Abstract
The invention provides a drive-by-wire box clamp assembling jig and an assembling method thereof. The jig comprises a bottom plate, a clamp positioning block, a first air cylinder, a second air cylinder and a third air cylinder, the clamp positioning block, the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder are fixed to the bottom plate, and the third air cylinder is vertically arranged above the clamp positioning block. The clamp positioning block is provided with a clamp positioning groove and a positioning pin fixing groove. A clamp with a torsional spring is fixed in the clamp positioning groove, and a positioning pin used for connecting the clamp, the torsional spring and a drive-by-wire box is fixed in the positioning pin fixing groove. The first air cylinder and the second air cylinder are horizontally fixed to the bottom plate. The first air cylinder is provided with a centre corresponding to the positioning pin in position. The second air cylinder is provided with a torsional spring pressing plate. The torsional spring pressing plate is used for fixing the torsional spring located on the clamp. The third air cylinder is provided with a drive-by-wire box supporting block matched with the drive-by-wire box. The to-be-assembled drive-by-wire box is fixed to the drive-by-wire box supporting block. Technical Field

Background

Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a wire-control box clip assembling jig and an assembling method thereof, so as to solve the problems of low assembling efficiency and high labor intensity of the current wire-control box clip.

the thimble connected with the first cylinder is driven by the first cylinder, and the positioning pin is inserted into the wire control box, the clamp and the torsion spring.
The jig and the method for assembling the line control box clamp have the following advantages:
1. the automatic assembly of the wire control box clamp and the torsion spring can be realized, and the problems of uncontrollable and inconsistent quality and the like in manual assembly are solved;
2. the product appearance can be effectively prevented from being scratched by the torsion spring, so that the integrity of the product appearance is ensured;
3. the labor intensity is low, the assembly efficiency is high, and the assembly quality of the wire control box clamp can be ensured.

Aiming at the problems of low automation degree, large workload, high labor intensity, low assembly efficiency, incapability of ensuring quality and the like of the assembly of the clamp of the wire control box, the clamp torsion spring and the wire control box are respectively positioned by the second cylinder and the third cylinder, and the positioning pin is inserted into the positioned clamp, torsion spring and the wire control box by the first cylinder, so that the assembly of the clamp of the wire control box, the torsion spring and the wire control box is realized, the automation degree is high, and the assembly efficiency and the assembly quality of the clamp of the wire control box can be effectively improved.

As shown in fig. 1, the wire control box clamp assembling jig according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a base plate 1, a clamp positioning block 10 fixed on the base plate 1, a first cylinder 2, a second cylinder 12, and a third cylinder 7 vertically disposed above the clamp positioning block 10; the clamp positioning block 10 is provided with a clamp positioning groove 101 and a positioning pin fixing groove 102, the clamp assembled with the torsion spring is fixed in the corresponding clamp positioning groove 101, and the positioning pin for connecting the clamp, the torsion spring and the wire control box is fixed in the corresponding positioning pin fixing groove 102; in addition, one end of the first cylinder 2 is provided with an ejector pin 4 corresponding to the position of the positioning pin, and the positioning pin in the positioning pin fixing groove 102 can be ejected into the corresponding positioning hole of the wire control box through the ejector pin 4; one end of the second cylinder 12 is provided with a torsion spring pressing plate 11 for fixing a torsion spring positioned on the clamp; a drive-by-wire box supporting block 9 matched with the drive-by-wire box is arranged on the third air cylinder 7, and the drive-by-wire box to be assembled is fixed on the drive-by-wire box supporting block 9.

a clamp positioning groove and a positioning pin fixing groove are formed in the clamp positioning block, wherein a clamp assembled with a torsion spring is fixed in the clamp positioning groove, and a positioning pin for connecting the clamp, the torsion spring and the wire control box is fixed in the positioning pin fixing groove;
the first cylinder and the second cylinder are horizontally fixed on the bottom plate, a thimble corresponding to the positioning pin is arranged on the first cylinder, a torsion spring pressing plate is arranged on the second cylinder, and the torsion spring pressing plate is used for fixing a torsion spring positioned on the clamp;
a wire control box supporting block matched with the wire control box is arranged on the third cylinder, and the wire control box to be assembled is fixed on the wire control box supporting block.
