Abstract

本发明公开了一种小间距集成型LED显示屏幕，包括显示模组、通讯模组、连接插座、外壳，显示模组由PCB基板上焊接了LED灯以及驱动集成电路构成，通讯接口、通讯集成电路、供电端均焊接在主板上构成通讯模组，显示模组与通讯模组之间用连接插座焊接，外壳连接在PCB基板四周，包裹整个显示模组与通讯模组。本发明除了常规的显示功能外还集成了数据通讯模块，不仅内部连接线大大减少，而且显示屏之间连接只需一根网线，避免了因为连接线过多而造成的电气故障。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示屏，具体是一种小间距集成型LED显示屏幕。
背景技术
现阶段，LED常规产品的显示单元模组与数据通讯模块都是独立的，导致两者之间的连接必须由无数的多芯排线来完成。这也使得多个LED显示屏幕之间的连接也必须由多芯排线来连接，由于电子线路过多，使得整个LED显示屏系统即复杂又存在许多故障隐患。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种构造简单，使用方便，安全性能高的小间距集成型LED显示屏幕。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种小间距集成型LED显示屏幕，显示模组、通讯模组、连接插座、外壳，其特征在于，所述显示模组包括PCB基板、LED灯、驱动集成电路，PCB基板上焊接了LED灯，驱动集成电路，所述通讯模组包括主板、通讯接口、通讯集成电路、供电端，通讯接口、通讯集成电路、供电端均焊接在主板上，显示模组与通讯模组之间用连接插座焊接，所述外壳连接在PCB基板四周，包裹整个显示模组与通讯模组。
进一步的，所述外壳为塑料制品。
优选的，小间距集成型LED显示屏幕之间只用一根网线就可以连接。
作为优选，所述LED灯有多个。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明小间距集成型LED显示屏幕除了常规的显示功能外还集成了数据通讯模块，本发明不仅内部连接线少，并且几个小间距集成型LED显示屏幕之间的连接线大大减少，只需要一根网线，避免了因为连接线过多而造成的电气故障。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明，但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
如图1所示，本发明公开一种小间距集成型LED显示屏幕，显示模组1、通讯模组2、连接插座4、外壳3，所述显示模组1包括PCB基板11、LED灯12、驱动集成电路13，PCB基板11上焊接了LED灯12以及驱动集成电路13，LED灯12作用是显示单元像素，即成像，驱动集成电路13控制LED灯12显像，所述通讯模组2包括主板22、通讯接口24、通讯集成电路23供电端21，通讯接口24、通讯集成电路23、供电端均21焊接在主板22上，显示模组1与通讯模组2之间用连接插座4焊接。
塑料的外壳3连接在PCB基板11四周，包裹整个显示模组1与通讯模组2，便于安装和保护整个显示模组1与通讯模组2不受损坏。
本发明的一种小间距集成型LED显示屏幕可以多个连接在一起组成一个LED显示模组。LED显示模组间的连接非常简单，只有一根网线就可以，比常规的LED显示屏少了几十根连接线，大大降低了故障率。
LED显示模组的连接如图2，播放信号进入点由网线5连接，LED显示屏N到LED显示屏N+1之间由网线5连接，LED显示屏N+1后面显示屏的由网线5连接，以此类推。各LED显示屏之间，信号传输只用到一根网线。节约了成本，容易安装，移动，提高了性能。

1.一种小间距集成型LED显示屏幕，显示模组、通讯模组、连接插座、外壳，其特征在于，所述显示模组包括PCB基板、LED灯、驱动集成电路，PCB基板上焊接了LED灯，驱动集成电路，所述通讯模组包括主板、通讯接口、通讯集成电路、供电端，通讯接口、通讯集成电路、供电端均焊接在主板上，显示模组与通讯模组之间用连接插座焊接，所述外壳连接在PCB基板四周，包裹整个显示模组与通讯模组。
