Abstract
本发明提供一种蜂窝状材料及其制成的结构材料,该蜂窝状材料的制备方法为,采用12-18重量份的短切成5-10毫米长的碳纤维、芳纶纤维或高强度聚乙纤维中的一种或几种、30-40重量份的水泥、45-55重量份的废纸屑放入容器中混合均匀,然后一次压模成型即可。结构材料的制备方法为:在蜂窝状材料制备过程中将复合材料增强板复合到蜂窝状材料中间,然后,在制好的蜂窝状材料的两侧分别粘合一层复合材料增强板。制造出来的板材具有表面光滑,不需要抛光喷漆等工序再加工。高强度、比重轻,抗压强度是铝合金的5倍以上,抗拉强度15倍以上,抗疲劳强度是铝合金的7倍以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业及制造业应用的材料领域,特别是涉及一种蜂窝状材料及其制成的结构材料。
背景技术
材料系工业之母,材料的制造和应用关系到装备制造业的总体水平。随着工业现代化的高速进程,科学技术的迅猛发展,对装备制造业的水平要求就越高,随着对材料质量和革命性材料的要求就越加迫切,只有材料满足了工业要求,工业就如如虎添翼!材料高强及轻量化是时代的要求,随着航空航天发展的需要,汽车和动车轻量化的需要,对轻型材料和高强度材料的要求就越加紧迫。材料的总体发展代表了一个国家的总体实力,只有发展工业才能达到现代化。因此,发展制造科技前沿技术材料产业及适合经济发展材料产业已是十分紧迫。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种蜂窝状材料及其制成的结构材料,使其质量轻、比重小,强度高。
本发明提供一种蜂窝状材料,其制备方法为,采用12-18重量份的短切成5-10毫米长的碳纤维、芳纶纤维或高强度聚乙纤维中的一种或几种、30-40重量份的水泥、45-55重量份的废纸屑放入容器中混合均匀,然后一次压模成型即可。
进一步的,采用15-18重量份的短切成5-10毫米长的碳纤维、芳纶纤维或高强度聚乙纤维中的一种或几种、30-35重量份的水泥、50-55重量份的废纸屑放入容器中混合均匀,然后一次压模成型即可。
本发明还提供一种采用上述的蜂窝状材料制成的结构材料,首先制造复合材料增强板,所述的复合材料增强板由下述复合材料中的一种制成:
体积份数为55%的水泥或普通陶瓷材料原料与体积分数为45%的芳纶纤维、高强度聚乙纤维中的一种或两种混合搅拌均匀,搅拌过程中根据需要加入适度水,然后固化成型;
采用体积分数为45%的树脂与体积分数为55%的芳纶纤维、高强度聚乙纤维中的一种或两种混合搅拌均匀,固化成型即可;
采用体积分数为40%的木材粉碎至直径小于0.5mm、体积分数为25%的芳纶纤维或高强度聚乙纤维中的一种或两种及体积分数为35%的石膏混合,加入适量的水搅拌均匀后压模成型;
将55-58重量份的合金铝熔化后和42-45重量份的高强度预氧化丙烯腈基纤维短切15~18毫米,在合金铝溶化后,采用风机将短切的纤维均匀的吹进融化的合金铝的液体中,边吹进边搅拌,待混合搅拌均匀后浇筑压模成型;
所述的结构材料的制备方法为:在权利要求1所述的蜂窝状材料制备过程中将复合材料增强板复合到蜂窝状材料中间,然后,在制好的蜂窝状材料的两侧分别粘合一层复合材料增强板。
进一步的,将制造完成后的结构材料放入制备蜂窝状材料的原料中,在制好的结构材料两侧再次复合蜂窝状材料,然后再在制好的蜂窝状材料两侧分别粘合复合材料增强板。
采用这样的设计后,本发明至少具有以下优点:
制造出来的板材具有表面光滑,不需要抛光喷漆等工序再加工。可根据工业制造需要随时调整所需要的蜂窝状材料高强度、比重轻的蜂窝状材料。可根据需要满足比重0.3*1.5~1.8/立方米~0.9*1.7~2.0/立方米。抗压强度是铝合金的5倍以上,抗拉强度15倍以上。抗疲劳强度是铝合金的7倍以上。
本发明的蜂窝状材料,通风效果好,具有分散风流和减弱风力的填充材料,可用于移动房屋建筑。
具体实施方式
本发明提供一种蜂窝状材料,其制备方法为,采用15-18重量份的短切成5-10毫米长的碳纤维、芳纶纤维或高强度聚乙纤维中的一种或几种、30-35重量份的水泥、50-55重量份的废纸屑放入容器中混合均匀,然后一次压模成型即可,混合过程中可根据需要加适量的水。
本发明还提供一种采用上述的蜂窝状材料制成的结构材料,首先制造复合材料增强板,所述的复合材料增强板由下述复合材料中的一种制成:
体积份数为55%的水泥或普通陶瓷材料原料与体积分数为45%的芳纶纤维、高强度聚乙纤维中的一种或两种混合搅拌均匀,搅拌过程中根据需要加入适度水,然后固化成型;
采用体积分数为45%的树脂与体积分数为55%的芳纶纤维、高强度聚乙纤维中的一种或两种混合搅拌均匀,固化成型即可;
采用体积分数为40%的木材粉碎至直径小于0.5mm、体积分数为25%的芳纶纤维或高强度聚乙纤维中的一种或两种及体积分数为35%的石膏混合,加入适量的水搅拌均匀后压模成型;
将55-58重量份的合金铝熔化后和42-45重量份的高强度预氧化丙烯腈基纤维短切15~18毫米,在合金铝溶化后,采用风机将短切的纤维均匀的吹进融化的合金铝的液体中,边吹进边搅拌,待混合搅拌均匀后浇筑压模成型;

进一步的,将制造完成后的结构材料放入制备蜂窝状材料的原料中,在制好的结构材料两侧再次复合蜂窝状材料,然后再在制好的蜂窝状材料两侧分别粘合复合材料增强板。多次复合形成蜂窝状材料和复合材料增强板交替的结构材料。
Claims (4)
1.一种蜂窝状材料,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:采用12-18重量份的短切成5-10毫米长的碳纤维、芳纶纤维或高强度聚乙纤维中的一种或几种、30-40重量份的水泥、45-55重量份的废纸屑放入容器中混合均匀,然后一次压模成型即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝状材料,其特征在于,采用15-18重量份的短切成5-10毫米长的碳纤维、芳纶纤维或高强度聚乙纤维中的一种或几种、30-35重量份的水泥、50-55重量份的废纸屑放入容器中混合均匀,然后一次压模成型即可。
3.一种采用权利要求1所述的蜂窝状材料制成的结构材料,其特征在于,首先制造复合材料增强板,所述的复合材料增强板由下述复合材料中的一种制成:
体积份数为55%的水泥或普通陶瓷材料原料与体积分数为45%的芳纶纤维、高强度聚乙纤维中的一种或两种混合搅拌均匀,搅拌过程中根据需要加入适度水,然后固化成型;
采用体积分数为45%的树脂与体积分数为55%的芳纶纤维、高强度聚乙纤维中的一种或两种混合搅拌均匀,固化成型即可;
