Abstract

二冲程往复式内燃机
本发明涉及一种二冲程往复内燃机,它具有至少一个处于壳体中的气缸,一活塞在气缸内被导向可移动,一活塞杆经动力传输机构跟被支承在壳体内的曲轴保持操作上的连接。
在现今的这类内燃机中,动力输出机构包括一个跟活塞杆连接的十字头和一根经铰链跟十字头连接的并经曲柄销跟曲轴连接的连杆,由于空间的缘故,这种结构只允许连杆有某一最小的专度,它直接决定了内燃机的结构高度。这一高度是比较大的,由于它影响到发动机的安装空间高度,若发动机用于推动船舶,则安装在船舶上,若用于驱动发电机则安装于发电沾,因此,是有缺点的。
本发明的目的是要通过下列方式改善上述提到的这类内燃机:借助于简单的结构措施来修改其结构高度。
按照本发明,这一任务是通过动力传输机构来解决的,它包括一个连于活塞杆并相对于曲轴横向延伸的梁状部件,梁形部件还有一个面向曲轴的和滑块配合的弧形滑道,滑块支承在曲轴的曲柄销上并靠在滑道上,处在被支承在壳体内导向面上的梁形部件的旁边。
由于这一结构,动力传输机构省去了连杆,后者出于它跟曲柄销和十字头的铰连接是迄今所需的。由于省去了连杆,内燃机的结构高度降低了约为活塞冲程的50%,这对于内燃机的安装空间高度是特别有利的。通过自由选择滑道的半径,还可改变缸径对该半径中心与曲柄销中心之间距离的尺寸比,而不会因此增加内燃机的结构高度。最后,通过自由选择滑道的半径,可使内燃机处于最佳运转状态,也就是说,由于该半径变小,便增加了有用冲程,燃料消耗能够降低;而由于半径变大,第二级力矩能移减小。
借助于附图,在以下说明中详细解释本发明的实施例:
图1是经二冲程往复式内燃机的垂直剖视图;
图2是经处于曲柄销最低位置上的梁状部件的横剖视图;
图3是相应于图1中III-III线的水平剖视图。
按照图1,柴油机结构的低速二冲程往复内燃机有一底座1,曲轴2被支承于其中,可以旋转。发动机壳3安装在底座1上,该壳按通常的方式由一些主轴承座组成,它们沿曲轴的方向前后排列。在发动机壳3上装有气缸体4,气缸套5装在气缸体内,其上部自气缸体内凸出来。在图1的上部,气缸套5由一气缸盖6封盖,气缸盖用若干膨胀螺栓7跟气缸体4连接。一工作活塞在气缸套5内被导向、作上、下移动,而在活塞8的上表面和气缸盖6之间形成一燃烧室。在气缸体内形成一帚气室9,帚气空气自也装于发动机壳体3内的帚气空气贮盛室10流至帚气室。在帚气室9的范围内,沿气缸套5圆周,分布有槽11。当工作活塞8移至下止点范围内时,即活塞的上表面处于槽11以下时,帚气空气经这些槽自帚气室9流入气缸套5。在气缸盖6的中央,配置一排气阀,未详细表示;因此,内燃机按轴向方式帚气。此外,在气缸盖内,设有许多喷雾器阀,当工作活塞8移至上止点范围内时,燃料以高压经这些阀到喷燃烷室8′。取决于发动机的气缸数,在壳体3内前后配置许多气缸体。
活塞8连于活塞杆12,在图1中,活塞杆向下延伸到发动机壳体3内。在自气缸体4至发动机3的过渡区内,活塞杆12被密封装置13包围,密封装置阻止帚气空气自帚气室9漏入被发动机壳体包封的空间。按照一种未详细表示的方法,活塞杆12的底端用螺丝固定于相对于曲轴2横向延伸的梁状部件14上。在紧靠曲轴的部件14的下边,制有凸缘14′(图2),它在其外侧形成一个靠近曲轴的圆弧形滑道。滑块16靠在滑道15上,滑块被支承在曲轴2的曲柄销20上,并大致在该销中心线的高度上被制成分开。
如图2所示,滑块16在两侧包围凸缘14′,部件14的宽度尺寸是这样决定的,在它运动期间,它在曲轴2的辐板17和18之间能降下来。梁状部件14设有4个滑鞋22,它们铰接于梁状部件的上部,并支承在发动机3的导向面23上(图3)。当部件14在壳体3内运动期间,滑鞋22将其导向,并自运动系统“工作活塞8、活塞杆12、梁状部件14”将侧向力传递给发动机壳体上的导向面23。
在图1中,圆弧15的中心M处在活塞杆12的垂直轴线12′上。此外,画出了在中心M跟曲柄销20的轴线之间的距离L以及缸套5的缸径B。借助于改变半径R、从而改变滑道15的曲率,可改变B/L比而不使内燃机的结构高度因此变化。正如所提到的,藉助于半径R的减小,可使内燃机的燃料消耗降低。加大该径R,便减小第二级力矩,在半径很大时,该力矩其至能变为零。
在图1中所画的工作活塞8的位置上,它正瞬息处在上止点下面和被喷入燃烧室8′的燃料着火之后。
这时燃烧室中上升的压力经活塞杆12和部件14由活塞8传递到滑块16上,从而曲轴2按顺时针方向转动。处于这一运动期间滑块16沿滑道15向图1的右方移动,直至曲柄销20的中心达到由直径H表示的圆上的右方最外点。直径H和活塞12的冲程相等。在曲轴的随后的转动期间,滑块16沿滑道15向左方移动,直至达到H圆上左方最外点,此时,由轴已经转过下止点。自H圆上左方最外点开始,滑块16然后移向右方,这时,曲轴经过上止点。
在图1,辅助导向支承25也安装于梁状部件14上,在滑鞋22的下面,并且同样靠在壳体3的导向面23上。若带有活塞杆的活塞8已被拆除,而内燃机用其它的活塞继续工作时,该辅助导向支承25才开始起作用。此时,它们支承梁状部件14。
偏离所述实施例,辅助导向支承25也可被配置于部件14的滑鞋22上面。还可以将滑鞋22铰接在部件14上低于图1中所画的位置。
另一偏离所述实施例,可以包括一个平行于滑道15的滑道,它借助于曲柄销20来运作,并以其下侧靠在滑块16上,而不是由滑块16侧向围抱突缘14′,该附加的滑道然后用安装在梁状部件两端的辐板牢固地连接于该梁状部件。

Claims (5)

1.一种二冲程往覆式内燃机,具有至少一个处于壳体中的气缸,一活塞在其中被导向,可以移动,活塞具有一活塞杆,活塞杆经动力传输装置跟被支承于壳体内的曲轴保持操作上的连接,该动力传输装置包括一根连于活塞杆上,垂直于曲轴延伸的梁状部件,该梁状部件还有一条滑道,跟被支承于曲轴的曲柄销上并靠在所述滑道上的滑块配合,该梁状部件被支承于壳体中的导向面上,其特征在于:滑道以凸的圆弧形状弯向曲轴,并且圆弧的中心(M)位于活塞杆的垂直轴线上。
2.按权利要求1所述的内燃机,其特征在于滑鞋被铰接于梁状部件上并支承于导向面上。
3.按权利要求1所述的内燃机,其特征在于该梁状部件的尺寸是这样决定的,在它运动期间能在曲柄销的辐板间下降。
4.按权利要求1所述的内燃机,其特征在于梁状部件在滑道范围内制出一突缘,滑块在两侧围抱它。
5.按权利要求1至4任一所述的内燃机,其特征在于在梁状部件上设有辅助导向支承,它支承于导向面上。
