Abstract

Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于粘贴挠性且柔软的半成品的边缘的半自动化设备,所述半成品旨在包装不同类型的物品。
半自动化设备的表述用于表示设备由操作者进行操作,操作者在设备中抓持并手动地引导所述半成品以执行操作。
半成品的表述用于表示相对于其另两个尺寸而言具有较小厚度的元件。例如,半成品是片材、面板、条带、补片、甚至三维形状(凹部、凸起)。
材料可以包括在一层或多层中具有可能的嵌入物(增强纤维、毛毡、针刺毡、天然皮革、人造革、橡胶、塑料)、可能被充填例如发泡产品的织物,所述发泡产品例如是罩杯、用于专业/运动服饰的衬垫或钢盔衬垫。
被包装的制品可以包括衣服制品(夹克、衬衣、裤子、内衣、贴身内衣和塑形衣等)、甚至专业/运动衣服制品(例如,泳装)或医用服装、附件(袋、帆布背包、帽子、鞋子等)、桌布、例如用于家具(床、扶手椅、沙发)或用于车辆(车内、座、鞍座)的各种类型的覆盖物,。
特别地,本发明有利地应用于胶粘罩杯的边缘。
背景技术
在本文中,已知的是通过胶粘的方式将织物或其它任何终饰元件施加在半成品的一面上、并且围绕半成品的边缘向上折叠以将所述面连结至相对面,从而完成半成品的边缘。为此,首先将粘合剂层施加在半成品的边缘的终饰元件的突出条带上,条带围绕边缘折叠、施加至半成品的相对面、并且通过恰好加热粘合剂而粘结至所述相对面,使得折叠的所述条带保持在合适位置处。通过使设置有粘结剂层的折叠条带穿过已知设备的彼此邻近地放置的两个传送带之间、并且按压折叠元件和粘合剂而且同时加热它们,实施实际胶粘。上面提到的已知设备包括两个第一辊和两个第二辊,第一传送带缠绕于所述两个第一辊上,第二传送带缠绕于所述两个第二辊上。两个传送带的分支被布置成一个位于另一个的前方并且基本上互相接触(此时没有半成品置于其间)。在一个传送带的两个辊之间布置有固定且刚性的支承元件,并且在另一传送带的两个辊之间布置有刚性且摆动的支承元件。上面提到的分支停靠在所述支承元件上或在所述支承元件上滑动。仅加热一个固定元件。操作者将半成品手动地引入在两个传送带之间(其中,折叠条带和粘结剂层面向加热带)。所述传送带互助地驱动所述半成品,并且在行进期间,产生的压力和热量决定了实际的胶粘。另一固定元件不被加热,以不破坏被施加到半成品的该面上的终饰元件,所述半成品的所述面在制品的使用过程中保持暴露。利用一些材料,额外的加热使得终饰元件有光泽。
发明内容
在本文中,申请人注意到现有技术中采用的解决方案暴露出缺陷和/或不足。
申请人注意到当在罩杯上实施胶粘时这些缺陷变得尤为明显。
事实上,在通过已知设备的各传送带的分支之间期间,罩杯被折叠和变形并且因而会被损坏。
此外,在长时间使用已知设备之后,即使不加热的固定元件以及位于所述不加热的固定元件上的传送带的分支也由于传导而接触热量,这会损坏布置在罩杯的外表面上的终饰元件,当穿戴胸罩时所述罩杯的外表面保持暴露。
申请人还注意到已知类型的设备在折叠条带的具有厚度差异和凹槽的区域中不能正确地进行粘贴,例如位于与胸罩条带结合处的区域。事实上,已知设备的传动带不能精确地联接凹槽、按压以及有效地加热布置在由凹槽自身限定的凹入边缘处的粘合剂。
因此,在本文中申请人意识到需要提出用于粘贴挠性且柔软的半成品的边缘的半自动化设备和方法,所述半自动化设备和方法能够克服上述缺点以及提供其它技术优势。
特别地,申请人设定了下列目标中的至少一个:
-确保正确、精确以及均匀的胶粘;
-避免半成品在胶粘期间不必要和可能有害地变形;
-除了粘结剂层和待粘贴的折叠条带之外,避免半成品的部分被过度和可能有害地加热。
申请人注意到,在将半成品引入加热的弯曲表面和压在待粘结条带上的带之间时,张紧所述压在待粘结条带上的带但是所述带能够自由地径向移动、在所述加热的弯曲表面和所述压在待粘结条带上的带之间压缩待粘结的条带,从而允许达到设定的目的以及上面列出的目标中的至少一个。
特别地,通过根据所附权利要求中的一个或多个和/或根据下列方面中的一个或多个的用于粘结挠性且柔软的半成品的边缘的半自动化设备和方法,能够基本上实现所述设定的目的和上面列出的目标中的至少一个。
根据第一方面,本发明涉及用于粘结挠性且柔软的半成品的边缘的半自动化设备,包括:
限定工作表面的本体,所述本体是弯曲的并且能够沿着与所述工作表面相切的方向移动;
用于加热工作表面的加热机构;
挠性带,所述挠性带具有部分缠绕在工作表面上的长度,其中,所述长度能够与所述工作表面一起移动;
其中,工作表面以及挠性带的所述长度在它们之间限定了弯曲工作路径,所述弯曲工作路径具有用于待粘结的半成品的入口和出口;
其中,当半成品被引入在所述工作表面和所述挠性带之间时,挠性带的所述长度能够自由地径向移动;
其中,在沿着工作路径向前移动时,挠性带的所述长度抵靠工作表面地被拉动以按压半成品。
根据第二方面,本发明涉及一种优选通过根据随附权利要求中的一个或多个和/或本文中描述的方面获得的设备而粘结挠性且柔软的半成品的边缘的方法,所述方法包括:在弯曲且被加热的工作表面以及部分缠绕在工作表面上的挠性带长度之间插入半成品的边缘;其中,边缘具有终饰元件,在边缘和终饰元件之间具有粘结剂层的情况下折叠终饰元件;沿工作路径推进被保持在工作表面和所述长度之间的半成品的边缘,所述工作路径被限定在所述工作表面和所述长度之间;当沿着工作路径向前移动时,按压位于工作表面和所述长度之间的半成品的边缘。
申请人注意到,上面描述并且要求保护的解决方案允许沿着待粘贴的折叠条带的整个纵向伸展部而在待粘贴的折叠条带上施加均匀的压力,而不会变形、扭曲和/或弯曲以三维结构构造的半成品,例如罩杯。
此外,申请人还注意到,以上概括和要求保护的描述能够避免过度加热布置在半成品的与具有粘结剂层和折叠条带的那面相反的一面(例如在穿戴胸罩时保持暴露的罩杯的外表面)上的终饰元件,因为不借助元件将挠性带保持抵靠工作表面,而这种情况发生在现有技术中,这会直接加热。事实上,通过张紧挠性带而使得挠性带被保持按压在半成品上,并且挠性带的与抵靠半成品的那面相反的一面是自由的。
在根据前述方面中的一个或多个的方面中,工作表面是刚性的,优选是金属的。刚性表面确保了对半成品进行理想的支承以及沿着整个工作路径保持刚性表面的形状和半成品的形状。
在一个方面中,工作表面是由铝制成的。铝是良好的热导体并且能迅速加热。
在一个方面中,工作表面沿圆形或圆弧延伸。优选地,工作表面具有介于约55mm和约75mm之间的曲率半径。这些曲率半径值是罩杯的曲率半径;因此罩杯的变形被降低至最小。
在一个方面中,半成品是凹入的,半成品优选为罩杯,并且设置成将罩杯的边缘插入挠性带和工作表面之间,其中罩杯的凹部面向弯曲的工作表面。
在一个方面中,挠性带的长度以介于约160°和约180°之间的角度而部分地缠绕在工作表面上,所述角度优选等于约170°。
在一个方面中,本体包括旋转圆筒体,所述旋转圆筒体优选由金属制成,更优选由铝制成,其中,工作表面至少部分地由旋转圆筒体的径向外表面限定。旋转圆筒体被制造成用以围绕其对称轴线旋转。因而这种结构容易实现相对低价且极其可靠。
在一个方面中,挠性带包括涂敷有硅的碳纤维。因此,挠性带在牵引下不变形,并且硅确保半成品不打滑。
在一个方面中,本设备包括优先是步进式的第一电动机以及优先是步进式的第二电动机,所述第一电动机可操作地连接到所述本体以移动工作表面,所述第二电动机可操作地连接到挠性带以移动所述挠性带。由控制单元控制的第一电动机和第二电动机确保了挠性带的所述长度的速度以及工作表面的速度不会导致插入其间的半成品滑动。优选地,半成品沿着工作路径推进的推进速度被调节并且优选保持在约1m/min和约3m/min之间。
在一个方面中,本设备包括可操作地作用在挠性带上的冷却设备。优选地,冷却设备包括沿着由挠性带限定的路径布置的至少一个风扇,优选为多个风扇。在一个方面中,冷却设备包括布置在挠性带的相对两面处的至少两个风扇。优选地,挠性带在不同于所述长度的至少一个区域处被冷却,其中所述冷却包括利用至少一个空气流冲击所述挠性带。即使在长期使用之后,所述冷却也阻止挠性带直接加热以及加热所述终饰元件。
在一个方面中,本设备包括构造成用于检测工作表面的温度的温度传感器。优选地,温度传感器是红外线类型的。在一个方面中,控制单元可操作地连接到温度传感器和加热机构,并且被构造成用于控制工作表面的温度。优选地,为了优化所述红外线类型的温度传感器的检测,旋转圆筒体的径向外表面被黑颜料擦光(black polished)。
在一个方面中,工作表面的温度被调节并且优选保持在约140°至约175°之间。
在一个方面中,温度传感器可操作地作用在旋转圆筒体的径向外表面的布置成邻近工作表面的环状部分(优选为截锥形)上。因而,温度传感器可以被容易地定位,而不妨碍旋转圆筒体和挠性带的移动以及半成品的插入。
在一个方面中,本设备包括挠性带的张紧设备,所述张紧设备被构造成朝向工作表面径向地拉动挠性带的所述长度。优选地,控制单元可操作地连接到张紧设备,并且被构造成调节由所述张紧设备施加的张力。因而,能够控制和调节由挠性带的所述长度沿整个工作路径施加到半成品上的压力。
在一个方面中,张紧设备包括操纵杆和可旋转地安装在操纵杆的一端上的张紧辊,其中,挠性带部分地缠绕张紧辊。在一个方面中,张紧设备包括连接到所述操纵杆的致动器,其中控制单元可操作地连接到所述致动器,并且控制单元被构造成用以拉动或推动操纵杆并且调节挠性带的张力。
在一个方面中,本设备包括作用在挠性带的所述长度上的加压设备,并且所述加压设备被构造成用以将所述长度的至少一部分按压在工作表面上。优选地,控制单元可操作地连接到所述加压设备,并且控制单元被构造成用以调节由所述加压设备施加的压力。除了由被张紧的挠性带施加的压力之外,即使在半成品的厚度不规则之处(例如,由于通过连结罩杯与条带所形成的凹部),加压设备也沿工作路径局部地作用以粘结和按压所述条带。
在一个方面中,所述加压设备包括作用在挠性带的一部分上的至少一个加压辊,其中,挠性带的所述部分插入在工作表面和所述至少一个加压辊之间。
在一个方面中,至少一个(优选两个)加压辊定位在工作路径的出口之间。因而,一旦粘结剂被确定加热,加压辊作用。
在一个方面中,本设备包括承载所述加压辊的倾斜支承件。
在一个方面中,倾斜支承件铰接到臂,并且所述加压设备包括连接到所述臂的致动器。优选地,控制单元可操作地连接到所述致动器,并且控制单元被构造成用以拉动或推动所述臂并且调节由加压辊施加的压力。
在一个方面中,所述加压辊具有介于约20mm和约40mm之间的直径。该直径允许将前面描述的不规则部分联接到挠性带。
在一个方面中,本设备包括布置在旋转圆筒体的在直径上相反的两侧处的两个引导辊,其中,挠性带部分地缠绕在所述引导辊上。在一个方面中,张紧辊远离旋转圆筒体。在一个方面中,所述挠性带具有在其中一个引导辊和所述张紧辊之间延伸的分支和在另一引导辊和所述张紧辊之间延伸的另一分支。
在一个方面中,冷却设备被布置在所述分支中的一个或两个上。优选地,本设备包括两对风扇,并且每对风扇布置在前面提及的分支中的一个上。
在一个方面中,本设备包括优选由铜制成的内部固定本体,所述内部固定本体设置有加热机构,并且旋转圆筒体围绕内部固定本体安装并且围绕内部固定本体旋转。
在一个方面中,内部固定本体具有邻近旋转圆筒体的内表面布置的外表面。优选地,在所述外表面和所述外表面之间具有约0.1mm至约0.6mm的间隙。当旋转圆筒体的内表面旋转而围绕内部固定本体的外表面不产生摩擦时,通过传导、对流和辐射进行加热。
在一个方面中,加热机构包括插入在所述内部固定本体中的至少一个电阻器,优选是轴向延伸地插入在内部固定本体中的多个电阻器。
在一个方面中,本设备包括:在其远端处支承内部固定本体并且成一体地连接至所述设备的固定管状支承件;内部旋转轴,所述内部旋转轴与固定的管状支承件共轴,其中,旋转轴承载位于旋转轴的一端处并且与其成一体的旋转圆筒体。
在一个方面中,本设备包括成一体地约束在固定的管状支承件的远端部处并且承载内部固定本体的支承板,其中,支承板具有被旋转轴横穿的中心孔。在一个方面中,用于向电阻器提供动力的电缆固定至所述固定的管状支承件。

具体实施方式
参照图1,整体以附图标记1指代用于粘结挠性且柔软的半成品的边缘的半自动化设备。设备1包括支承框架2,所述支承框架具有设置有轮4的基部3,所述支承框架支承盒状结构5和支承平面6。在支承表面6的上方、自盒状本体5水平地伸展出固定的管状支承件7(相对于盒状本体5是固定的),旋转轴9容纳在所述管状支承件中并且由轴承8支承。旋转轴9连接到在图中未示出且容纳在所述盒状本体5中的第一步进式电动机,所述第一步进式电动机连接至所述旋转轴9以围绕其对称轴线“X-X”旋转。
在固定的管状支承件7的远端处(与连接到所述盒状结构5的端部相反的一端)固定一支承板10(图4),所述支承板继而承载大致圆筒状且与对称轴线“X-X”共轴的内部固定本体11(相对于支承板10是固定的)。由铜制成且限定内部固定本体11的壁容纳多个电阻器12,每个电阻器平行于对称轴线“X-X”伸展并且通过电缆(未示出)而连接到动力供给源(未示出),所述电缆固定到所述固定的管状支承件7。
支承板10具有中心孔13,旋转轴9穿过所述中心孔而不接触支承板10。所述旋转轴9的远端14(与连接到第一步进式电动机的端部相对的一端)成一体地约束至由铝制成的旋转圆筒体15。
具体而言,旋转圆筒体15包括径向外壁16和径向内壁17,在所述径向外壁和径向内壁之间限定有环状座部18。环状座部18在前部处由正交于对称轴线“X-X”的环状壁19闭合。环状座部18在其后部处打开,并且所述内部固定本体11容纳在所述环状座部中。与径向内壁17成一体的连接壁20连接在旋转轴9的远端14处。内部固定本体11不接触旋转圆筒体15。在旋转圆筒体15的壁和内部固定本体11的壁之间限定有测得为十分之几毫米(例如约0.1-0.6mm)的间隙。
旋转圆筒体15的径向外壁16具有包括工作表面21a的径向外表面21,如后文所述。这个工作表面21a是圆筒状的并且其半径介于约5mm和约8mm之间。在旋转圆筒体15的面向盒状结构5的端部边缘处,径向外表面21具有连接到工作表面21a的截锥形环状部分22。工作表面21a和截锥形环状部分22利用黑颜料擦光而进行表面精整。
红外线类型的温度传感器23安装在旋转圆筒体15上并且面向所述截锥形环状部分22以检测其温度。温度传感器23通过合适的联接件而可操作地连接到未示出且容纳于盒状本体5中的电控制单元。电控制单元还连接电阻器动力供给源12以控制和调节旋转圆筒体15的径向外表面21的温度。控制单元控制电阻器12,从而使得由传感器23读取的温度基本上等于设定参考温度并且通常介于约140°和约175°之间。
由覆盖有硅的碳纤维制成的挠性带24部分地缠绕工作表面21a。特别地,挠性带24的放置成与工作表面21a接触的长度“T”限定约170°的角度“α”。
为此,设备1包括两个引导辊25,所述两个引导辊具有平行于前述对称轴线“X-X”的旋转轴线并且被布置在旋转圆筒体15的直径上相反的两侧处。两个引导辊25中的一个连接到其未示出且安装在盒状结构5中的第二步进式电动机。张紧辊26空转地安装在操纵杆27的第一端27a处,所述操纵杆的旋转轴线平行于前述对称轴线“X-X”。操纵杆27的相对端27b成为盒状结构5的操纵杆支点。张紧辊26相对于引导辊25而言距离旋转圆筒体15更远并且与所述引导辊25形成等腰三角形或等边三角形的顶点。未示出的致动器连接至操纵杆27以推动或拉动所述操纵杆并且改变操纵杆围绕其支点的角位置。
挠性带24部分地缠绕张紧辊26以及每个引导辊25,并且所述挠性带布置成在其第一面24a处接触所述引导辊25的外周表面和所述张紧辊26的外周表面。相反地,挠性带24的与第一面24a相对的第二面24b与工作表面21a接触。从而,从一个引导辊25传递至旋转圆筒体15以及从旋转圆筒体15传递至另一引导辊25允许挠性带24形成双S形,所述双S形的凹部/凸部反向。
电控制单元控制第一步进式电动机和第二步进式电动机,以使挠性带24的长度“T”以及所述径向外表面21a一起移动。
挠性带24的长度“T”以及径向外表面21a限定了具有位于它们之间的入口28和出口29的弯曲工作路径。
根据附图3的图示,旋转圆筒体15顺时针旋转,入口28布置在位于下部的驱动引导辊25处,而出口29布置在位于上部的引导辊25处。
尽管挠性带24的长度“T”被张紧,然而当待粘结的挠性且柔软的半成品“S”通过入口28插入时,所述长度能够相对于工作表面21a径向移动。
图5、6和7中示出的半成品“S”是罩杯并且包括衬垫30,在所述衬垫的表面上覆盖有终饰元件31。所述终饰元件31的从衬垫30突出并且预先覆盖有粘结剂层33的端部条带32围绕所述衬垫30的边缘“B”折叠,并且(通过恰好加热粘结剂以使得所述折叠条带保持在合适位置处)补接在与设置有终饰元件31的那面相对的面上。
此时,当旋转圆筒体15旋转并且挠性带24与旋转圆筒体15一起沿整个工作路径移动并推进时,罩杯“S”的边缘“B”插入入口28中。所述旋转圆筒体15和挠性带24沿所述工作路径驱动连结于其上的罩杯“S”,在边缘“B”上施加压力并加热边缘以确定其胶粘。
罩杯“S”的边缘“B,”插入入口28中,确保其凹部面向圆筒体15(图3),从而使得当所述罩杯经过工作路径时,其形状遵循圆筒体15的雕刻图案并且不会过度变形。
由控制单元控制的第一步进式电动机和第二步进式电动机确保了长度“T”的速度和工作表面21a的速度不会导致置于其间的半成品“S”滑动。所述半成品“S”沿工作路径推进的速度例如是约8m/min。
作用于操纵杆27上的致动器可操作地连接到前面提及的控制单元并且控制单元控制操纵杆,以通过拉动或推动操纵杆24来调节挠性带24的张力。这允许控制和调节由挠性带24的长度“T”施加到待粘结的半成品“S”的边缘“B”上的压力。
设备1还包括两对可操作地作用在挠性带24上的冷却风扇34(图3)。第一对冷却风扇34被放置在挠性带24的在下部引导辊25和张紧辊26之间延伸的第一分支上。类似地,第二对风扇34被放置在挠性带24的在上部引导辊25和张紧辊26之间延伸的第二分支上。每对风扇34中的一个面对挠性带24的第一面24a,而另一个面对挠性带24的第二面24b,以向各个面24a、24b吹空气。风扇34冷却挠性带24,而当挠性带与半成品“S”接触或直接与工作表面21a接触时挠性带倾向于通过传导而被加热。
设备1还包括一对加压辊35,所述加压辊的一个外周表面作用在挠性带24的位于出口29的稍上游处的长度“T”的一部分上。加压辊35空转地安装在倾斜支承件36上,所述倾斜支承件的旋转轴线平行于对称轴线“X-X”。所述倾斜支承件36继而铰接至臂37并且围绕也平行于对称轴线“X-X”的轴线自由地摆动。臂37具有铰接至盒状结构5的第一端37a和与第一端37a相对且连接至致动器(未示出)的第二端37b。臂37也可以围绕平行于对称轴线“X-X”的轴线摆动。致动器还可操作地连接至控制单元,并且其被构造成用以拉动或推动臂37以及调整通过加压辊35而施加在挠性带24的长度“T”的所述部分上的压力。加压辊35具有约30mm的直径。除了通过张紧的挠性带24施加压力之外,即使在半成品“S”的不规则厚度之处,加压辊35也沿着工作路径局部地作用以粘结和按压挠性带24。
最后,设备1包括位于盒状结构5上并且连接到控制单元的触摸屏38以及可能的按钮和/或键,以允许使用者插入和/或调节操作参数(例如,半成品“S”的推进速度或旋转圆筒体15的转速、工作表面21a的温度、挠性带24的张力或通过挠性带施加在半成品“S”上的压力、通过加压辊35施加在挠性带24上的压力)以及在操作期间观察操作参数和/或其它参数。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于粘结挠性且柔软的半成品的边缘的半自动化设备,包括:
限定工作表面(21a)的本体(15),所述本体是弯曲的并且能够沿着与所述工作表面相切的方向移动;
用于加热工作表面(21a)的加热机构(12);
挠性带(24),所述挠性带具有部分地缠绕在工作表面(21a)上的长度段(T),
其中,所述长度段(T)能够与所述工作表面(21a)一起移动;
其中,工作表面(21a)和挠性带(24)的所述长度段(T)在它们之间限定了弯曲的工作路径,所述弯曲的工作路径具有用于待粘结的半成品(S)的入口(28)和出口(29);
其中,当半成品(S)被引入到所述工作表面(21a)和所述挠性带(24)之间时,挠性带(24)的所述长度段(T)能够自由地径向移动;
其中,在沿着工作路径向前移动时,挠性带(24)的所述长度段(T)抵靠工作表面(21a)而被拉动,以按压所述半成品(S)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的半自动化设备,其中所述本体(15)包括旋转圆筒体,其中,工作表面(21a)至少部分地由旋转圆筒体(15)的径向外表面限定。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的半自动化设备,所述半自动化设备包括可操作地作用在挠性带(24)上的冷却设备(34),其中,冷却设备(34)包括沿着由挠性带(24)限定的路径布置的至少一个风扇。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的半自动化设备,所述半自动化设备包括控制单元和温度传感器(23),所述温度传感器被构造成检测工作表面(21a)的温度,所述控制单元可操作地连接到温度传感器(23)和加热机构(12)并且被构造成用以控制工作表面(21a)的温度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的半自动化设备,其中,所述温度传感器是红外线类型的。
6.根据权利要求4所述的半自动化设备,所述半自动化设备包括挠性带(24)的张紧设备(26、27),所述张紧设备被构造成朝向工作表面(21a)径向地拉动挠性带(24)的所述长度段(T),其中,所述控制单元可操作地连接到所述张紧设备(26、27)并且被构造成用以调节由所述张紧设备施加的张力。
7.根据权利要求4所述的半自动化设备,所述半自动化设备包括加压设备(35、36、37),所述加压设备作用在挠性带(24)的所述长度段(T)上并且被构造成用以将所述长度段(T)的至少一部分压在工作表面(21a)上,其中,所述控制单元可操作地连接到加压设备(35、36、37)并且被构造成用以调节由所述加压设备(35、36、37)施加的压力。
8.根据前述权利要求2所述的半自动化设备,所述半自动化设备包括设置有加热机构(12)的内部固定本体(11),其中,所述旋转圆筒体(15)围绕所述内部固定本体(11)安装,并且围绕所述内部固定本体(11)旋转,而不接触所述内部固定本体。
9.一种用于粘结挠性且柔软的半成品的边缘的方法,所述方法借助于根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的设备,所述方法包括:
在弯曲且被加热的工作表面(21a)以及挠性带(24)的长度段(T)之间插入半成品(S)的边缘(B),挠性带的所述长度段部分地缠绕在工作表面(21a)上,其中,边缘(B)具有终饰元件(31),在所述边缘和所述终饰元件之间具有粘结剂层(33)的情况下折叠所述终饰元件;
沿着工作路径推进被保持在工作表面(21a)和所述长度段(T)之间的半成品(S)的边缘(B),所述工作路径被限定在所述工作表面(21a)和所述长度段(T)之间;
当沿着工作路径向前移动时,按压位于工作表面(21a)和所述长度段(T)之间的半成品(S)的边缘(B)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,所述方法包括:在不同于所述长度段(T)的至少一个区域中,冷却挠性带(24),其中,所述冷却包括利用至少一个空气流冲击所述挠性带(24)。
11.根据权利要求9或10之一所述的方法,其中,半成品(S)是凹入的,所述半成品(S)的边缘被插入挠性带(24)和工作表面(21a)之间,其中所述半成品(S)的凹部面向所述工作表面(21a)。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述半成品是罩杯。
