Household electrical appliance
[ technical field ]
The present invention relates to the field of household appliances, and more particularly, to a household appliance having a housing.
[ background art ]
At present domestic appliance, for example in the refrigerator, need set up and be used for placing temperature control panel's temperature control box for example, because temperature control panel probably can break down after long-time the use, need dismantle temperature control box and detect, maintain or change temperature control panel. The above needs require easy removal of the lid closing the thermal control box, and therefore, the lid is generally exposed directly to the surface of the refrigerator or to the user after opening the door of the refrigerator. From the viewpoint of aesthetic appearance, it is desirable that the user is not liable to notice the difference between the lid and the outer wall of the refrigerator around the lid, and therefore, the lid surface is formed in the same color as the outer wall of the refrigerator and the lid is disposed so that the outer surface of the lid and the outer wall of the refrigerator around it are on the same plane, and the gap between the edge of the lid and the outer wall of the refrigerator is kept as small as possible and not liable to notice by the user.
The cover for sealing the temperature control box is convenient to disassemble, and moreover, for the sake of attractive appearance, no gap is left between the cover of the temperature control box and the outer wall of the refrigerator around the cover as far as possible, so that the structure increases the difficulty of disassembling the cover. Currently, two schemes are adopted for the above situation: 1. the cover is fixed on the temperature control box through screws, and a decorative plate is additionally arranged in front of the cover, namely on a metal plate of the refrigerator in order to shield the exposed screws, so that the problems of cover disassembly and attractiveness can be solved at the same time, but in some refrigerator series, the decorative plate is not expected to be additionally arranged on the metal plate; 2. fix the lid to the control by temperature change box through the buckle, then set up a less and be difficult for the operating hole that perceives in the below of the roof of refrigerator for example at certain distance apart from the lid, through the elastic component at latch or draw-in groove place in inserting the operating hole remote stirring buckle with the operation strip to dismantle the lid. Practice proves for many times that the structure is that the latch or the clamping groove is far away from the operation hole, and an operator cannot see the fluctuating latch or the clamping groove of the operation strip, so that the elastic part at the latch or the clamping groove is easily bent more than expected due to overlarge operation force, the elastic part is broken, and a new box body or a new cover needs to be replaced when the elastic part is broken.
[ summary of the invention ]
In order to solve the problem mentioned in the background art that the cover is not easy to detach from the housing or the cover or the housing is easy to damage, the invention provides a household appliance with a housing with a detachable cover.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention provides a household appliance comprising a housing accommodating at least one electric device and a cover, the cover being secured to the housing by at least one connection part, the connection part comprising a terminal, by operation of which the cover can be detached from the housing, the terminal being located at least partially within an edge of the cover.
By arranging the terminal at least partly in the rim of the cover, the cover is moved a small distance slightly outwards by means of e.g. a suction cup or other suction means, so that the cover is moved a distance roughly corresponding to the thickness of the rim of the cover, the rim of the cover being pulled out higher than the walls of the household appliance at its periphery, and since the cover can be removed from the housing by operating the terminal, the terminal exposed in the rim of the cover can be pushed by e.g. a foil, so that the cover can be removed from the housing more easily. The disassembling mode is reliable, an operator can see the thin sheet of the pushing terminal in the whole process of operation, the force and the amplitude of the operation can be controlled, and the connecting part on the cover is prevented from being damaged due to misoperation.
At least one recess is provided in the rim of the cover, the terminal end being at least partially located in the recess. The opening of the recess is directed towards the interior of the housing for aesthetic effect.
The depth of the recess is less than half the thickness of the cover, preferably a quarter of the thickness of the cover, on the one hand to ensure that the terminal has a certain thickness, for example a quarter of the thickness of the cover, which is convenient for handling, and if the terminal is too thin, it is easily broken during handling, or the foil for handling is harder to push against the terminal; on the other hand, the safety of the cover is also guaranteed, if the terminal is too thick, the thickness of the cover corresponding to the recess in which the terminal is located is necessarily thin, and there is a risk of breaking the cover too thin.
When the cover is fixed to the shell, the connecting part is completely positioned in the shell, and the connecting part is not seen from the outside, so that the requirement of aesthetic aspect is met.
The connecting member includes a resilient member terminating in an end portion of the resilient member, the termination being operable to cause a change in shape of the resilient member to enable removal of the cover from the housing.
The connecting part is a buckle, the buckle comprises a first buckle part fixed on the shell and a second buckle part fixed on the cover, and the first buckle part and the second buckle part are mutually matched for use. The terminal is part of the second catch, i.e. in this embodiment the terminal is fixed to the lid.
The buffer piece is located between the elastic piece and the cover, and the buffer piece is used for protecting the elastic piece on the second buckling piece and preventing the elastic piece from being broken due to overlarge bending amplitude. The buffer part is actually an elastic sheet with a bent shape, one end of the buffer part is fixedly connected to the elastic part, the other end of the buffer part is abutted to the extending wall of the cover, and the buffer part is displaced relative to the extending wall of the cover when stressed.
The housing has an opening, the cover and the opening having substantially the same dimensions, so that the cover perfectly closes the opening and forms a small and inconspicuous gap between the cover and the surrounding wall of the household appliance, the cover also having the same color as the surrounding wall of the household appliance, thus maintaining a good appearance.
The guide part for guiding the cover to move relative to the shell comprises a guide protrusion and a guide groove matched with the guide protrusion, for example, the guide protrusion can be arranged on the extension wall of the cover, the guide groove is arranged on the inner wall of the shell, and when the extension wall of the cover is inserted into the shell, under the guide of the matched use of the guide protrusion and the guide groove, components including the first fastener and the second fastener can be in the correct positions, and the installation of the cover and the shell is facilitated.
The household appliance is a refrigerator, a washing machine or a gas stove.
