。因为基于功能而对芯体和密封元件提出不同的要求,所以它们优选由不同的材料、特别是塑料材料制成。芯体自身由硬的塑料材料制成,其确保作用在其上的力(穿透力)能够被传递。因为密封元件必须承担密封功能,所以密封元件由可弹性变形的塑料材料制成。
虽然一方面可以考虑芯体和所述至少一个密封元件、优选所述两个密封元件在同一注塑模具中制造,然而也可以考虑的是,首先芯体在一个第一注塑模具中制造并且紧接着在一个另外的模具中嵌入已经制成的芯体,并且紧接着该芯体利用优选可弹性变形的塑料材料包围注塑。
在通常情况下,如在现有技术中,芯体构成为两部分的,其中芯体的这两个部分中的至少一个部分具有一个密封元件。此外也可以考虑的是,在该两部分的芯体的一个部分上存在两个密封元件,并且在第二部分中不存在任何密封元件,其中同样也可以考虑的是,芯体的每个部分具有自身的密封元件。替代地,芯体也可以构成为一件式的并且具有所述至少一个密封元件。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于容器的封闭件,该封闭件在壳体中具有一个空间,在该空间中装入一种原料,芯体(1)可移动地设置在该壳体中并且能够穿透在壳体中的开口的覆盖件,以使得原料能够从壳体中的所述空间进入到容器中,其特征在于,芯体(1)在其轴向走向上具有至少一个支承在该壳体上的密封件(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的封闭件,其特征在于,芯体(1)在其轴向走向上具有两个支承在壳体上的密封件(2)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的封闭件,其特征在于,所述至少一个密封件(2,3)构成为能单独固定在芯体(1)上的构件。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的封闭件,其特征在于,所述至少一个密封件(2,3)与芯体(1)一体构成。
5.一种用于容器封闭件的芯体(1),其特征在于,芯体(1)在其轴向走向上具有至少一个密封件(2)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的芯体(1),其特征在于,芯体(1)在其轴向走向上具有两个密封件(2,3)。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的芯体(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个密封件(2,3)构成为能单独固定在芯体(1)上的构件。
8.根据权利要求5或6所述的芯体(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个密封件(2,3)与芯体(1)一体构成。
9.一种用于制造用于容器封闭件的芯体(1)的方法,其特征在于,首先通过注塑方法制造芯体(1)并且与之独立地制造至少一个密封件(2),并且而后将该密封件固定在芯体(1)上。
10.一种用于制造用于容器封闭件的芯体(1)的方法,其特征在于,首先通过注塑方法在注塑模具中制造芯体(1),并且在该相同的注塑模具中同样通过注塑方法由另外一种材料制成至少一个密封件(2)。
