Abstract

本发明公开了一种长条形抵钉座,所述抵钉座呈片状条形结构,包括连接部和主体部,连接部设于主体部末端,其位置高于主体部,连接部和主体部中部沿长度方向开有条形槽,在条形槽两侧的主体部上表面设有若干个长条形钉槽,长条形钉槽包括中部竖条槽和两端两个横条槽,竖条槽两端分别与一个横条槽中部垂直连接,且竖条槽沿主体部长度方向设置,竖条槽中部立设有矩形阻隔件。本发明的长条形抵钉座通过将钉槽设计成长条形,并重新设计了长条形抵钉座的接收区域,加长了长条形钉槽的长度,使缝钉在开始成形时就能被长条形保护,即使偏移,也可以引导缝钉成型,达到了设计新颖、结构合理、且应用效果好的目的。

一种长条形抵钉座
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械零件领域,具体涉及一种医用吻合器的长条形抵钉座。
背景技术
抵钉座是用于手术创口缝合中的一种医疗器械零件,其对于术后病人的创口恢复起着至关重要的作用。传统的抵钉座的结构大多如图1和图2所示,其包括整体呈条形的连接部1和主体部2,所述连接部1设于所述主体部2末端,并高于所述主体部2,所述连接部1和主体部2中部沿长度方向开有条形槽3,在所述条形槽3两侧的主体部2上表面开有若干个倒梯形钉槽4,且在所述倒梯形钉槽4的中部设有倒梯形片状阻隔件5。但在使用和加工过程中,这种倒梯形结构钉槽设计的不够合理,特别是在狭小目标接收区域,一旦钉腿偏移,会容易造成缝钉成型不良。同时,在对厚度较厚的组织中缝合时,容易出现缝合不上的情况,并且这种结构抵钉座产品在生产过程中容易产生不良品,冲头使用寿命不长。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,我们提出了一种长条形抵钉座,设计了长条形钉槽,使缝钉在开始成形时就能被长条形保护,即使偏移,也可以引导缝钉成型。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种长条形抵钉座,所述抵钉座呈片状条形结构,包括连接部和主体部,所述连接部设于所述主体部末端,其位置高于所述主体部,所述连接部和主体部中部沿长度方向开有条形槽,在所述条形槽两侧的主体部上表面设有若干个长条形钉槽,所述长条形钉槽包括中部竖条槽和两端两个横条槽,所述竖条槽两端分别与一个横条槽中部垂直连接,且所述竖条槽沿所述主体部长度方向设置,所述竖条槽中部立设有矩形阻隔件。
优选的,所述横条槽两端部被倒圆角处理。
优选的,所述中部竖条槽两端与两个横条槽连接处内侧面为弧形面。
通过上述技术方案,本发明的长条形抵钉座通过将钉槽设计成长条形,并重新设计了长条形抵钉座的接收区域,加长了长条形钉槽的长度,使缝钉在开始成形时就能被长条形保护,即使偏移,也可以引导缝钉成型,达到了设计新颖、结构合理、且应用效果好的目的。

本发明提供了一种长条形抵钉座,设计了长条形钉槽,使缝钉在开始成形时就能被长条形保护,即使偏移,也可以引导缝钉成型。

如图3和图4所示,一种长条形抵钉座,所述抵钉座呈片状条形结构,包括连接部1和主体部2,所述连接部1设于所述主体部2末端,其位置高于所述主体部2,所述连接部1和主体部2中部沿长度方向开有条形槽3,在所述条形槽3两侧的主体部2上表面设有若干个长条形钉槽6,所述长条形钉槽6包括中部竖条槽61和两端两个横条槽62,所述竖条槽61两端分别与一个横条槽62中部垂直连接,且所述竖条槽61沿所述主体部2长度方向设置,所述竖条槽61中部立设有矩形阻隔件7。
其中,所述横条槽62两端部被倒圆角处理,以便于缝钉的引导与固定。
同时,为了方便操作,防止条形钉槽6对缝钉的损伤,所述竖条槽61两端与两个横条槽62连接处内侧面设计为弧形面。
在本例中,本发明的长条形抵钉座通过将钉槽设计成长条形,并重新设计了长条形抵钉座的接收区域,加长了长条形钉槽的长度,使缝钉在开始成形时就能被长条形保护,即使偏移,也可以引导缝钉成型,达到了设计新颖、结构合理、且应用效果好的目的。

1.一种长条形抵钉座,其特征在于,所述抵钉座呈片状条形结构,包括连接部和主体部,所述连接部设于所述主体部末端,其位置高于所述主体部,所述连接部和主体部中部沿长度方向开有条形槽,在所述条形槽两侧的主体部上表面设有若干个长条形钉槽,所述长条形钉槽包括中部竖条槽和两端两个横条槽,所述竖条槽两端分别与一个横条槽中部垂直连接,且所述竖条槽沿所述主体部长度方向设置,所述竖条槽中部立设有矩形阻隔件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种长条形抵钉座,其特征在于,所述横条槽两端部被倒圆角处理。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种长条形抵钉座,其特征在于,所述中部竖条槽两端与两个横条槽连接处内侧面为弧形面。
