本发明公开了一种节能环保的凹面OLED聚光灯,包括凹面OLED光源、保护壳、蓄电池、外接电源线和太阳能电池板,所述凹面OLED光源包括OLED及位于所述OLED背面的柔性材料衬底,所述OLED及柔性材料衬底形成弧形凹面,所述凹面OLED光源固定在所述保护壳内,所述凹面OLED光源与所述蓄电池相连,所述蓄电池与所述外接电源线相连,所述保护壳顶部设置有所述太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板与所述蓄电池相连。本发明所提供的一种节能环保的凹面OLED聚光灯耗电量低、采用环保太阳能电源,亮度较高,结构简单,适合应用于舞台、展览,家庭照明等需要聚光照明的场合。

节能环保的凹面OLED聚光灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种节能环保的凹面OLED聚光灯,属于照明设备领域。
背景技术
OLED,即有机发光二极管(OrganicLight-EmittingDiode),又称为有机电激光显示(OrganicElectroluminesenceDisplay,OELD)。OLED具有自发光的特性,采用非常薄的有机材料涂层和玻璃基板,当电流通过时,有机材料就会发光。OLED能让电子设备产生更明亮、更清晰的图像,其耗电量小于传统的发光二极管(LED),也小于当今人们使用的液晶显示器(LCD)。另外,OLED具有可视角度大,能柔性弯曲的特点。
然而,OLED光源的灯具作为新型面发光光源,其通常的使用亮度由其发光面积决定,也可以通过改变OLED光源的发光亮度,但是这样会缩短OLED光源灯具的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种利用环保能源,节能降耗,亮度较高,结构简单的凹面OLED聚光灯。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是一种节能环保的凹面OLED聚光灯,包括凹面OLED光源、保护壳、蓄电池、外接电源线和太阳能电池板,所述凹面OLED光源包括OLED及位于所述OLED背面的柔性材料衬底,所述OLED及柔性材料衬底形成弧形凹面,所述凹面OLED光源固定在所述保护壳内,所述凹面OLED光源与所述蓄电池相连,所述蓄电池与所述外接电源线相连,所述保护壳顶部设置有所述太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板与所述蓄电池相连。
所述凹面OLED光源的出光口设置有透明的平面保护罩。
所述平面保护罩为有色透明材质。
所述蓄电池安装在所述保护壳内。
所述蓄电池与开关相连。
所述凹面OLED光源由发光面向外依次包括阳极透明基板,ITO导电阳极,空穴传输层,发光层,电子传输层,导电阴极,以及阴极透明基板。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.采用OLED作为发光源,与LED等发光源相比,实现了降低耗电量,同时设置有太阳能电池板,可以利用太阳能电池储存电量用于光线不足情况下的照明,在太阳能电池电量耗尽的情况下,再利用外接电源线作为补充电源,与仅采用外接电源的照明相比减少了外接电源用电量,实现了节能环保;
2.采用凹面自聚光结构,使整个凹面OLED所发出的光线汇聚在后从出光口射出,与平面OLED光源相比,提高了同样发光面积下的发光亮度;
3.与常用的采用反射碗加中心辐射光源结构的聚光灯相比,本发明具有结构简单的特点;
4.由于OLED发热量低,因此OLED聚光灯适合应用于展览等物品照明中,防止因光线热量造成物品老化受损;
5.结合出光口的有色透明保护罩,可以发出亮度较高的彩色光。
因此本发明所提供的一种节能环保的凹面OLED聚光灯耗电量低、采用环保太阳能电源,亮度较高,结构简单,适合应用于舞台、展览,家庭照明等需要聚光照明的场合。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示的一种节能环保的凹面OLED聚光灯,包括凹面OLED光源1、保护壳2、蓄电池3、外接电源线4和太阳能电池板5,所述凹面OLED光源1包括OLED及位于所述OLED背面的柔性材料衬底,所述OLED及柔性材料衬底形成弧形凹面,所述凹面OLED光源1固定在所述保护壳2内,所述凹面OLED光源1与所述蓄电池3相连,所述蓄电池3与所述外接电源线4相连,所述保护壳顶部设置有所述太阳能电池板5,所述太阳能电池板5与所述蓄电池3相连。
所述凹面OLED光源1的出光口设置有透明的平面保护罩6。
所述平面保护罩6为有色透明材质。
所述蓄电池3安装在所述保护壳2内。
所述蓄电池3与开关相连。
所述凹面OLED光源1由发光面向外依次包括阳极透明基板,ITO导电阳极,空穴传输层,发光层,电子传输层,导电阴极,以及阴极透明基板。

1.一种节能环保的凹面OLED聚光灯,其特征在于:包括凹面OLED光源、保护壳、蓄电池、外接电源线和太阳能电池板,所述凹面OLED光源包括OLED及位于所述OLED背面的柔性材料衬底,所述OLED及柔性材料衬底形成弧形凹面,所述凹面OLED光源固定在所述保护壳内,所述凹面OLED光源与所述蓄电池相连,所述蓄电池与所述外接电源线相连,所述保护壳顶部设置有所述太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板与所述蓄电池相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的节能环保的凹面OLED聚光灯,其特征在于:所述凹面OLED光源的出光口设置有透明的平面保护罩。
3.如权利要求2所述的节能环保的凹面OLED聚光灯,其特征在于:所述平面保护罩为有色透明材质。
4.如权利要求1所述的节能环保的凹面OLED聚光灯,其特征在于:所述蓄电池安装在所述保护壳内。
5.如权利要求1所述的节能环保的凹面OLED聚光灯,其特征在于:所述蓄电池与开关相连。
6.如权利要求1所述的节能环保的凹面OLED聚光灯,其特征在于:所述凹面OLED光源由发光面向外依次包括阳极透明基板,ITO导电阳极,空穴传输层,发光层,电子传输层,导电阴极,以及阴极透明基板。
