After the application server receives the call request carrying the calling terminal number and the called terminal number sent by the calling terminal, when the called terminal starts call forwarding, the application server sends a call request to the cloud server, the cloud server determines the user level of the calling terminal according to the number of the calling terminal and determines the voice verification problem corresponding to the user level, then the voice verification problem corresponding to the user level is sent to the calling terminal through the application server, so that the calling terminal plays the voice verification problem, and replies the voice reply message, the calling terminal sends the voice reply message to the third party terminal through the application server, therefore, the third party terminal plays the voice reply message provided by the calling terminal, and the user holding the third party terminal answers or hangs up the incoming call of the calling terminal according to the content of the voice reply message. When the called terminal needs to perform call forwarding, the third-party terminal performs identity verification on the calling terminal number, meanwhile, the cloud server can determine the user level corresponding to the calling terminal number and determine the voice verification problem corresponding to the user level, then the cloud server replies the voice verification problem corresponding to the user level to the calling terminal, the cloud server returns different voice verification problems to the calling terminals of different user levels, the calling terminal can conveniently reply, the third-party terminal can receive the voice reply message replied by the calling terminal according to the voice verification problem, so that the third-party terminal can play the voice reply message, and a user holding the third-party terminal can determine to answer or hang up the incoming call of the calling terminal according to the content of the voice reply message. Meanwhile, the situation that the third party terminal bound with the called terminal number misses the telephone of the important user when the cloud server bound with the called terminal filters all the calls of strange users is avoided.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

Claims (8)

1. A method for call authentication, comprising:
the application server receives a call request sent by a calling terminal, wherein the call request comprises a calling terminal number and a called terminal number;
the application server sends the call request to a called terminal corresponding to the called terminal number, so that the called terminal determines a user level corresponding to the calling terminal number and a voice verification problem corresponding to the user level;
the application server receives the voice verification problem and sends the voice verification problem to the calling terminal;
the application server receives a voice reply message sent by the calling terminal aiming at the voice verification problem;
the application server sends the voice reply message to the called terminal so that the called terminal plays the voice reply message to a user, and the user determines to answer or hang up the call request according to the content of the voice reply message;
before the application server sends the call request to the called terminal corresponding to the called terminal number, the method further includes:
the application server determines whether the called terminal starts a call forwarding function;
if the called terminal does not start the call forwarding function, executing the step that the application server sends the call request to the called terminal corresponding to the called terminal number;
otherwise, the application server sends the call request to a cloud server so that the cloud server determines a user level corresponding to the calling terminal number and a voice verification problem corresponding to the user level;
the application server receives the voice verification problem sent by the cloud server and sends the voice verification problem to the calling terminal;
the application server receives a voice reply message sent by the calling terminal aiming at the voice verification problem;
the application server sends the voice reply message to a third-party terminal of call forwarding so that the third-party terminal plays the voice reply message to a user, and the user determines to answer or hang up the call request according to the content of the voice reply message;
wherein the determining, by the application server, whether the called terminal turns on the call forwarding function includes
The application server sends the call request to a called terminal corresponding to the called terminal number;
the application server determines whether a receiving confirmation message returned by the called terminal according to the call request is received within a preset time so as to determine whether the called terminal corresponding to the called terminal number carries out call forwarding;
or,
the application server determines whether the called terminal corresponding to the called terminal number carries out call forwarding at the current time.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the user level and the voice authentication question corresponding to the user level are uploaded by the user to the cloud server.
3. The method of any of claims 1-2, wherein the user levels comprise an unknown user level and a contact list user level, and the contact list user comprises at least two types of user levels.

The method according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein the application server sends the call request to a called terminal corresponding to the called terminal number, so that the called terminal determines a user level corresponding to the calling terminal number and a voice verification problem corresponding to the user level, and comprises:

the first voice sending module is used for sending the voice reply message to the called terminal so that the called terminal plays the voice reply message to a user, and the user can further determine to answer or hang up the call request according to the content of the voice reply message;
further comprising:
a determining module, configured to determine whether the called terminal starts a call forwarding function before the first request sending module sends the call request to the called terminal corresponding to the called terminal number, and if the called terminal does not start the call forwarding function, execute the step in the first request sending module;
a second request sending module, configured to send the call request to a cloud server if the determining module determines that the called terminal starts a call forwarding function, so that the cloud server determines a user level corresponding to the calling terminal number and a voice verification problem corresponding to the user level;
the third voice receiving module is used for receiving the voice verification problem sent by the cloud server and sending the voice verification problem to the calling terminal;
a fourth voice receiving module, configured to receive a voice reply message sent by the calling terminal for the voice verification problem;
the second voice sending module is used for sending the voice reply message to a third-party terminal of call forwarding so as to enable the third-party terminal to play the voice reply message to a user, and further enable the user to determine to answer or hang up the call request according to the content of the voice reply message;
wherein, when determining whether the called terminal starts the call forwarding function, the determining module specifically includes:
sending the call request to a called terminal corresponding to the called terminal number;
determining whether a receiving confirmation message returned by the called terminal according to the call request is received within a preset time so as to determine whether the called terminal corresponding to the called terminal number carries out call forwarding;

and determining whether the called terminal corresponding to the called terminal number carries out call forwarding at the current time.
6. The application server of claim 5, wherein the voice authentication question at the user level corresponding to the user level is uploaded by the user to the cloud server.
