本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种多轴锁定螺钉,包括杆部和设于杆部一端的端帽,端帽的外壁设有至少两列齿。本发明的多轴锁定螺钉,在保证连接强度的情况下,医生可以根据患者骨折情况选择合适的角度使用螺钉对骨折部位锁定。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种多轴锁定螺钉。
背景技术
微创接骨板接骨术是一种现代骨折内固定技术,它采用闭合骨折复位技术,并用无加压的接骨板固定来维持骨折对位,使得手术暴露和软组织剥离程度达到了最小化,减少了对皮肤、骨膜、骨折块等组织的血供破坏,能够提高骨折愈合率,并减少诸如感染或骨折不愈合等并发症的发生率。在手术中往往需要利用接骨板和接骨螺钉对骨折部位实施固定,现有的接骨板上的锁定孔与螺钉主要通过螺纹的方式配合,螺钉在对接骨板进行固定后,在使用时螺钉稍微歪斜就与接骨板不能配合,使用便捷度差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多轴锁定螺钉,在保证连接强度的情况下,医生可以根据患者骨折情况选择合适的角度使用螺钉对骨折部位锁定。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:包括杆部和设于杆部一端的端帽,端帽的外壁设有至少两列齿。
优选的,所述每列齿沿端帽的中心线的延伸方向顺序排列。
优选的,相邻两列齿之间交错排列互不交叉重叠。
优选的,所述齿的形状为底面为曲面菱形的四棱锥或四棱台,且所述四棱锥或四棱台的四个侧面相同。
优选的,所述齿的形状为底面为曲面三角形的三棱锥或三棱台,且所述三棱锥或三棱台为底面为曲面菱形、四个侧面相同的四棱锥或四棱台沿其对称面分割而成。
优选的,所述齿的底面上被端帽的横截面平分的角a的角度为6-18°。
优选的,所述齿的底面上被端帽的横截面平分的角a的角度为10-14°。
优选的,所述端帽的外壁设有四列、六列或六列以上偶数列齿,多列齿呈对称结构,每相对的两列齿之间结构相同。
优选的,所述端帽上设有梅花形内孔,杆部上设有螺纹。
优选的,所述端帽呈侧壁外凸或不外凸的圆台状,且端帽的直径沿远离杆部的方向逐渐增大。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有以下积极效果:
(1)本发明的多轴锁定螺钉与接骨板上的锁定孔不是通过螺纹螺接,而是在螺钉的外壁设置偶数列齿,锁定孔上的螺纹与螺钉上的齿交错锁紧,即使在螺钉歪斜的情况下,也能很好的与锁定孔装配,在实际使用过程中,医生可以根据患者骨折情况选择合适螺钉角度对骨折部位锁定,极大的提高医生的工作效率;
(2)齿的底面上能被端帽的横截面平分的角a的角度为6-18°,此角度设计,在保证螺钉与锁定孔配合的情况下,减少了螺钉承受的阻力,在使用过程中使用最小的力达到锁紧螺钉的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
如图1-2所示,为本发明的多轴锁定螺钉,包括杆部1和设于杆部1一端的端帽2,杆部1为光滑的杆或还可以设有螺纹,端帽2呈侧壁不外凸的圆台状,且端帽2的直径沿远离杆部1的方向逐渐增大。端帽2的顶部设有梅花形内孔21,端帽2的外壁设有至少两列齿3。
每列齿3沿端帽2的中心线的延伸方向顺序排列,相邻两列齿3之间交错排列互不交叉重叠,便于锁定孔上的螺纹与齿3交错锁紧。齿3呈对称结构,每相对的两列齿3之间结构相同,即每相对的两列齿3具有同等的大小和高度。
齿3的形状为四棱锥状,也可以是四棱台状,所述四棱锥或四棱台的底面为曲面菱形,四个侧面相同,且底面贴合端帽2的外壁,齿3的底面上能被端帽2的横截面平分的角a的度数为6-18°,优选的,a的角度为10-14°。齿3的此种形状设计,在保证多轴锁定螺钉与锁定孔配合的情况下,减少了多轴锁定螺钉承受的阻力,在使用过程中使用最小的力达到锁紧螺钉的目的。
在本实施例中,端帽2的外壁设有四列齿3,齿3呈对称结构,相对的两列齿3的结构相同。可以理解,齿3的列数还可以是两列、六列或六列以上偶数列,均能达到和四列相同的使用目的。
实施例2
如图3-5所示,在本实施例中,与实施例1的区别在于,端帽2呈侧壁外凸的圆台状,还有齿3的形状不同。齿3的形状为底面为曲面三角形的三棱锥或三棱台,且所述底面贴合端帽2的外壁,所述三棱锥或三棱台为底面是曲面菱形、四个侧面相同的四棱锥或四棱台沿其对称面分割而成,两个三棱锥或三棱台可以拼接为实施例1中的四棱锥或四棱台。
本发明的多轴锁定螺钉在旋入接骨板的锁定孔过程中,不需调整螺钉的角度,也能保证螺钉与锁定孔的完美配合,减轻了医生的使用负担。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本发明要求的保护范围之内。

1.一种多轴锁定螺钉,其特征在于:包括杆部(1)和设于杆部(1)一端的端帽(2),端帽(2)的外壁设有至少两列齿(3),齿(3)的形状为底面为曲面菱形的四棱锥或四棱台或齿(3)的形状为底面为曲面三角形的三棱锥或三棱台,且所述四棱锥或四棱台的四个侧面相同,所述三棱锥或三棱台为底面是曲面菱形、四个侧面相同的四棱锥或四棱台沿其对称面分割而成,每列齿(3)沿端帽(2)的中心线的延伸方向顺序排列,相邻两列齿(3)之间交错排列互不交叉重叠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多轴锁定螺钉,其特征在于:齿(3)的底面上被端帽(2)的横截面平分的角a的角度为6-18°。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多轴锁定螺钉,其特征在于:齿(3)的底面上被端帽(2)的横截面平分的角a的角度为10-14°。
4.根据权利要求3所述的多轴锁定螺钉,其特征在于:端帽(2)的外壁设有四列或六列以上偶数列齿(3),多列齿(3)呈对称结构,每相对的两列齿(3)之间结构相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多轴锁定螺钉,其特征在于:端帽(2)上设有梅花形内孔(21),杆部(1)上设有螺纹。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多轴锁定螺钉,其特征在于:端帽(2)呈侧壁外凸或不外凸的圆台状,且端帽(2)的直径沿远离杆部(1)的方向逐渐增大。
