本发明公开了一种用于美容喷雾机的铜弯管组件，包括封套以及与封套转动连接的铜弯管，所述封套内壁设置有内凹台阶，所述内凹台阶将封套的内壁分成前部分和后部分，其中前部分设有用于与铜弯管配合连接的圆柱面，所述铜弯管安装在所述圆柱面内且尾端抵接在内凹台阶上，所述铜弯管与圆柱面之间设有用于提高连接密封性的O型密封圈。本发明采用的这种圆柱面配合的连接结构，一是增加了配合面的面积，防止松动；二是连接结构简单，能够实现快速组装。此外，铜弯管与封套的连接面之间设置有O型密封圈，能有效解决漏气问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于美容喷雾机的铜弯管组件。
背景技术
美容喷雾机是通过主机内的蒸发装置把水蒸发成雾气，雾气通过喷头喷于皮肤，以达到保健皮肤的目的。
美容喷雾机的主要结构包括机体、连接在机体上的喷雾臂，机体内部设有加热喷雾系统，加热喷雾系统对水进行蒸发加热，形成的雾气通过导气管进入喷雾臂内，然后经喷雾臂排出。现有技术中，导气管与喷雾臂常因密封不严，出现漏气现象。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种用于美容喷雾机的铜弯管组件，该铜弯管组件密封严密，不会漏气。
本发明为解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是：
一种用于美容喷雾机的铜弯管组件，包括封套以及与封套转动连接的铜弯管，所述封套内壁设置有内凹台阶，所述内凹台阶将封套的内壁分成前部分和后部分，其中前部分设有用于与铜弯管配合连接的圆柱面，所述铜弯管安装在所述圆柱面内且尾端抵接在内凹台阶上，所述铜弯管与圆柱面之间设有用于提高连接密封性的O型密封圈。
进一步，所述封套内壁的后部分设有倾斜圆柱面，所述倾斜圆柱面为向封套后端下斜的结构。
进一步，所述倾斜圆柱面的下斜角度为3°。
进一步，所述铜弯管上设置有凹槽，所述O型密封圈安装在所述凹槽内。
进一步，所述封套外设有便于将铜弯管组件安装在美容喷雾机内的封套安装架。所述封套安装架为L型支架。
进一步，所述封套外设有限定封套安装架的安装位置的环形台阶。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的一种用于美容喷雾机的铜弯管组件，雾气经铜弯管连接至喷雾臂，铜弯管与封套通过圆柱面过渡配合，工作时铜弯管能作圆周转动。本发明采用的这种圆柱面配合的连接结构，一是增加了配合面的面积，且转动时始终保持同心，能防止松动；二是连接结构简单，能够实现快速组装。此外，铜弯管与封套的连接面之间设置有O型密封圈，能有效解决漏气问题。

具体实施方式
参照图1和图2，本发明的一种用于美容喷雾机的铜弯管组件，包括封套1以及与封套1转动连接的铜弯管2，所述封套1内壁设置有内凹台阶11，所述内凹台阶11将封套的内壁分成前部分和后部分，其中前部分设有用于与铜弯管2配合连接的圆柱面12，所述铜弯管2安装在所述圆柱面12内且尾端抵接在内凹台阶11上，工作时铜弯管2能在圆柱面12内作圆周转动。所述铜弯管2与圆柱面12之间设有用于提高连接密封性的O型密封圈5，本实施例中，该O型密封圈5套装在铜弯管2外。具体地，所述铜弯管2上设置有凹槽，所述O型密封圈5安装在所述凹槽内。
所述封套1位于喷雾机机体内与加热喷雾系统的雾气出口连接，铜弯管2位于喷雾臂的壳体中，工作时雾气经铜弯管进入喷雾臂内。封套1与铜弯管2采用的这种圆柱面配合的连接结构，一是增加了配合面的面积，防止松动；二是连接结构简单，能够实现快速组装。此外，封套1与铜弯管2的连接面之间设置有O型密封圈5，能有效解决漏气问题。
所述封套1内壁的后部分设有倾斜圆柱面13，所述倾斜圆柱面13为向封套1后端下斜的结构。优选的，所述倾斜圆柱面13的下斜角度为3°。这种结构能有助于雾水倒流，防止喷水。
所述封套1外设有便于将铜弯管2组件安装在美容喷雾机内的封套安装架3。所述封套安装架3为L型支架。所述封套1外设有限定封套安装架3的安装位置的环形台阶4。

1.一种用于美容喷雾机的铜弯管组件，其特征在于：包括封套（1）以及与封套（1）转动连接的铜弯管（2），所述封套（1）内壁设置有内凹台阶（11），所述内凹台阶（11）将封套（1）的内壁分成前部分和后部分，其中前部分设有用于与铜弯管（2）配合连接的圆柱面（12），所述铜弯管（2）安装在所述圆柱面（12）内且尾端抵接在内凹台阶（11）上，所述铜弯管（2）与圆柱面（12）之间设有用于提高连接密封性的O型密封圈（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于美容喷雾机的铜弯管组件，其特征在于：所述封套（1）内壁的后部分设有倾斜圆柱面（13），所述倾斜圆柱面（13）为向封套（1）后端下斜的结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于美容喷雾机的铜弯管组件，其特征在于：所述倾斜圆柱面（13）的下斜角度为3°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于美容喷雾机的铜弯管组件，其特征在于：所述铜弯管（2）上设置有凹槽，所述O型密封圈（5）安装在所述凹槽内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于美容喷雾机的铜弯管组件，其特征在于：所述封套（1）外设有便于将铜弯管组件安装在美容喷雾机内的封套安装架（3），所述封套安装架（3）为L型支架。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于美容喷雾机的铜弯管组件，其特征在于：所述封套（1）外设有限定封套安装架（3）的安装位置的环形台阶（4）。
