本发明涉及一种既具有遮阳反光功能,又具有透气功能和立体面装饰功能的窗用透气遮阳布及制作方法,包括基布,基布一面覆有网格状反光遮阳层,网格状反光遮阳层上覆有一层PET膜。优点:一是所制的窗用遮阳布,不仅能够有效地遮挡阳光和光线,而且具有良好的透气功能;二是从根本上提高了稀疏纱布的强度,既使发生网格窗破损,也不影响窗帘布的正常使用;三是凹凸立体感强,装饰效果好。

窗用透气遮阳布及制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种既具有遮阳反光功能,又具有透气功能和立体面装饰功能的窗用透气遮阳布及制作方法,属遮阳窗帘布制造领域。
背景技术
CN202174786U、名称“一种遮阳布”,其特征在于:包括保色层、遮阳层、增色层、反光遮阳层和保护层,保色层粘附于遮阳层一侧,增色层粘附于遮阳层一侧,反光遮阳层粘附于增色层一侧且处于遮阳层的相对侧,保护层粘附于反光遮阳层一侧且处于增色层的相对侧。需要提升的是:一是透气;二是立体布面。
发明内容
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种既具有遮阳反光功能,又具有透气功能和立体面装饰功能的窗用透气遮阳布及制作方法。
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的。1、基布一面覆有网格状反光遮阳层的设计,是本发明的技术特征之一。这样设计的目的在于:现有的遮阳布为了实现对阳光的遮挡,在结构设计上采用全覆盖式结构。其结果是:虽然起到了遮阳的作作,但是阻碍了空气的对流,使被遮空间的空气得不到对流,空气被人体散发、排放的污浊气体所污染,长此下去,不仅直接影响人们的身体健康,而且还会导致疾病的诱发。本申请在背景技术及现有技术的基础上,采用稀疏结构纱布基布作为透气遮光窗帘布的基布,由于稀疏结构纱布具有良好的透气性,本申请利用反光遮阳层涂覆装置下端多个涂覆口纵向(顺着布长方向)将采用反光遮阳液涂覆在基布的面上且构成多条凸感条状面的基布面,然后在条状基布布的基础上,横向涂覆多条条状反光遮阳层条,该多条条状反光遮阳层条将条状基布布面分格成立体感网格状结构。由于该立体感网格状结构中的网格面积小于9mm2,因此它不仅能够有效地反射阳光,而且使成型后窗帘布不仅具有透气功能,而且呈现的是具有强烈凹凸立体质感面的窗帘布。2、反光遮阳层面上覆有一层PET膜的设计,是本发明的技术特征之二。这样设计的目的在于:PET膜有良好的力学性能,冲击强度是其他薄膜的3~5倍,耐折性好;其次,具有优良的耐高、低温性能,可在120℃温度范围内长期使用,短期使用可耐150℃高温,可耐-70℃低温,且高、低温时对其机械性能影响很小,并且透明度高,可阻挡紫外线,光泽性好。本发明将其作为反光遮阳层面覆膜,不仅提高了所制成品的遮阳效果,而且从根本上提高了所制成品的耐用性,既使发生网格窗破损的现象,也不影响所制成品窗帘布的正常使用,极大地延长了所制窗帘布的使用寿命。
技术方案1:一种窗用透气遮阳布,包括基布,基布一面覆有网格状反光遮阳层,网格状反光遮阳层上覆有一层PET膜。
技术方案2:一种窗用透气遮阳布的制作方法,(一)位于基布放卷辊和成品收卷辊之间的基布通过品字形导辊组将基布面拉展,基布背面在通过涂覆支撑履带传输机构的履带面同时,位于涂覆支撑履带传输机构上方的涂覆装置下端多个条形涂覆口与基布面相触,将涂覆装置内的反光遮阳液涂覆在基布面上形成由多条条状反光遮阳层条构成的窗用反光透气遮阳底布通过烘道内品字形导辊组风干缠绕在收卷辊上得透气遮阳底布A面;(二)当放卷辊上的透气遮阳底布A面被成品收卷辊带到涂覆支撑履带面时,成品收卷辊停止转动,PLC控制器指令位于涂覆支撑履带上方的涂覆装置下行,使涂履装置下端多个涂覆口与透气遮阳底布A面相触且在横向伺服电机的驱动下沿横向导轨移动,将反光遮阳液横向涂覆在透气遮阳底布A面上且与多条纵向条条反光遮阳层交叉构成纵、横交错的网格面透气遮阳布;网格面透气遮阳布通过烘道内品字形导辊组风干或烘干且缠绕在收卷辊上即得窗用透气遮阳布。
本发明与背景技术相比,一是所制的窗用遮阳布,不仅能够有效地遮挡阳光和光线,而且具有良好的透气功能;二是从根本上提高了稀疏纱布的强度,既使发生网格窗破损,也不影响窗帘布的正常使用;三是凹凸立体感强,装饰效果好。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参照附图1和2。一种窗用透气遮阳布,包括基布,基布1一面覆有网格状反光遮阳层2。所述基布1为稀疏结构的纱布。网格状反光遮阳层2中的网格孔呈矩形且矩形孔面积小于9mm2。网格状反光遮阳层2中网格条宽小于3mm。反光遮阳层2面上覆有一层PET膜。
实施例2:参照附图3-5。在实施例1的基础上,一种窗用透气遮阳布的制作方法,(一)位于基布放卷辊4和成品收卷辊11之间的基布通过品字形导辊组5将基布面拉展,基布背面在通过涂覆支撑履带传输机构6的履带面同时,位于涂覆支撑履带传输机构6上方的涂覆装置7下端多个条形涂覆口8与基布面相触,将涂覆装置7内的反光遮阳液涂覆在基布面上形成由多条条状反光遮阳层条构成的窗用反光透气遮阳底布通过烘道9内品字形导辊组10风干缠绕在收卷辊11上得透气遮阳底布A面;(二)当放卷辊上的透气遮阳底布A面被成品收卷辊带到涂覆支撑履带面时,成品收卷辊停止转动,PLC控制器指令位于涂覆支撑履带上方的涂覆装置下行,使涂履装置下端多个涂覆口与透气遮阳底布A面相触且在横向伺服电机的驱动下沿横向导轨移动,将反光遮阳液横向涂覆在透气遮阳底布A面上且与多条纵向条条反光遮阳层交叉构成纵、横交错的网格面透气遮阳布;网格面透气遮阳布通过烘道9内品字形导辊组10风干或烘干且缠绕在收卷辊11上即得窗用透气遮阳布。
烘道9根据所要干燥的材料既可以通热风,也可以通冷风或自然风。
涂覆装置7壁置有电加热保温结构且受控于温度控制器,温度控制器温度传感器探头安装在涂覆装置内(未画出)。多个条形涂覆口8采用橡塑材料注塑成型。涂覆装置7上端通过活接扣71与丝杆77旋接,涂覆装置两端与导向柱73滑动配合,该导向柱可以确保涂覆装置在升降过程中始终处于水平升或降的状态,确保涂覆装置下方的多条条形涂覆口8与被涂覆面水平吻合弹性接触。丝杆77与固定在支撑架74上的丝杆螺母76旋接,丝杆77由伺服电机75驱动且带动涂覆装置7升降,伺服电机带动涂覆装置升降距离的选择取决于涂覆装置下端涂覆口8与被涂材料间的张力大小,当张力大于所设定值时,伺服电机带动涂覆装置上升至设定值,当张力小于所设定值时,伺服电机带动涂覆装置下降至设定值。活接扣71下端为法兰且与涂覆装置上端面连接,活接扣71上部通过轴承72与丝杆端部77连接,即丝杆77端部与嵌在活接扣71上端的轴承72内圈固定连接,轴承72外圈与活接扣71固定连接。
反光液由铝粉及PET材料混合构成且100份PET材料中,铝粉占5-20份,按重量比计。
例1:反光液由铝粉及PET材料混合构成且100份PET材料中,添加5份铝粉。
例2:反光液由铝粉及PET材料混合构成且100份PET材料中,添加8份铝粉。
例3:反光液由铝粉及PET材料混合构成且100份PET材料中,添加10份铝粉。
例4:反光液由铝粉及PET材料混合构成且100份PET材料中,添加12份铝粉。
例5:反光液由铝粉及PET材料混合构成且100份PET材料中,添加15份铝粉。
例6:反光液由铝粉及PET材料混合构成且100份PET材料中,添加18份铝粉。
例7:反光液由铝粉及PET材料混合构成且100份PET材料中,添加20份铝粉。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本发明的设计思路作了比较详细的文字描述,但是这些文字描述,只是对本发明设计思路的简单文字描述,而不是对本发明设计思路的限制,任何不超出本发明设计思路的组合、增加或修改,均落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种窗用透气遮阳布,包括基布,其特征是:基布(1)一面覆有网格状反光遮阳层(2),网格状反光遮阳层(2)上覆有一层PET膜(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的窗用透气遮阳布,其特征是:所述基布(1)为稀疏结构的纱布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的窗用透气遮阳布,其特征是:网格状反光遮阳层(2)中的网格孔呈矩形且矩形孔面积小于9mm2
4.根据权利要求1所述的窗用透气遮阳布,其特征是:网格状反光遮阳层(2)中网格条宽小于3mm。
5.一种窗用透气遮阳布的制作方法,其特征是:(一)位于基布放卷辊(4)和成品收卷辊(11)之间的基布通过品字形导辊组(5)将基布面拉展,基布背面在通过涂覆支撑履带传输机构(6)的履带面同时,位于涂覆支撑履带传输机构(6)上方的涂覆装置(7)下端多个条形涂覆口(8)与基布面相触,将涂覆装置(7)内的反光遮阳液涂覆在基布面上形成由多条条状反光遮阳层条构成的窗用反光透气遮阳底布通过烘道(9)内品字形导辊组(10)风干缠绕在收卷辊(11)上得透气遮阳底布A面;(二)当放卷辊上的透气遮阳底布A面被成品收卷辊带到涂覆支撑履带面时,成品收卷辊停止转动,PLC控制器指令位于涂覆支撑履带上方的涂覆装置下行,使涂履装置下端多个涂覆口与透气遮阳底布A面相触且在横向伺服电机的驱动下沿横向导轨移动,将反光遮阳液横向涂覆在透气遮阳底布A面上且与多条纵向条条反光遮阳层交叉构成纵、横交错的网格面透气遮阳布;网格面透气遮阳布通过烘道(9)内品字形导辊组(10)风干或烘干且缠绕在收卷辊(11)上即得窗用透气遮阳布。
6.根据权利要求5所述的窗用透气遮阳布的制作方法,其特征是:涂覆装置(7)壁置有电加热保温结构且受控于温度控制器,温度控制器温度传感器探头安装在涂覆装置内。
7.根据权利要求5所述的窗用透气遮阳布的制作方法,其特征是:多个条形涂覆口(8)采用橡塑材料注塑成型。
8.根据权利要求5所述的窗用透气遮阳布的制作方法,其特征是:涂覆装置上端通过活接扣与丝杆旋接,涂覆装置两端与导向柱滑动配合,丝杆与固定在支撑架上丝杆螺母旋接,丝杆由伺服电机驱动且带动涂覆装置升降。
9.根据权利要求8所述的窗用透气遮阳布的制作方法,其特征是:活接扣下端为法兰且与涂覆装置上端面连接,活接扣上部嵌有轴承,轴承内圈与丝杆端部固接,轴承外圈与活接扣上部固定连接。
10.根据权利要求5所述的窗用透气遮阳布的制作方法,其特征是:反光液由铝粉及PET材料混合构成且100份PET材料中,添加5-20份铝粉。
