食用菌气孔式接种棒，属于食用菌领域，特别适用食用菌液体菌种的自动接种、尤其是塑料袋装料棒的自动拔棒、插棒，本接种棒是在棒臂上设有气孔并且有内台阶外坡沿方便作业和发菌透气。本发明所达到有益效果是：能使塑料袋装料棒实现液体智能自动接种，改变液体菌种只能瓶装全自动接种、而不能袋装全自动接种，极大的降低了生产成本，并且能提高装袋数量、和发菌质量，本棒不但可以单独使用而且是食用菌工厂化不可缺少的配套器件。

技术领域
本发明涉及食用菌领域，特别是食用菌液体菌种菌棒生产的一种气孔式接种棒。
背景技术
目前，在公知的食用菌生产中，食用菌接种棒主要用于生产中的料棒打孔，打孔后拔下接种棒接种，再用透气赛塞孔发菌。其过程繁琐不但污染率高而且不利于智能控制工厂化接种生产。
发明内容
为了克服现有接种棒生产过程繁琐、污染率高、而且不利于智能控制工厂化接种生产的缺点。彻底实现智能控制、工厂化生产自动打孔，封口的流水作业。本发明提供一种食用菌生产气孔式接种棒，它在降低污染率、有利于工厂化生产前提下提高了发菌质量。并为工厂化生产奠定了基础。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：食用菌气孔式接种棒在棒壁上设有气孔、并且有内台阶、外坡沿方便作业和发菌透气。内台阶有利于插棒打孔增加受力面、外顺沿有利于减少打孔阻力并使棒孔稳定，棒壁气孔有利于发菌透气，不用拔下气孔式接种棒便可直接用于发菌。
本发明的有益效果是；食用菌气孔式接种棒，它在降低污染率、有利于工厂化生产前提下提高了发菌质量。并为工厂化生产奠定了基础。

按附图所示；整体气孔式接种棒，是在梢型圆形棒体(2)上分布气孔(1)棒沿(4)、棒头(7)，棒内有台阶(5)、帮外有坡沿(6)、棒头(7)梢型，棒璧(3)上分布有气孔(1)，棒沿(4)口径大于棒头(7)口径，插棒打孔、拔棒接种完后，发菌培养时，不用将接种棒取出可直接用于发菌培养。

1.食用菌气孔式接种棒，是在梢型圆形管体上分布气孔、棒沿、棒头，其特征是：棒内有台阶、帮外有坡沿、棒头梢型，棒璧上分布有气孔，棒沿口径大于棒头口径，接种完后发菌培养时不用将接种棒取出。
