Abstract

The system 10 for realizing digital copyright protection of the printer adopts the decryption hardware arranged in the printer to decrypt the encrypted document, the encrypted document is encrypted through the encryption server, the printer applies for authorization to a copyright party during printing, and the printer decrypts and prints the document only if the copyright party issues the authorization. By the method, the file cannot be checked without authorization in the whole transmission process, and the file cannot be opened even if stolen, so that the safety of the digital copyright is improved.
Preferably, the print request obtaining module 101 includes an encryption sub-module, configured to encrypt the copyright side file through an encryption server, specifically:
integrally encrypting the copyright party file to obtain an integrally encrypted file and a corresponding encryption key, wherein the encryption key is an exclusive key of the copyright party file;
acquiring parameters submitted by a copyright party, wherein the parameters comprise a copyright party ID and a file ID;
and adding a copyright party ID and a file ID to the head of the whole encrypted file to finish the encryption of the copyright party file.
The file of the copyright party is encrypted through the encryption server, specifically, the copyright party provides parameters, such as the publishing date of the file, the information of the material of the copyright party and the like, so that the information of the file can be distinguished, and the encryption is carried out according to the parameters, so that the identification of the encrypted file is facilitated.

Claims (5)
1. A method for realizing digital copyright protection of a printer is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S1, obtaining a printing request of a printer through the printer, wherein the printing request is a request for printing an encrypted file, and the encrypted file is obtained by encrypting a copyright side file through an encryption server;
step S2, according to the printing request, sending an authorization printing application to an authorization server;
step S3, according to the authorized printing application, the authorized printing application is judged to obtain a printing authorization instruction;
step S4, obtaining an authorization key through the encryption server according to the printing authorization instruction;
step S5, according to the authorization key, the encrypted file is decrypted through a decryption module arranged in the printer, so that the encrypted file is printed, and a printed file is obtained, wherein the decryption module decrypts the file in a hardware mode; wherein
In step S1, the encrypting server encrypts the copyright file, specifically:
integrally encrypting the copyright party file to obtain an integrally encrypted file and a corresponding encryption key, wherein the encryption key is an exclusive key of the copyright party file;
obtaining parameters submitted by the copyright owner, wherein the parameters comprise copyright owner ID and file ID;
adding a copyright party ID and a file ID to the head of the whole encrypted file to finish the encryption of the copyright party file;
further comprising:
obtaining a customer list, wherein the customer list comprises a plurality of customer names;
setting a corresponding IP for each client name to obtain a plurality of IPs;
correspondingly setting an encryption authority on the encryption server according to the plurality of IPs, and encrypting the copyright party file when the encryption authority is matched with one of the plurality of IPs;
further comprising:
counting the printing authorization instructions, and generating an authorization list by combining the corresponding encrypted files;
and displaying the authorization list on a terminal interface in a graphical user interface mode according to the authorization list.
2. The printer of claim 1, for implementing digital rights protection,
in step S3, the determining, according to the authorized print application, the authorized print application includes:
obtaining an authorization rule preset in the authorization server;
matching the authorized printing application with the authorization rule, and judging the authorized printing application:
when the authorized printing application is matched with the authorization rule, judging to send a printing authorization instruction to the encryption server;
and when the authorized printing application is not matched with the authorization rule, judging that a printing authorization instruction is not sent to the encryption server.
3. The printer of claim 1, for implementing digital rights protection,
further comprising:
setting a user identification code on the printed file to obtain a copying instruction of the printed file;
the printer identifies the user identification code on the printed file to obtain an identification result;
according to the identification result, the printer requests the authorized non-server to inquire whether printing is possible, and if the printing is not permitted to be used, the content authorization server sends a copy rejection instruction to the printer.
4. The printer of claim 1, for implementing digital rights protection,
the decryption module is arranged inside an SOC chip of the printer.
5. A system for implementing digital rights protection for a printer, comprising:
the printing request acquisition module is used for acquiring a printing request of a printer through a printer, wherein the printing request is a request for printing an encrypted file, and the encrypted file is obtained by encrypting a copyright party file through an encryption server;
the authorized printing application module is used for sending an authorized printing application to an authorized server according to the printing request;
the printing authorization instruction module is used for judging the authorized printing application according to the authorized printing application to obtain a printing authorization instruction;
the authorization key acquisition module is used for acquiring an authorization key through the encryption server according to the printing authorization instruction;
the file printing module decrypts the encrypted file through a decryption module arranged in the printer according to the authorization secret key to realize printing of the encrypted file, and the decryption module decrypts the file in a hardware mode;
the print request acquisition module comprises an encryption submodule for encrypting the copyright side file through an encryption server, and specifically comprises:
integrally encrypting the copyright party file to obtain an integrally encrypted file and a corresponding encryption key, wherein the encryption key is an exclusive key of the copyright party file;
obtaining parameters submitted by the copyright owner, wherein the parameters comprise copyright owner ID and file ID;
and adding a copyright party ID and a file ID to the head of the whole encrypted file to finish the encryption of the copyright party file.
