The storage and verification platform may be a storage and verification platform of a trusted third party, in which content of the electronic data itself is stored and/or a data string uniquely corresponding to the electronic data is stored, and a generation process of the uniquely corresponding data string may obtain a hash value of the electronic data, that is, the uniquely corresponding data string, according to a preset hash algorithm, such as a fifth version of an information digest algorithm (MD 5, for short) or a secure hash algorithm (SHA, for short), and the like.
Step A103, receiving a verification response fed back by the storage verification platform, and determining whether the electronic data is subjected to storage protection by the storage verification platform according to the verification response.
And step A104, if the electronic data is subjected to storage certificate protection on a storage certificate verification platform, allowing the electronic data to continue transaction.
And if the electronic data storage information consistent with the electronic data in the transaction is not checked by the electronic commerce platform, the electronic commerce platform does not allow the seller to continuously sell the electronic data commodity so as to realize intellectual property protection of the electronic data commodity.
According to the electronic data consistency verification method provided by the embodiment, transaction information on an e-commerce platform is monitored, and when the transaction information relates to electronic data transaction, a transaction process is suspended and verification related information corresponding to electronic data is acquired; sending a verification request for verifying the consistency of the verification information of the electronic data to a verification platform according to the verification related information; receiving a verification response fed back by the certificate storing and verifying platform, and determining whether the electronic data of the e-commerce platform end is consistent with the certified electronic data of the certificate storing and verifying platform according to the verification response; if the consistency verification passes, the electronic data is allowed to continue the transaction. Therefore, the original benefit of an electronic data depositor to the electronic data is protected, the transaction legality of a buyer and a seller is ensured, and the legal authority of electronic data intellectual property protection is established.
Verifying related information
Fig. 2-4 are flowcharts illustrating a method of electronic data consistency verification according to another exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2 to 4, on the basis of the above embodiments, there are three ways of verifying whether the electronic data and the storage information are consistent on the storage verification platform:
the first verification mode is as follows: verifying that the related information is electronic data; correspondingly, step a102, sending a verification request verification related information for performing the verification of the storage information consistency on the electronic data to the storage verification platform according to the verification related information, which may specifically include (as shown in fig. 2):

The storage verification platform may store only the first data string uniquely corresponding to the electronic data, or may include both the electronic data itself and the first data string generated based on the electronic data. Generally, for an owner of the electronic data, if the owner of the electronic data does not want to acquire the result generated in the creation process by a third party, but wants to authenticate the originality attribution and the originality time by a credible third party, a mode of storing the certificate by only sending a first data string uniquely corresponding to the electronic data can be adopted; the first data string is generated based on the electronic data and uniquely corresponds to the electronic data, so that the third-party certificate authority platform cannot obtain the essential content of the original electronic data, but can obtain the first data string which is completely equivalent to the electronic data. Therefore, evidence storage and subsequent verification services are provided for the creative achievement of the creator, and the original benefit of the creator is protected. In addition, in the verification link, the first data string can be generated by installing an algorithm generator provided by the verification and verification platform on the e-commerce platform, and can also be generated by setting an algorithm module which meets the international standard by the e-commerce platform. Of course, the e-commerce platform may also send the acquired electronic data to the storage verification platform, and the platform generates the first data string based on the electronic data and compares the first data string with the data string which has been verified in the platform, so as to verify whether the electronic data has the storage verification information.
Further, after sending the first verification request to the storage verification platform, correspondingly, step a103 receives a verification response fed back by the storage verification platform, and determines whether the electronic data is already stored on the storage verification platform for verification protection according to the verification response, which may specifically include:
step A203, receiving a first verification response fed back by the deposit certificate verification platform. If the first verification response is a response message that the verification information is not found, executing step A204; if the first verification response is a response message for checking the verification information, step a205 is executed.

The electronic data verification platform compares whether the first data string is stored in the electronic data database according to the first data string information in the first verification request, if the first data string information is not stored, the electronic data is proved to be non-verified electronic data, a response message of the non-verified electronic data is fed back to the e-commerce platform, and the e-commerce platform has the responsibility of guaranteeing the source of the electronic data commodities circulating on the e-commerce platform to be normal.
The second verification mode is as follows: verifying that the related information is electronic data and a certificate storing serial number of the electronic data; correspondingly, step a102, sending a verification request for performing the consistency verification of the verification information on the electronic data to the verification platform according to the verification-related information, which may specifically include (as shown in fig. 3):
step A301, a second verification request is sent to the certificate storage verification platform, and the second verification request comprises a certificate storage certificate number of electronic data.
The certified electronic data can carry a certificate storing serial number for proving the history and the achievements of the certified electronic data, corresponding certificate storing certificates are checked on a certificate storing and verifying platform according to the serial number of the certificate, and whether the certificate storing certificates are consistent with the electronic data or not is determined according to information displayed in the certificate storing certificates.
Further, after sending the second verification request to the storage verification platform, correspondingly, step a103 receives a verification response fed back by the storage verification platform, and determines whether the electronic data is already stored on the storage verification platform for verification protection according to the verification response, which may specifically include:
step A302, receiving a second verification response fed back by the deposit certificate verification platform, wherein the second verification response comprises a second data string.
The second data string is data information uniquely corresponding to the electronic data for storing the certificate. And the certificate storing and verifying platform finds out the certificate storing certificate corresponding to the certificate storing and verifying platform according to the certificate storing and verifying serial number in the second verifying request sent by the e-commerce platform, and displays the certificate storing and verifying certificate to the e-commerce platform, wherein the certificate storing and verifying platform can contain second data string information which uniquely identifies the electronic data of the stored certificate.
Step A303 generates a first data string from the electronic data.
Step A304, comparing the second data string with the first data string, and if the second data string is consistent with the first data string, executing step A305; if not, go to step A306.
Step A305, determining that the electronic data exists on a storage certification platform for certification protection.

The e-commerce platform can determine whether the electronic data corresponding to the first data string and the certified electronic data corresponding to the second data string on the certification certificate exist a corresponding relation by comparing whether the first data string is consistent with the second data string, so that whether the electronic data source on the e-commerce platform side is legal is determined.
The third verification mode is as follows: verifying that the related information is electronic data and a credible timestamp of the electronic data; correspondingly, step a102, sending a verification request for performing the consistency verification of the verification information on the electronic data to the verification platform according to the verification-related information, which may specifically include (as shown in fig. 4):
step A401 generates a first data string from the electronic data.
Wherein the first data string is data information uniquely corresponding to the electronic data.
Step A402, a third verification request is sent to the storage verification platform, wherein the third verification request comprises: a trusted timestamp of the electronic data and a first data string.
The trusted timestamp is data information for proving the trusted storage time of the electronic data, and carries identity information of the storage and verification platform. When the electronic data is stored, the unique corresponding first data string generated based on the electronic data to be stored is sent to the trusted time issuing equipment by the storage and verification platform, the trusted time issuing equipment issues trusted time information based on the time of receiving the first data string, the storage and verification platform generates the unique corresponding second data string based on the first data string and the trusted time information (storage time) issued by the trusted time issuing equipment, and the second data string is digitally signed by a private key of the storage and verification platform to obtain the trusted time stamp. Therefore, by decrypting the authentic time stamp, it is possible to restore the second data string containing the first data string uniquely corresponding to the electronic data for evidence storage and the information for evidence storage time. Therefore, the first data string included in the third verification request is used for enabling the verification platform to find the corresponding verification time according to the first data string, generate a third data string according to the first data string and the found verification time, compare the second data string and the third data string obtained by decrypting the trusted timestamp, and if the second data string and the third data string are consistent, indicate that the trusted timestamp and the electronic data to be verified are in a corresponding relationship, and pass the verification.
Further, after sending the third verification request to the storage verification platform, correspondingly, step a103 receives a verification response fed back by the storage verification platform, and determines whether the electronic data is already stored on the storage verification platform for verification protection according to the verification response, which may specifically include:
and A403, receiving a third verification response fed back by the deposit certificate verification platform. If the third verification response is a response message that the verification information is not found, executing step a 404; if the third verification response is a response message for checking the verification information, step a405 is executed.

After the storage and verification platform receives a third verification request sent by the E-commerce platform, firstly, whether the first data string is stored in the storage and verification database is compared according to the first data string, if the first data string is not stored in the storage and verification database, a third verification response message of which the storage and verification information is not checked is fed back to the E-commerce platform, if the first data string is stored in the storage and verification database, the storage and verification time corresponding to the first data string is found, and a unique corresponding second data string is generated according to the first data string and the storage and verification time; decrypting the trusted timestamp to obtain a third data string; and if the second data string is completely matched with the third data string, the credible timestamp is proved to be correspondingly matched with the evidence storage information of the electronic data acquired by the E-commerce platform, and a third verification response message for checking the evidence storage information is fed back to the E-commerce platform. And if the second data string is not matched with the third data string, feeding back a third verification response message of which the evidence storage information is not checked to the e-commerce platform. Compared with the first mode (only the verification is carried out according to the first data string), the method needs to additionally provide a trusted timestamp, and the trusted timestamp is issued by a third party verification platform with legal public trust, so that the verification mode is more standardized and has higher guarantee and authority.
Further, after receiving a first verification response fed back by the deposit verification platform and determining that the electronic data is subjected to deposit protection on the deposit verification platform if the first verification response is a response message for checking the deposit information, the method may further include the following steps:
sending a certificate storing certificate number acquiring request of electronic data to a certificate storing and verifying platform, wherein the acquiring request comprises: identification information of the first verification response;
receiving a certificate storing certificate number corresponding to the electronic data fed back by the certificate storing verification platform;
and sending the certificate storing serial number to a transaction party corresponding to the electronic data transaction.
Specifically, for a certified electronic data commodity which is not attached with a certification certificate number, the certification certificate number can be requested to be obtained from the certification verification platform, so that a transaction party (a seller and/or a buyer) can conveniently check the certification certificate of the electronic data commodity through the certification certificate number. For example, after purchasing an electronic data item, the purchaser may check the certificate of the electronic data item according to the certificate number to confirm that the electronic data item protected by the certificate is purchased. The seller can also check according to the certificate number to ensure the regularity of the electronic data commodity sold by the seller.
Further, after the step a205, the step a305, and the step a405 determine that the electronic data has been subjected to the storage certification protection on the storage certification platform, the method may further include:
and correspondingly storing the determination result of the electronic data which is subjected to the storage certification protection in the storage certification verification platform and the first data string.
Accordingly, after the step a201, the step a303, and the step a401 generate the first data string from the electronic data, the following steps may be further included:
comparing whether the first data string is stored in the local database or not, and if so, acquiring a result of determining that the electronic data corresponding to the first data string is stored in a storage verification platform for verification protection; and if the electronic data does not exist, performing the step of verifying the consistency of the evidence information of the electronic data.
By storing the confirmed result of the electronic data and the first data string correspondingly, the verification process is quickened, and the verified and certified electronic data can be quickly transacted.
Further, step a102, sending a verification request verification related information for performing the consistency verification of the electronic data to the verification platform according to the verification related information, which may specifically include:
and sending a verification request with CA authentication information to the storage and verification platform so as to provide identity verification for the storage and verification platform.
Before the electronic data and the evidence storing information are verified to be consistent, the e-commerce platform can perform entity authentication through a digital certificate authentication mechanism, such as a CA (certificate Authority) trusted authentication mechanism, and obtain a digital certificate issued by a CA (certificate Authority) to realize digital signature on the transmitted information, so that the identity of the e-commerce platform which transmits the verification request is indicated, and the verification request is guaranteed not to be tampered in the transmission process.
FIG. 5 is a flow diagram illustrating another method of electronic data consistency verification in accordance with an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, the electronic data consistency verification method provided in this embodiment may be specifically executed by a storage verification platform, and may be implemented in cooperation with an electronic data consistency verification method applied to an e-commerce platform, where a specific implementation process refers to the description of the foregoing embodiment, and is not described herein again.
The electronic data consistency verification method provided by the embodiment specifically includes:

The verification request comprises verification related information for verifying the consistency of the evidence information of the electronic data involved in the electronic data transaction which is carried out by the e-commerce platform.

In the electronic data consistency verification method provided by this embodiment, a verification request sent by an e-commerce platform is received, where the verification request includes verification-related information for verifying the consistency of the evidence storage information of electronic data involved in an electronic data transaction being performed by the e-commerce platform. And verifying whether the electronic data is certified according to the verification related information, and feeding back a verification response to the e-commerce platform. Therefore, an authoritative and credible verification channel is provided for electronic data commodities circulating on the e-commerce platform, the original benefits of electronic data owners are protected, the transaction legality of buyers and sellers is guaranteed, and the legal authority of electronic data intellectual property protection is established.
Fig. 6 to 8 are flowcharts illustrating another electronic data consistency verification method according to another exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 6 to fig. 8, on the basis of the above embodiments, further, according to the difference of the verification-related information sent by the e-commerce platform, the method may include the following verification manner:
the first verification mode is as follows: verifying that the related information contains the first data string; the first data string is data information uniquely corresponding to the electronic data; correspondingly, step B102, verifying whether the electronic data has been verified according to the verification-related information, and feeding back a verification response to the e-commerce platform, may specifically include (as shown in fig. 6):
step B201, comparing whether the first data string is stored in the evidence storing database. If the first data string is not stored in the evidence storing database, executing the step B202; if the first data string is stored in the certificate storing database, step B203 is executed.

Wherein, the certificate of deposit certificate contains: second data string information uniquely identifying the electronic data. And the E-commerce platform compares the first data string with the second data string to determine that the electronic data exists on the storage verification platform for storage protection. The first data string is data information which is generated by the e-commerce platform according to the electronic data and is uniquely corresponding to the electronic data. The second data string is the only data information corresponding to the electronic data information proved by the certificate of authenticity, if the two data strings are consistent, the certificate of authenticity can be proved to be corresponding to the electronic data acquired by the e-commerce platform, and the verification is passed.
The third verification mode is as follows: verifying that the related information comprises a credible timestamp and a first data string of the electronic data; correspondingly, step B102, verifying whether the electronic data has been verified according to the verification-related information, and feeding back a verification response to the e-commerce platform, may specifically include (as shown in fig. 8):
step B401, comparing whether a first data string is stored in the evidence storing database; if the first data string is not stored in the evidence storing database, executing step B402; if the first data string is stored in the certificate storing database, step B403 is executed.

Further, the method may further comprise the steps of: receiving a certificate storing certificate number acquiring request sent by an e-commerce platform, wherein the acquiring request comprises: the identification information of a first verification response for checking the verification information is fed back to the e-commerce platform; and acquiring a certificate storing certificate number corresponding to the electronic data according to the identification information of the first verification response, and sending the certificate storing certificate number to the e-commerce platform.
After receiving the certificate of deposit certificate number, the E-commerce platform can send the certificate of deposit certificate number to a trading party corresponding to electronic data trading. The transaction party may include a seller and/or a buyer such that the buyer can check the certificate of authenticity of the electronic data item according to the certificate number after purchasing the electronic data item to confirm purchase of the electronic data item protected by the certificate of authenticity. The seller can also check according to the certificate number to ensure the regularity of the electronic data commodity sold by the seller.
Further, the feedback of the verification response from the storage verification platform to the e-commerce platform may include:

FIG. 12 is a schematic diagram illustrating the structure of an electronic data compliance verification system in accordance with one illustrative embodiment. As shown in fig. 12, the electronic-data consistency verification system provided in the present embodiment includes an electronic-data consistency verification apparatus 91 provided in any embodiment of the present invention, and a stock verification platform 92 provided in any embodiment of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An electronic data consistency verification method, comprising:
monitoring transaction information on an e-commerce platform, and when the transaction information relates to electronic data transaction, suspending a transaction process and acquiring verification related information corresponding to the electronic data;
sending a verification request for verifying the consistency of the verification information of the electronic data to a verification platform according to the verification related information;
receiving a verification response fed back by the storage verification platform, and determining whether the electronic data is subjected to storage protection on the storage verification platform according to the verification response;
and if the electronic data is subjected to storage certification protection on the storage certification platform, allowing the electronic data to continue trading.
2. The method of claim 1,
the verification-related information is the electronic data; correspondingly, the sending a verification request for verifying the consistency of the stored certificate information of the electronic data to a certificate storing and verifying platform according to the verification related information comprises the following steps:
generating a first data string according to the electronic data; the first data string is data information uniquely corresponding to the electronic data;
sending a first verification request to a storage verification platform, wherein the first verification request comprises: the first data string;
or the verification related information is the electronic data and the certificate storing serial number of the electronic data; correspondingly, the sending a verification request for verifying the consistency of the stored certificate information of the electronic data to a certificate storing and verifying platform according to the verification related information comprises the following steps:
sending a second verification request to a storage verification platform, wherein the second verification request comprises a storage verification certificate number of the electronic data;
or,
the verification related information is the electronic data and a trusted timestamp of the electronic data; correspondingly, the sending a verification request for verifying the consistency of the stored certificate information of the electronic data to a certificate storing and verifying platform according to the verification related information comprises the following steps:
and generating the first data string according to the electronic data, and sending a third verification request to a storage verification platform, wherein the third verification request comprises a trusted timestamp of the electronic data and the first data string.

The method of claim 2, wherein sending a first authentication request to a presence authentication platform comprises: after the first data string, correspondingly, receiving a verification response fed back by the deposit and verification platform, and determining whether the electronic data is subjected to deposit and verification protection on the deposit and verification platform according to the verification response, including:
receiving a first verification response fed back by the verification and verification platform; if the first verification response is a response message that the verification information is not found, determining that the electronic data is not subjected to verification protection on the verification platform; if the first verification response is a response message for checking the verification information, determining that the electronic data is subjected to verification protection on the verification platform;
after a second verification request is sent to the storage verification platform and the second verification request contains the storage verification certificate number of the electronic data, correspondingly, the method receives a verification response fed back by the storage verification platform and determines whether the electronic data is already stored on the storage verification platform for verification protection according to the verification response, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a second verification response fed back by the verification and verification platform; the second verification response contains a second data string; generating a first data string according to the electronic data; comparing the second data string with the first data string, and if the second data string is consistent with the first data string, determining that the electronic data is subjected to storage and verification protection on the storage and verification platform; if the electronic data are inconsistent, determining that the electronic data are not subjected to storage protection on the storage verification platform; the second data string is data information uniquely corresponding to the electronic data for storing the certificate;
the third verification request is sent to the storage and verification platform, and after the third verification request contains the trusted timestamp of the electronic data and the first data string, correspondingly, the verification response fed back by the storage and verification platform is received, and whether the electronic data is in the storage and verification platform for storage and verification protection is determined according to the verification response, including:
receiving a third verification response fed back by the verification and verification platform; if the third verification response is a response message that the verification information is not found, determining that the electronic data is not subjected to verification protection on the verification platform; and if the third verification response is a response message for checking the verification information, determining that the electronic data is subjected to verification protection on the verification platform.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein after determining that the electronic data has been certified and protected by the certification platform if the first certification response is a response message to check certification information, further comprising:
sending a certificate storing certificate number acquiring request of the electronic data to the certificate storing and verifying platform, wherein the acquiring request comprises: identification information of the first verification response;
receiving a certificate storing certificate number corresponding to the electronic data fed back by the certificate storing and verifying platform;
and sending the certificate storing serial number to a transaction party corresponding to the electronic data transaction.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein said determining that the electronic data has been forensically protected at the forensics platform further comprises:
correspondingly storing a determination result that the electronic data is subjected to storage certification protection on the storage certification platform with the first data string;
correspondingly, after the generating the first data string according to the electronic data, the method further includes:
and comparing whether the first data string is stored in a local database, and if so, acquiring a result of confirming that the electronic data corresponding to the first data string is stored and protected on the storage and verification platform.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein said sending a validation request to a validation platform for validating the consistency of the validation information of the electronic data comprises:
and sending a verification request with CA (certificate Authority) authentication information to a storage and verification platform so as to provide identity verification for the storage and verification platform.
7. An electronic data consistency verification method, comprising:
receiving a verification request sent by an e-commerce platform, wherein the verification request comprises verification related information for verifying the consistency of the evidence storing information of electronic data related to electronic data transaction in progress of the e-commerce platform;
and verifying whether the electronic data is certified according to the verification related information, and feeding back a verification response to the E-commerce platform.
8. An electronic data consistency verification apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the monitoring module is used for monitoring transaction information on the e-commerce platform;
the control module is used for suspending the transaction process when the monitoring module monitors that the transaction information relates to electronic data transaction;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring verification related information corresponding to the electronic data;
the sending module is used for sending a verification request for verifying the consistency of the storage information of the electronic data to a storage verification platform according to the verification related information acquired by the acquisition module;
the receiving module is used for receiving a verification response fed back by the storage verification platform and determining whether the electronic data is subjected to storage verification protection on the storage verification platform according to the verification response;
the control module is further used for allowing the electronic data to continue trading when the receiving module determines that the electronic data is subjected to storage certification protection on the storage certification platform.
9. A storage and verification platform, comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a verification module and a verification module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a verification request sent by an e-commerce platform, and the verification request comprises verification related information for verifying the consistency of evidence storage information of electronic data related to electronic data transaction in progress of the e-commerce platform;
the verification module is used for verifying whether the electronic data is certified according to the verification related information;
and the feedback module is used for feeding back the verification response to the e-commerce platform.
10. An electronic data consistency verification system, comprising:
the electronic data consistency verification apparatus of claim 8; and a presence verification platform as claimed in claim 9.
