Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a plastic-wood pallet and an information identification method thereof, so as to solve the problems that the existing plastic-wood pallet cannot meet the transportation requirements, and cannot read and track the information of the transported goods.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a plastic-wood pallet including a fixing portion, a stretching portion, and an information recognition device; the fixing part comprises a supporting part and a fixed loading plate, the supporting part comprises fixed bottom posts and fixed supporting plates, the fixed bottom posts are arranged in a square matrix mode in the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction of the supporting part at equal intervals, the fixed supporting plates are arranged on the fixed bottom posts, and the fixed loading plate is arranged on the fixed supporting plates at equal intervals and is mutually and vertically fixed with the fixed supporting plates; the stretching part comprises a stretching fixed part and a stretching movable part; the stretching fixing part comprises stretching bottom posts and stretching supporting plates, the stretching bottom posts are arranged in a row at equal intervals, the interval between the stretching bottom posts is equal to the interval of the fixing bottom posts in the Y-axis direction of the supporting part, the stretching bottom posts arranged in the row are parallel to the Y axis of the supporting part, the stretching supporting plates are arranged on the stretching bottom posts, the stretching moving part comprises stretching cargo carrying plates, and the stretching cargo carrying plates are arranged on the stretching supporting plates at equal intervals and are mutually and vertically fixed with the stretching supporting plates; the stretching cargo carrying plates are matched with the fixing cargo carrying plates, inserted into the spaces of the fixing cargo carrying plates and connected with each other through sliding rails; the outer sides of the stretching cargo carrying plates positioned on the two side edges of the stretching part are provided with buckles, the inner sides of the fixing cargo carrying plates positioned on the two side edges of the fixing part are provided with clamping grooves matched with the buckles, and the stretching size of the stretching part is adjusted through the matching of the buckles and the clamping grooves; the information identification device is fixed in the fixed bottom column through a sealing buckle.

the control module is respectively connected with the high-frequency wireless communication module, the low-frequency signal module and the information storage module, and is used for converting a sleep mode into a working mode according to a low-frequency signal sent by the low-frequency signal module and processing information through the high-frequency wireless communication module and the information storage module.
In another aspect, the present invention provides a method for identifying information by using the plastic-wood pallet, including: the control module is switched from a sleep mode to a working mode according to the low-frequency signal sent by the low-frequency signal module; the control module sends response information to an external reader-writer through the low-frequency signal module and starts the high-frequency wireless communication module and the information storage module at the same time; the control module determines to transmit the information of the external reader-writer to the information storage module for storage according to the received information sent by the high-frequency wireless communication module; or the information stored in the information storage module is transmitted to an external reader-writer through the high-frequency wireless communication module.
By utilizing the plastic-wood pallet and the information identification method thereof, the plastic-wood pallet can be stretched by arranging the stretching part, so that the container loading, stacking and carrying of different kinds of goods are realized; in addition, through set up information identification device in the foundation of moulding wooden tray, and then realize the non-contact automatic identification to the information of the goods that load.

In order to illustrate the plastic-wood pallet provided by the invention, fig. 1 shows a structure of a fixing part of the plastic-wood pallet according to an embodiment of the invention; fig. 2 shows a structure of a plastic-wood pallet stretching part according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 3A illustrates a card slot configuration according to an embodiment of the invention; FIG. 3B illustrates a snap feature according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 4 shows an overall structure of a plastic-wood pallet according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the plastic-wood pallet provided by the present invention comprises a fixing portion, a stretching portion and an information recognition device, wherein the fixing portion comprises a supporting portion and a fixed cargo carrying plate 3, and the supporting portion comprises a fixed bottom pillar 1 and a fixed supporting plate 2. The fixed foundation columns 1 are arranged in a matrix form at equal intervals in the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction of the supporting portion respectively, the fixed supporting plate 2 is arranged on the fixed foundation columns 1, the fixed cargo carrying plates 3 are arranged on the fixed supporting plate 2 at equal intervals, and the fixed foundation columns and the fixed supporting plate 2 are perpendicular to each other and fixed.
The stretching part comprises a stretching fixing part and a stretching movable part, wherein the stretching fixing part comprises stretching bottom pillars 6 and stretching support plates 5, the stretching bottom pillars 6 are arranged in a row at equal intervals, the interval between the stretching bottom pillars 6 is equal to the interval of the fixing bottom pillars 1 in the Y-axis direction, the stretching bottom pillars 1 in the row are parallel to the Y-axis of the support part, and the stretching support plates 5 are arranged on the stretching bottom pillars 6; the stretching movable part comprises a stretching cargo carrying plate 4, wherein the stretching cargo carrying plate 4 is arranged on a stretching support plate 5 at equal intervals and is fixed with the stretching support plate in a mutually vertical mode. The stretching cargo carrying plates 4 are matched with the fixed cargo carrying plates 3, and the stretching cargo carrying plates 4 are inserted into the spaces among the fixed cargo carrying plates 3 and are connected with each other through slide rails 8; and the outer sides of the tensile cargo carrying plates 4 positioned on the two sides of the tensile part are provided with buckles 10, the inner sides of the fixed cargo carrying plates 3 positioned on the two sides of the fixed part are provided with clamping grooves 9 matched with the buckles 10, and the tensile size of the tensile part is adjusted through the matching of the buckles 10 and the clamping grooves 9.
The buckles 10 are arranged on the outer side of the tensile cargo carrying plate at equal intervals, and the clamping grooves 9 are arranged on the inner side of the fixed cargo carrying plate 3 at equal intervals; and, control buttons for controlling the retraction and protrusion of the clip 10 are provided at both ends of the tension support plate 5.
The plastic-wood pallet provided by the invention is described in more detail by taking an example.
In the plastic-wood pallet provided by the invention, the fixed part consists of a fixed bottom column, a fixed supporting plate and a fixed loading plate. The plastic-wood pallet comprises nine fixed bottom columns and three fixed supporting plates, and the fixed bottom columns and the fixed supporting plates form supporting parts of the plastic-wood pallet.
Specifically, the fixed bottom pillars are cubes with the specification of 100mm × 100mm × 90mm, and are arranged according to a 3 × 3 square matrix, the fixed bottom pillars are arranged at intervals of 350mm in the X-axis direction of the supporting portion, and are arranged at intervals of 400mm in the Y-axis direction of the supporting portion, so that the whole fixed bottom pillars form a square matrix with the size of 1000mm × 1100mm, are the most bottom members of the whole pallet, and play a role in supporting the whole plastic-wood pallet.
The fixed support plate is 1100mm 100mm 20mm, and is uniformly distributed on the three bottom columns along the length direction of 1100mm (namely the Y-axis direction of the support part) and fixed into a whole, so as to play the role of supporting goods and a cargo carrying panel.
The fixed cargo carrying plates are equal-width strips, the specification is 1000mm multiplied by 100mm multiplied by 20mm, the total number is six, the distance between every two fixed cargo carrying plates is 100mm, the fixed cargo carrying plates are vertically paved and fixed together with the fixed supporting plates of the plastic-wood pallet, and the fixed cargo carrying plates are in direct contact with cargos to directly bear the cargos.
In addition, the stretching part of the plastic-wood pallet provided by the invention is composed of a stretching bottom column, a stretching support plate and a stretching cargo carrying plate. Wherein, the total number of the stretching bottom columns is three, the total number of the stretching supporting plates is five, and the total number of the stretching cargo carrying plates is one.
Specifically, the specification of the stretching bottom columns is a cube of 100mm × 100mm × 90mm, three stretching bottom columns are arranged in a row at equal intervals, and the interval between every two stretching bottom columns is 400 mm; the specification of the stretching support plate is 1100mm multiplied by 100mm multiplied by 20mm, and the stretching support plate is also fixed on the stretching bottom column.
The specification of the stretching cargo carrying plate is slightly smaller than that of the fixed cargo carrying plate, is 1000mm multiplied by 90mm multiplied by 20mm, and is also vertically fixed with the stretching support plate, thereby forming the stretching part of the plastic-wood pallet provided by the invention.
In addition, in order to realize the combination of fixed part and tensile part, reach the purpose of adjusting the plastic-wood tray. In the plastic-wood pallet provided by the invention, steel ball slide rails are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the two fixed cargo carrying plates at the two ends, the two sides of the middle four fixed cargo carrying plates and the two sides of the five tensile cargo carrying plates, so that the fixed part and the tensile part can be connected together, and the tensile part can be stretched and reduced along the slide rails.
Furthermore, the invention mainly utilizes the clamping grooves and the buckles to adjust the stretching and reducing sizes of the plastic-wood pallet. Wherein, the material of buckle and draw-in groove is the steel, is equidistant setting. The buckles are positioned on the outer sides of the two stretched cargo carrying plates at the end parts, and retract and protrude through connecting and pressing control buttons arranged at the two ends of the stretched supporting plate; the clamping grooves are positioned on the inner sides of the two fixed cargo carrying plates at the end parts, and are fixedly protruded and not retractable. The size of the stretching and the reduction of the plastic-wood tray can be accurately adjusted through the matching of the buckle and the clamping groove.
In addition, the plastic-wood pallet provided by the invention is a single-sided four-way-entering pallet, the fork holes are positioned on four sides of the pallet, the size of the fork holes in the X-axis direction of the pallet is 350mm multiplied by 110mm, and the size of the fork holes in the Y-axis direction of the pallet is 400mm multiplied by 90 mm.
In addition, the information identification device 26 is used for reading the information of the goods loaded on the plastic-wood pallet in a non-contact mode, wherein the information identification device 26 is arranged in the fixed bottom pillar 1. Specifically, the information identification device 26 is two RFID devices, which are respectively embedded in two fixed bottom pillars 1 at diagonal positions of the plastic-wood pallet shown in fig. 4, and the gap between the fixed bottom pillars 1 and the information identification device 26 is tightly plugged by the sealing buckle 11 (i.e. the information identification device 26 is fixed in the corresponding fixed bottom pillar 1 by the sealing buckle 11), so as to prevent the information identification device 26 from accidentally falling off in the using process, and the sealing buckle 11 can also play a role of dust prevention and water prevention, so as to protect the normal use of the information identification device 26, and meanwhile, the retraction and protrusion of the buckle arranged on the tensile pallet are controlled by the control button 12, so as to achieve the purpose of accurately adjusting the sizes of the stretching and reduction of the plastic-wood pallet.
Specifically, fig. 5 shows a logical structure of the above-described information recognition apparatus. As shown in fig. 5, the information recognition device 26 includes: the system comprises a control module 13, a high-frequency wireless communication module 14, a low-frequency signal module 21, an information storage module 15 and a power supply management module 16. The power supply management module 16 is respectively connected with the information storage module 15, the high-frequency wireless communication module 14 and the control module 13, and is used for supplying power to the information storage module 15, the high-frequency wireless communication module 14 and the control module 13; the control module 13 is connected to the high-frequency wireless communication module 14, the low-frequency signal module 21, and the information storage module 15, and is configured to convert the low-frequency signal sent by the low-frequency signal module 21 from a sleep mode to a working mode, and process information through the high-frequency wireless communication module 14 and the information storage module 15.
Specifically, the low frequency signal module 21 receives a low frequency signal sent by the external reader/writer 18 through the low frequency antenna, and transmits the low frequency signal to the control module 13, so that the control module 13 determines whether to enter the operating mode according to the low frequency signal. When the control module 13 determines that the low-frequency signal sent by the low-frequency signal module 21 is correct, the control module 13 enters a working mode from the sleep mode, and then the control module 13 sends response information to the external reader/writer 18 through the low-frequency signal module 21 and simultaneously starts the high-frequency wireless communication module 14 to receive the high-frequency information.
The control module 13 and the high-frequency wireless communication module 14 are in bidirectional communication. Specifically, in the process of processing information through the high-frequency wireless communication module 14 and the information storage module 15, the control module 13 determines the type of the high-frequency information according to the received high-frequency information sent by the high-frequency wireless communication module 14 (wherein, according to the fact that the high-frequency information is a data packet, according to the code bits in the data packet, whether the high-frequency information is an information reading type or an information updating type can be determined).
When the control module 13 receives the information reading type, the control module 13 reads the information in the information storage module 15 and transmits the read information to the external reader/writer 18 through the high-frequency wireless communication module 14 and the high-frequency antenna; when the control module 13 receives the information update type, the control module 13 transmits the high frequency information received from the high frequency wireless communication module 14 to the information storage module 15 for information update, and the control module 13 reads the updated information from the information storage module 15 and transmits the read updated information to the external reader/writer 18 through the high frequency wireless communication module 14 and the high frequency antenna.
Further, the information identification device further comprises an expansion interface module 17 and a power state indicator lamp 19. The expansion interface module 17 reserves a serial interface for connecting with a positioning device so as to realize the tracking of goods carried on the plastic-wood pallet; the power status indicator lamp 19 is connected to the power management module 16 for indicating the power status of the power management module.
Further, fig. 6 shows a logical structure of the power supply management module according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the power supply management module includes a power supply module 27, a power detection module 28, and a power alarm indication module 29. The power supply module 27 is used for supplying power to the control module, the information storage module and the high-frequency wireless communication module; the power detection module 28 is used for detecting the power supply voltage of the power module 27; the power alarm indication module 29 is used for determining whether to send out a voltage alarm signal according to the voltage value detected by the power detection module 28.
Further, the invention also provides a method for identifying information of loaded goods by using the plastic-wood pallet, which comprises the following steps:
(1) the control module is switched from a sleep mode to a working mode according to the low-frequency signal sent by the low-frequency signal module.
(2) The control module sends response information to the external reader-writer through the low-frequency signal module and simultaneously starts the high-frequency wireless communication module and the information storage module.
(3) The control module determines to transmit the information of the external reader-writer to the information storage module for storage according to the received information sent by the high-frequency wireless communication module; or the information stored in the information storage module is transmitted to an external reader-writer through the high-frequency wireless communication module.
Specifically, when the tray passes through a check point, the external reader-writer directionally transmits a low-frequency square wave signal to the RFID device through the low-frequency antenna, the low-frequency signal module in the RFID device in the bottom column of the tray receives the low-frequency signal transmitted by the external reader-writer through the low-frequency antenna, the low-frequency signal module transmits the low-frequency signal to the control module, when the control module monitors the correct low-frequency signal from the external reader-writer, the energy-saving sleep mode is switched to the normal working mode, the control module accurately transmits the internal information stored by the information storage module to the external reader-writer through the high-frequency wireless communication module and the high-frequency antenna, the external reader-writer receives the stored information output by the control module through the high-frequency antenna, and when the control module does not continuously receive the low-frequency signal of the low-frequency signal module within the, the adjacent channel interference of adjacent trays is effectively avoided.
In addition, when the goods loaded on the tray are changed, the goods information can be rewritten into the RFID device. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the external reader-writer performs data communication with a control module in the RFID device in the tray through the high-frequency antenna, goods information is written into a corresponding field of the information storage module, and meanwhile, the external reader-writer records the ID of the goods related label loaded on the tray in a background computer, so that the purpose of recording information of goods on one label of one tray and one article on one label of the tray is achieved.
Specifically, a more detailed process of information identification using the above plastic-wood pallet is as follows:
1. the control module in the RFID device starts working, the control module firstly detects whether a low-frequency signal exists, and if so, corresponding initialization work is carried out; if not, entering a timer timing judgment step, judging whether the timer is timed to be ended or not, wherein the end of timing means that the low-frequency signal is not received continuously in the timing, and the control module enters an energy-saving sleep mode.
2. After initialization is completed, low-frequency signal receiving is started, whether the received low-frequency signals are correct or not is judged, if the received low-frequency signals are incorrect, false triggering or abnormal triggering signals are considered, the low-frequency signals are discarded for protecting information safety, and the low-frequency signals are continuously received.
3. When receiving the correct low-frequency signal, the control module responds to the low-frequency information to the external reader-writer and starts the high-frequency information receiving.
4. Judging whether the received high-frequency information is update information, if so, writing the update information into an information storage module after judging that the ID and the information are both correct, and sending the information stored in the information storage module out through a high-frequency wireless communication module after the control module reads the information in the information storage module, and then continuing to enter a detection low-frequency signal; otherwise, the control module directly reads the information in the information storage module and then sends the read information to an external reader-writer.
The plastic-wood pallet and the information recognition method thereof according to the present invention are described above by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications can be made to the plastic-wood pallet and the information identification method thereof without departing from the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should be determined by the contents of the appended claims.
