Abstract

本发明公开一种针织机清絮装置，包括有安装织针的针筒、安装沉降片的圆环、以及安装织针三角的三角座，设一吹气管，该吹气管从三角座的外侧到顶侧贯穿、且延伸至针筒与圆环的交接处。由于本发明在安装织针三角的三角座安装有吹气管，且吹气管延伸至针筒与圆环的交接处，当针织机运转时，往吹气管通高压气，吹向针筒与圆环的交接处，高压气会从针筒与圆环上的槽缝吹出，把积聚在织针、沉降片、针筒、圆环等编织机构上的棉絮吹走，代替了人工清絮工作，使工作效率提高，保证了针织机的正常运转。

技术领域
本发明涉及针织机技术领域，尤其是指对针织机进行清絮的装置。
背景技术
在针织机中，圆纬机的编织机构在织布的过程中，会产生大量的棉絮，棉絮会沉积在织针、沉降片、织针针筒、沉降片圆环等编织机构上，从而影响到针织机的正常运转。
为保证针织机的正常运转，操作人员需要不定期地对针织机进行清絮工作。目前，操作员清絮时，大都需要人工操作，有时甚至需要停机清絮。因而，有必要对针织机做出相应的改进，以便于对针织机进行清絮作业。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可用于对针织机进行清絮的装置。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案：一种针织机清絮装置，包括有安装织针的针筒、安装沉降片的圆环、以及安装织针三角的三角座，其特征在于：设一吹气管，该吹气管从三角座的外侧到顶侧贯穿、且延伸至针筒与圆环的交接处。
采用本发明所带来的有益效果：由于本发明在安装织针三角的三角座安装有吹气管，且吹气管延伸至针筒与圆环的交接处，当针织机运转时，往吹气管通高压气，吹向针筒与圆环的交接处，高压气会从针筒与圆环上的槽缝吹出，把积聚在织针、沉降片、针筒、圆环等编织机构上的棉絮吹走，代替了人工清絮工作，使工作效率提高，保证了针织机的正常运转。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种针织机清絮装置，包括有安装织针的针筒1、安装沉降片2的圆环3、以及安装织针4三角的三角座5，在本发明中，设一吹气管6，该吹气管6从三角座5的外侧到顶侧贯穿、且延伸至针筒1与圆环3的交接处。
由于针筒与1圆环3上都形成安装沉降片2和织针4的槽缝，固定在三角座5上并延伸至针筒1与圆环3的交接处的吹气管，会将高压气从这些槽缝中吹出，把积聚在织针4、沉降片2、针筒1、圆环3等编织机构上的棉絮吹走，完全替代了人工清絮工作，使工作效率大为提高，而且也降低了操作人员的工作量。

1.一种针织机清絮装置，包括有安装织针的针筒、安装沉降片的圆环、以及安装织针三角的三角座，其特征在于：设一吹气管，该吹气管从三角座的外侧到顶侧贯穿、且延伸至针筒与圆环的交接处。
