Judging whether the received high-frequency information is update information, if so, writing the update information into an information storage module after judging that the ID and the information are both correct, and sending the information stored in the information storage module out through a high-frequency wireless communication module after the control module reads the information in the information storage module, and then continuing to enter a detection low-frequency signal; otherwise, the control module directly reads the information in the information storage module and then sends the read information to an external reader-writer.
The plastic-wood pallet and the information recognition method thereof according to the present invention are described above by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications can be made to the plastic-wood pallet and the information identification method thereof without departing from the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should be determined by the contents of the appended claims.

Claims (7)

1. A plastic-wood pallet comprises a fixed part, a stretching part and an information identification device; wherein,
the fixing part comprises a supporting part and a fixed loading plate, the supporting part comprises fixed bottom posts and fixed supporting plates, the fixed bottom posts are respectively arranged in a matrix form in the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction of the supporting part at equal intervals, the fixed supporting plates are arranged on the fixed bottom posts, and the fixed loading plate is arranged on the fixed supporting plates at equal intervals and is mutually and vertically fixed with the fixed supporting plates;
the stretching part comprises a stretching fixed part and a stretching movable part; the stretching fixing part comprises stretching bottom posts and stretching supporting plates, the stretching bottom posts are arranged in a row at equal intervals, the interval between the stretching bottom posts is equal to the interval of the fixing bottom posts in the Y-axis direction of the supporting part, the stretching bottom posts arranged in the row are parallel to the Y axis of the supporting part, the stretching supporting plates are arranged on the stretching bottom posts, the stretching moving part comprises stretching cargo carrying plates, and the stretching cargo carrying plates are arranged on the stretching supporting plates at equal intervals and are mutually and vertically fixed with the stretching supporting plates; wherein,
the stretching cargo carrying plates are matched with the fixed cargo carrying plates, and the stretching cargo carrying plates are inserted into the space between the fixed cargo carrying plates and are connected with each other through sliding rails; and,
the outer sides of the tensile cargo carrying plates positioned on the two side edges of the tensile part are provided with buckles, the inner sides of the fixed cargo carrying plates positioned on the two side edges of the fixed part are provided with clamping grooves matched with the buckles, and the tensile size of the tensile part is adjusted through the matching of the buckles and the clamping grooves;
the information identification device is fixed in the fixed bottom column through a sealing buckle; wherein,
the information recognition apparatus includes: the system comprises a control module, a high-frequency wireless communication module, a low-frequency signal module, an information storage module, a power supply management module and an expansion interface module; wherein,
the power supply management module is respectively connected with the information storage module, the high-frequency wireless communication module and the control module and used for supplying power to the information storage module, the high-frequency wireless communication module and the control module, and the expansion interface module reserves a serial interface and is used for being connected with a positioning device;
the control module is respectively connected with the high-frequency wireless communication module, the low-frequency signal module and the information storage module, and is used for converting a sleep mode into a working mode according to a low-frequency signal sent by the low-frequency signal module and processing information through the high-frequency wireless communication module and the information storage module; wherein, in the process of processing the information through the high-frequency wireless communication module and the information storage module,
the control module determines the type of the high-frequency information according to the received high-frequency information sent by the high-frequency wireless communication module; wherein,
when the high-frequency information received by the control module is of an information reading type, the control module reads the information in the information storage module and transmits the read information to an external reader-writer through the high-frequency wireless communication module and the high-frequency antenna;
when the high-frequency information received by the control module is of an information updating type, the control module transmits the high-frequency information received from the high-frequency wireless communication module to the information storage module for information updating, and the control module reads the updated information from the information storage module and transmits the read updated information to an external reader-writer through the high-frequency wireless communication module and the high-frequency antenna.
2. A plastic-wood pallet as defined in claim 1 wherein the snaps are equally spaced on the outside of the tensile pallet;
the clamping grooves are arranged on the inner side of the fixed cargo carrying plate at equal intervals.
3. A plastic-wood pallet as defined in claim 1, wherein control buttons are provided at both ends of the stretching support plate for controlling the retraction and protrusion of the catches.
4. The plastic-wood pallet of claim 1, wherein the low frequency signal module receives a low frequency signal transmitted from the external reader through a low frequency antenna and transmits the low frequency signal to the control module.
5. The plastic-wood pallet of claim 1, wherein the power management module comprises a power module, a power detection module, and a power alarm indication module; wherein,
the power supply module is used for supplying power to the control module, the information storage module and the high-frequency wireless communication module;
the electric quantity detection module is used for detecting the power supply voltage of the power supply module;
the electric quantity alarm indicating module is used for determining whether to send out a voltage alarm signal according to the voltage value detected by the electric quantity detecting module.
6. The plastic-wood pallet of claim 5, wherein the power supply management module is connected with a power state indicator lamp, and the power state of the power supply management module is displayed through the power state indicator lamp.
7. An information recognition method using the plastic-wood pallet according to any one of claims 1 to 6 for information recognition, the method comprising:
the control module is switched from a sleep mode to a working mode according to the low-frequency signal sent by the low-frequency signal module;
the control module sends response information to an external reader-writer through the low-frequency signal module and simultaneously starts the high-frequency wireless communication module and the information storage module;
the control module determines to transmit the information of the external reader-writer to the information storage module for storage according to the received information sent by the high-frequency wireless communication module; or
And transmitting the information stored in the information storage module to the external reader-writer through the high-frequency wireless communication module.
