Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of machinery, in particular to a molded surface repairing method of a punching die, and specifically relates to a repairing method of a punching die of a stator blade of an air compressor.
Background
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a compressor stator blade, and referring to fig. 1, the compressor stator blade 1 has a thicker head end 11 with an arc shape, a thinner tail end 12, a root portion 13 and a tip end 14, the thinnest portion of the tail end 12 is only 0.15mm, and the root portion 13 is provided with two notches 131. The stator blade 1 of the air compressor is processed and manufactured in a punching mode. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a conventional punching mold for manufacturing the compressor stator blade shown in fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 2, the punching mold 2 includes a bottom plate 21, a female mold 22 disposed on the bottom plate 21, and a male mold 23 corresponding to the female mold 22 and capable of reciprocating up and down, the female mold 22 is provided with a punching cavity 221, a top block 24 capable of sliding up and down is disposed in the punching cavity 221, when punching is performed, the male mold 23 extrudes a material into the punching cavity 221, the material is cut around the punching cavity 221, the male mold 23 and the top block 24 further perform extrusion forming on the cut material, and after the punching forming is completed, the top block 24 can eject a processed finished product out of the punching cavity 221.
Because the profile of the compressor stator blade 1 is complex and uneven in thickness, when the profile of the top block 24 has deviation, the material cannot be well supported in the punching process, namely, the material cannot be well attached, so that when punching is easily caused, the edge of the tail end 12 of the product is curled due to uneven stress of the material.
When the edge of the tail end 12 is curled, the conventional solution is to color the compressor stator blade 1 which is already finished, and then repeat the punching process in the punching die 2 to color the top block 24, so that the coloring point on the top block 24 can be polished until the coloring is uniform. The edge curling condition can be relieved to a certain extent through the repair of the method, but the stress state is complex during punching due to certain distortion of the upper and lower molded surfaces of the compressor stator blade 1, and the top block 24 cannot well support materials after the repair, so that the problem of edge curling of the thin edge cannot be thoroughly solved through the traditional coloring and grinding.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a method for repairing a punching die of a stator blade of an air compressor, so as to reduce or avoid the problems.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a method for repairing a punching die of a stator blade of an air compressor, which is used for repairing a molded surface of a top block of the punching die, wherein the stator blade of the air compressor is provided with an arc-shaped head end, a tail end, a blade root part provided with two notches and a blade tip end, and comprises the following steps,

The head end region 241 is continuously polished for 0.1mm, so that the tail end region 243 can be ensured to form a support firstly in the punching process, namely, the weakest edge of the material is cut firstly to form the tail end 12, and the phenomenon that the thin edge is curled due to uneven punching force caused by different thicknesses of the edges when the material is punched is avoided if the thick and thin edges of the material participate in punching at the same time. This ensures that the trailing end 12 is not crimped.
The repair method of the punching die for the stator blade of the compressor provided by the invention solves the problem of easy punching and curling of the blade due to the structural characteristics of the blade, ensures the punching quality of the blade, and simultaneously ensures the punching manufacturability of the punching die and the stability of the quality of the blade product.
