Abstract
本发明涉及一种风温范围宽泛的水冷调温除湿机,其结构特点是:气液分离器连接压缩机,压缩机出口并联连接第一电磁阀和第二电磁阀,第一电磁阀连接第一单向阀,第一单向阀连接风冷冷凝器,风冷冷凝器连接第二单向阀,第二单向阀连接储液器,第二电磁阀连接水冷冷凝器,水冷冷凝器出口并联连接第三电磁阀和第四电磁阀,第三电磁阀连接储液器,第四电磁阀连接风冷冷凝器,储液器连接干燥过滤器,干燥过滤器连接节流阀,节流阀连接蒸发器,蒸发器连接气液分离器。本发明的有益效果为:将水冷冷凝器和风冷冷凝器并联,这样在降温除湿时,水冷冷凝器带走全部冷凝热,使出风温度降到最低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种调温除湿机,更具体的说是涉及一种风温范围宽泛的水冷调温除湿机。
背景技术
目前的水冷调温除湿机由压缩机、水冷冷凝器、升温冷凝器(主要是风冷冷凝器)、节流阀、蒸发器、储液器等组成,通过水冷冷凝器和升温冷凝器的交替或同时运行,实现除湿、升温、降温的目的。但是由于现有的水冷调温除湿机都是把水冷冷凝器和风冷冷凝器串联起来,压缩机排出的高温高压制冷剂气体必须先通过水冷冷凝器,再通过升温冷凝器进入下一个制冷部件或直接进入下一个制冷部件,在需要升温的时候,即使水冷冷凝器的水流量为零,但由于水冷冷凝器的换热面积较大也会散失一部分热量,这样就造成升温温度的限制,达不到预期的温度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述调温除湿的缺陷,提供一种风温范围宽泛的水冷调温除湿机。
本发明的技术方案为:一种风温范围宽泛的水冷调温除湿机,包括气液分离器、压缩机、四个电磁阀、水流量调节阀、水冷冷凝器、离心风机、两个单向阀、风冷冷凝器、储液器、干燥过滤器、节流阀、蒸发器,其特征是气液分离器连接压缩机,压缩机出口并联连接第一电磁阀和第二电磁阀,第一电磁阀连接第一单向阀,第一单向阀连接风冷冷凝器,风冷冷凝器连接第二单向阀,第二单向阀连接储液器,第二电磁阀连接水冷冷凝器,水冷冷凝器出口并联连接第三电磁阀和第四电磁阀,第三电磁阀连接储液器,第四电磁阀连接风冷冷凝器,储液器连接干燥过滤器,干燥过滤器连接节流阀,节流阀连接蒸发器,蒸发器连接气液分离器,另外,风冷冷凝器旁连有离心风机,水冷冷凝器进水口连有水流量调节阀。
本发明的有益效果为:将水冷冷凝器和风冷冷凝器并联,这样在降温除湿时,水冷冷凝器带走全部冷凝热,使出风温度降到最低,在升温除湿时,压缩机排出的高温高压制冷剂气体全部进入风冷冷凝器,冷凝热都用于升温,使出风温度升到最大,这样使得调节的风温范围较宽泛。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明具体实施作进一步描述:
参考图1,本发明所述的是一种风温范围宽泛的水冷调温除湿机,包括气液分离器1、压缩机2、四个电磁阀(3、4、7、9)、水流量调节阀5、水冷冷凝器6、离心风机8、两个单向阀(10、12)、风冷冷凝器11、储液器13、干燥过滤器14、节流阀15、蒸发器16,其特征是气液分离器1连接压缩机2,压缩机2出口并联连接第一电磁阀3和第二电磁阀4,第一电磁阀3连接第一单向阀10,第一单向阀10连接风冷冷凝器11,风冷冷凝器11连接第二单向阀12,第二单向阀12连接储液器13,第二电磁阀4连接水冷冷凝器6,水冷冷凝器6出口并联连接第三电磁阀7和第四电磁阀9,第三电磁阀7连接储液器13,第四电磁阀9连接风冷冷凝器11,储液器13连接干燥过滤器14,干燥过滤器14连接节流阀15,节流阀15连接蒸发器16,蒸发器16连接气液分离器1,另外,风冷冷凝器11旁连有离心风机8,水冷冷凝器6进水口连有水流量调节阀5。
降温除湿时,第一电磁阀3和第四电磁阀9断开,第二电磁阀4和第三电磁阀7开启,风冷冷凝器11被旁通,不参与工作,压缩机2吸入低温低压的制冷剂气体压缩为高温高压制冷剂气体并排出,通过第二电磁阀4进入水冷冷凝器6冷凝为高压液体后,通过第三电磁阀7依次进入储液器13、干燥过滤器14,经过节流阀15节流降压后再进入蒸发器16与空气换热,通过气液分离器1后被压缩机2吸入,离心风机8吸入空气,经过蒸发器16与其中的低压制冷剂换热后降低温度并析出水,冷风再经过风冷冷凝器11被送出,如此循环,达到降温除湿的目的,水冷冷凝器6带走全部冷凝热,被降温除湿后的空气直接通过风冷冷凝器11送出,出风温度达到最低。
升温除湿时,第二电磁阀4、第三电磁阀7和第四电磁阀9断开,第一电磁阀3开启,水冷冷凝器6被旁通,不参与工作,压缩机2吸入低温低压的制冷剂气体压缩为高温高压制冷剂气体并排出,通过第一电磁阀3和第一单向阀10进入风冷冷凝器11冷凝为高压液体后,通过第二单向阀12依次进入储液器13、干燥过滤器14,经过节流阀15节流降压后再进入蒸发器16与空气换热,通过气液分离器1后被压缩机2吸入,离心风机8吸入空气,经过蒸发器16与其中的低压制冷剂换热后降低温度并析出水,冷风再经过风冷冷凝器11加热后被送出,如此循环,达到升温除湿的目的,由于,水冷冷凝器6被旁通,压缩机2排出的高温高压制冷剂气体全部进入风冷冷凝器11,冷凝热都用于升温,出风温度达到最大。
调温除湿时,第一电磁阀3和第三电磁阀7断开,第二电磁阀4和第四电磁阀9开启,压缩机2吸入低温低压的制冷剂气体压缩为高温高压制冷剂气体并排出,通过第二电磁阀4进入水冷冷凝器6冷凝,再通过第四电磁阀9进入风冷冷凝器11冷凝后,通过第二单向阀12依次进入储液器13、干燥过滤器14,经过节流阀15节流降压后再进入蒸发器16与空气换热,通过气液分离器1后被压缩机2吸入,离心风机8吸入空气,经过蒸发器16与其中的低压制冷剂换热后降低温度并析出水,冷风再经过风冷冷凝器11加热后被送出,可根据出风温度的要求,调节水流量调节阀5开度,控制水冷冷凝器6带走的热量和风冷冷凝器11用于加热升温的热量,如此循环,达到调温除湿的目的。

1.一种风温范围宽泛的水冷调温除湿机,包括气液分离器、压缩机、四个电磁阀、水流量调节阀、水冷冷凝器、离心风机、两个单向阀、风冷冷凝器、储液器、干燥过滤器、节流阀、蒸发器,其特征是:气液分离器连接压缩机,压缩机出口并联连接第一电磁阀和第二电磁阀,第一电磁阀连接第一单向阀,第一单向阀连接风冷冷凝器,风冷冷凝器连接第二单向阀,第二单向阀连接储液器,第二电磁阀连接水冷冷凝器,水冷冷凝器出口并联连接第三电磁阀和第四电磁阀,第三电磁阀连接储液器,第四电磁阀连接风冷冷凝器,储液器连接干燥过滤器,干燥过滤器连接节流阀,节流阀连接蒸发器,蒸发器连接气液分离器,另外,风冷冷凝器旁连有离心风机,水冷冷凝器进水口连有水流量调节阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种风温范围宽泛的水冷调温除湿机,其特征在于:降温除湿时,第一电磁阀和第四电磁阀断开,第二电磁阀和第三电磁阀开启,风冷冷凝器被旁通,不参与工作,压缩机吸入低温低压的制冷剂气体压缩为高温高压制冷剂气体并排出,通过第二电磁阀进入水冷冷凝器冷凝为高压液体后,通过第三电磁阀依次进入储液器、干燥过滤器,经过节流阀节流降压后再进入蒸发器与空气换热,通过气液分离器后被压缩机吸入,离心风机吸入空气,经过蒸发器与其中的低压制冷剂换热后降低温度并析出水,冷风再经过风冷冷凝器被送出,如此循环,达到降温除湿的目的,水冷冷凝器带走全部冷凝热,被降温除湿后的空气直接通过风冷冷凝器送出,出风温度达到最低。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种风温范围宽泛的水冷调温除湿机,其特征在于:升温除湿时,第二电磁阀、第三电磁阀和第四电磁阀断开,第一电磁阀开启,水冷冷凝器被旁通,不参与工作,压缩机吸入低温低压的制冷剂气体压缩为高温高压制冷剂气体并排出,通过第一电磁阀和第一单向阀进入风冷冷凝器冷凝为高压液体后,通过第二单向阀依次进入储液器、干燥过滤器,经过节流阀节流降压后再进入蒸发器与空气换热,通过气液分离器后被压缩机吸入,离心风机吸入空气,经过蒸发器与其中的低压制冷剂换热后降低温度并析出水,冷风再经过风冷冷凝器加热后被送出,如此循环,达到升温除湿的目的,由于,水冷冷凝器被旁通,压缩机排出的高温高压制冷剂气体全部进入风冷冷凝器,冷凝热都用于升温,出风温度达到最大。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种风温范围宽泛的水冷调温除湿机,其特征在于:调温除湿时,第一电磁阀和第三电磁阀断开,第二电磁阀和第四电磁阀开启,压缩机吸入低温低压的制冷剂气体压缩为高温高压制冷剂气体并排出,通过第二电磁阀进入水冷冷凝器冷凝,再通过第四电磁阀进入风冷冷凝器冷凝后,通过第二单向阀依次进入储液器、干燥过滤器,经过节流阀节流降压后再进入蒸发器与空气换热,通过气液分离器后被压缩机吸入,离心风机吸入空气,经过蒸发器与其中的低压制冷剂换热后降低温度并析出水,冷风再经过风冷冷凝器加热后被送出,可根据出风温度的要求,调节水流量调节阀开度,控制水冷冷凝器带走的热量和风冷冷凝器用于加热升温的热量,如此循环,达到调温除湿的目的。
